  1. Wait till you see the ovens. I think I realised after about 20 minutes that I had been just standing there and staring
  2. I'm having similar thoughts. I think you need to think seriously about the tyres you intend running. It is getting very hard to find any real performance tyres in anything smaller than 14's. And even 14's are difficult. So I suppose it depends on the planned usage. I would decide on the tyre then find wheels in the correct size.
  3. That's awesome
  4. Frankfurt equals dump, but good gateway to Heidelberg. Dachau is an eye opener if you have time. Please tell me you are cycling up all those passes!

  6. That's %$#@^*( fantastic. I just felt sick when I saw your post the other day Edit: Who actually found it, was it the police?
  7. Front hub bearings are cheap and simple to replace. One of the first jobs I ever did on my car. Don't screw around, just change it.
  8. Been there done that! Really gets down to which style you prefer. I am definitely late front kind of guy.
  9. You need all the early stuff, or all the late stuff. Essentially early is flat front, late is pointed as above. You can't realistically mix and match as it looks stupid, thus you need the grille too. I have a late grille in my for sale post at the moment if you want to see whatthey look like. There are also early and late under grille garnishes, different corner trims and so on.
  10. Hmm, where have I seen one of those tacho clusters for sale recently??? Japanese clusters are km/h. My Australian SL cluster is mph. I wouldn't have thought there were any Australian KE1x clusters in kmh, unless they had an aftermarket sticker added down the track which were not uncommon with the change over. Edit PM me if you are serious about a kmh tacho cluster. I have 2.
  11. I'm pretty confident the gauge sender from imported 18RC equipped Corona's is the same as a 2TG one. Easily available at the wreckers.

  13. Thanks for that. I'll find the contact details for the guy who was interested and forward them on to him. I'm curious just to see what it looks like. I'll PM you now.
  14. The catalogues they have are notoriously inaccurate for some models so a sample is always a very good idea if possible
  15. Ho hum
  16. Yeah, agreed. Any poser can drive around in his shiny 86 (says me who doesn't have one.........) How many people can drive down the shops in their 3K-R KE20?
  17. OK, now's your chance. It's back up and this time only $37,495
  18. So is this a car or a shell?
  19. I reckon I might have to fly you over here and sort mine out!
  20. Very disappointed that no one here was man enough to stump up the $125,000.
  21. Well for a start you will need a 4A type T50, found behind a RWD Corolla GTS in North America. Along with the clutch fork and shifter. This will bolt to your blacktop The T block T50 you have at the moment is completely useless if changing from a T block to an A block.
  22. Yeah, but altezzaclub and I are both much older than you, and have had much much more good sex, perhaps not so much these days (and certainly not together) thus webers edging in front - just.
  23. I had a lot of trouble finding a blade fuse box where I could secure the terminals, rather than just push on fittings. The narva ones seem to be the only ones available here. Got a very good one from these guys.
  24. Or if you really can't be fagged http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu/VWP-onlinestore/lighting/frontlamps.php#drv GBP18 posted gets you this, with instructions, all ready to go. They are quick & reliable, and have lots of other tempting bits and pieces.
  25. You realise you need to swap the window frames over? Not a real big deal, but an effort to do properly
