Oh so its just a dust boot so its really not that important if it has a couple of little holes? I think I might take it to them to get a once over anyway.

I guess its sort of a O-ring. Looks like this (not my actual ones) Are overhauls expensive? These brakes seem to be in quite good condition but an overhaul could be nice.
