  1. man it must be a slug :P Only early little wheel morris mokes came with the 848cc unit. A 1098 with 60 - 100+ pistons, worked 202 head and a big carb and cam should easily get more power than a standard 1275 and will be a bit cheaper. The mild 1100 i have in my mini scoots along pretty well. And yes always be on the lookout for a cheap wreck. My favorite moke belongs to a guy in SA. 1412cc stroker and it looks amazing.
  2. If your looking for a 1275, all i can say is be prepared to pay big bucks. Have you got a 1098 at the moment?
  3. Back to the 70's

try the safest and easiest method first, hot soapy water and a bit of a scrub with a soft sponge. then rinse in fresh water and dry.
  5. My great Aunts KE20 has a couple of period bits on it, no dealer stickers unfortunately though. i've only got a couple of photos of the car so i had to crop them, so excuse the poor photos. Can't remember what this sticker is. Can anyone identify it? And an RAC sticker, doesn't look that old though

  13. I think everyone says 'Cray' because they say it in Jay-z's song 'Niggas in Paris', so everyone thinks he means crazy, but it is actually 'Kray' in reference to the Kray twins who were crime lords in London in the 50's!
  14. Looky what i spotted Sick cressy man!

  19. New wheels and tyres arrived today from England . JBW Mamba 10x6 -7 Offset. They are replicas of period Mambas. Tyres are Yoko A008 165/70R10 Gonna need some bigger flares as around 20mm of tread sticks out and pump up the hydro bags a bit to get rid of some scrubbing.
