  1. goodluck finding a sports muffler for that size pipe, maybe a motorbike muffler for a 1600cc bike or something, can get them hell cheap off ebay and they actualy look quite good and most are droopy tip also this is the sort of thing I'm talking bout: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Black-Carbon-Fibre-...93%3A1|294%3A50
  2. service and tune wouldnt hurt. as for the bolts try soaking them with WD40 or the like every 30 mins for a few hours, if that doesnt loosen it up then you might have to get the impact drivers out
  3. haha^^ the resonator does almost nothing to quiten down the exhaust, gives it a deeper tone. replacing the flange thing wont do much either, maybe you should get a muffler you can get different size ones to make different noise levels
  4. that makes more sense, i never thought bout the load an engine is under
  5. my dad just took his off his mitsubishi triton and it runs fine. but only because his was rusted through http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exhaust_gas_recirculation wiki basically says that it recirculates the exhaust gases to reduce the heat of the combustion so that it reduces NOx emissions which would no doubt reduce power
  6. not too brilliant with turbo's but that turbo might be a bit too big especially not spooling at 2500 rpm id guess that would spool at about 4-5 grand please correct me if I'm wrong
