  1. Commitment ++++ that one. "Understeer is a crime". The late, great Colin McRae. http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=UGSnLGgeai8 Great in car. Corolla WRC in Ireland. Another man with an ovrsize commitment gland. http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=KS2MAjl-iKQ&...feature=related
  2. Some Belgian bloke with testicles that are that big they affect to tides. http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=NkQBD3eYADA And an Irish bloke in (I think) a BDA. This is how RWD's should be driven. http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=dM9GlCyOJNs
  3. No, they're not obliged to. They've got better things to do than give brethos to random people off the street. It would also set a precedent, which is definitely not what they want. "Oh, but we just wanted to do it just once!" Yep until the next time. I agree that the self testers are a good idea (although are not super accurate.) If I was a copper, I wouldn't bretho you either. The onus is on YOU to be legal and compliant. Don't think you'll be legal in the morning? Don't drink as much. Don't think you're .0? Time to watch a bit more telly. If in doubt, don't.
  4. http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=ReS9Jm6APcI a mate of mines Ex Toshi Arai WRX. I sooooo badly want my car to do this!
  5. Google. Took me 10 seconds to find required info on valve clearances. http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navc...valve+clearance Torque settings. 3K is as good as 4K: http://www.rollaclub.com/faq/index.php?title=Main_Page Look here. Either buy a manual (Gregories is reasonable) or do some research. It's not that hard. Manual, KE30: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Gregorys-Corolla-12...1QQcmdZViewItem Or for KE55 with 4K: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/TOYOTA-COROLLA-Greg...1QQcmdZViewItem
  6. Threads merged and cleaned. Have a bit of a think before hitting the new topic button.
  7. 1: Use punctuation. 2: Make some effort to spell properly. 3: It's the same head gasket as a normal 3K. Try Repco or any other reputable auto parts store.
  8. *sigh* Moved.
  9. I've bought them before. Just because it's not in a catalouge, doesn't mean they can't get them. Give a couple of places a call and see how you go.
  10. Yep. Someone like Pedders, Fulcrum or even Repco may be able to supply.
  11. Mazda 323 RWD, 13/16" bore, 60mm spacing for the bolt holes, although you might have to enlarge the center hole slightly (I can give you the dia. of the mazda one to compare...). Twin port, remote reservoir. As to be fitted to my 25.
  12. Dude, this thread is 3.5 years old. Please check next time. :)
  13. Needs to go in the wanted to buy section. Not the regional forum.... :)
  14. Have a read of this, and then get back to us. http://www.rollaclub.com/faq/index.php?title=Main_Page
  15. everything is possible. However, buy a KE70, it'd be cheaper and easier.
  16. Search. This has been covered MANY times before. Take the packs apart, and start adding/ subtracting/ flipping leaves. Either that, or pay a professional.
  17. A lot of clubs would be very hesitent to put a car like that on club reg. Most of the one's I know wouldn't.
  18. I agree with the ex-Deliverator. I thought WB was the most relaxed and natural of them. I liked him a lot. Pizzati I could give or take, although I think he will settle into being a useful individual. Cox annoyed the piss out of me. I would have liked more substance in the Maybach segment, and their track at Camden airfield sucks the big one. I know they're on a budget, but surely something better could be found. Say, a real sized airfield like Mangalore perhaps..... Ancullen: The sad fact is that there are only so many press cars that motor companies allow to be raped. (I've driven one particular press car in Qld, NSW, SA and WA...)I thought (from the perspective of a professional driver) that the RAV4 thing was irresponsible, and I can tell you manufacturers won't be lining up to give them another car. Yes it's top gear, no they don't like having cars destroyed. I'll give it a few more weeks and see how it goes. Stig? From the seating position I would have said Bargs, but the driver didn't look that talented.
  19. Put it in the classfied "Wanted to buy" section. That's what it's there for. :y:
  20. This thread is older than I am. :y:
  21. A touch low I would have thought. ( I had a 3K producing that.) The last time mine was o a dyno it was 87kw. (1600cc, fresh Webers, cams, and a fairly fresh motor.) I've got no ideas at the mo, but that's a guide.
  22. Drive it for the first year with a 4K. Then upgrade.
  23. Yep, I'm here to tell you, from bitter experience having put a thousand people through driving courses, the skill level of the Australian driver is not high.
