they are actually for ma61 strut but should be the same. I didn't end up using them but pretty sure they where a one off batch just send them a message and ask about them, but they looked like ae86 ones just with bolt spacing to suit celica/supra.

hmmm, I did a similar conversion on my T18 and I used techno toy tuning steering arms and it worked fine. The positive camber could also be due to the angle of the stub axle, with mine I put in XT130LCA's and had max camber set on T3 camber tops and only got 1.5deg where normally would have been close to 3 deg, maybe more.

195/50R15's on 8" wide isn't too much stretch, most people run 185/60R14 on 8" wide 14's.

You need new flat front guards, I have some for sale and am in brisbane.

Shouldn't have to take the engine out to replace it, should just be able to take the sump off and change it. Or cheap possibly cheap oil filter that has no anti drain valve?? Just like when you do a service on a car then start it after changin oil and filter takes a little while to fill the filter, ect.

mmm, maybe my car has slightly wider guards??? cause my AE teks that where 8" wide and 0 offset had about the same clearance with unflared guards on the rear, and the front is about the same too, mine where also flared. Still not sure about what struts you want?

how well do these fill the guards? and 195/50tyres?

xt130, good for hilux brake upgrade, or vented ma61 supra brakes.

Turbo with twin carbs, should be a nice setup.

Paint stripper? No idea just throwing ideas out there, maybe use paint stripper then polish them.

Has yours got an emissions air pump? mine did and it would pop when you change gears, took it off and it stopped. Send me a message if you want a hand giving it a tune, ive got all the specs I tuned mine to, plug gap, points gap, optimum timing, ect all that stuff. Would also recommend if you don't know the condition of plug leads, points, dizzy cap/rotor, ect to get some new ones as it is very cheap to replace it all. And there is no such thing as surface rust its just rust, haha.

the front shocks you can take just the shock out and replace it with a good short stroke insert, and the rear ones, if you can have a look around on ae86 DC and see what inserts are the best, any front shock insert that fits in an AE86 will fit in your front struts same goes for rear.

check your oil, after that may be sticky pressure plate, same thing would happen in my old corona wouldn't go into gear from neutral. Otherwise maybe just worn, does it slip at all?

its up to you, I personally bought coilovers for a brake upgrade currently just using JDM AE86 stuff but may go something bigger later I bought front coilovers and rear 6kg springs with adjustable height things as a set, ae86 ones fit on the T18 steering arms. But if you don't want a brake upgrade just go some 6 or 8 depending on how stiff you want it springs from AJPS they can make them to suit T18 strut, I wanted bigger brakes because I cooked mine going down a mountain around here. You say you already have king springs? do you have short stroke inserts? if not id say just get some really good inserts and save coilovers, ect for when its pushing more power, that is if you already have the king springs.

I had the exact same seats in mine there really good around the hills but stick out like dogs balls with the bright red on them, I swapped them for some RA60 celica seats, not as supportive but enough, very similar to JDM AE86 seats.

Does it do it at all when changing gears? Does pumping the clutch get it to go into gear? need a little bit more info.

I paid $2000 for mine, with 8 months rego. But I have spent so far (rough guess) close to $4000, but biggest 3 items where wheels, coilovers/brakes and LSD +4.3GR.
