you can get LED lights from places like Jaycar Electronics that have the standard baynet end so they plug straight in to the standard sockets. let us know how you go.

on the keyboard the 9 is next to the 0. probably explains the KE29 thing. I heard making a cork gasket that sits on the old rubber seal. its a common problem on older cars. like my old ke25 and my HJ wagon. i think its because the fuel fillers are so close to the petrol tank is half the reason.

I'm up for one. Raven mentioned earlier that only "photo worthy" cars should have a spot, who determines if a car is photo worthy? maybe the main picture could be photo shoot style and the smaller ones be from out and about from places like car shows, peoples own pics and the like.

OMG, I'm making the 1st of 3 payments on my new rolla tomorrow

got About 1km down the road from work and I broke the only plastic part on my gear linkages today. left me with out 3rd and 4th for a while. and by a miracle i stopped into a small mechanics workshop id never seen before on a back street and he had the exact part i needed. so $10 and 60 minutes of using my grandparents drive way as a workshop i was all good to go. Lets see you use a shifter, pliers and a screwdriver to fix your internal selectors. Stoneage external linkages ftw. Gonna take the broken one to work tomorrow and make me a steel one :laff:

I think it worth nothing, better give the 5K to me. Well Raven found his 5K at the U-FLOG-IT for $180 so they can be had for cheap if the person doesnt know what they have. But some people can't even give away a 4k and 7k's are goin for around the 700+ mark os taking that into consideration, anywhere in the 300-450 range. Just a guess tho.

Housten we have a funny bugger :P my omg was actually yesterday (for people that know SA) i got from Morphett Vale to Seaton, back to Reynella, up to Meadows, back to Reynella via McLaren Vale and back to Seaton on 1/8th of a tank. I was so proud of my ute which has been known to chew upto 20L/100km. Also another OMG was last night during the above trip. About 10km out of meadows there were cars and people all over the road. as i got closer i realised it was a car crash. Turned out to be a Toyota Aristo. looking at the skid marks as i passed it, Looked as if the car had come around the bend, gotten sideways, lost control an hit one of the rock walls (road is open cut through a small hill), bounced off hit the other side and ended up across the center line of the road. The bigges reality check for me was a ute that had over taken a few minutes before was there helping meaning if i was 10 or 15 mins earlier i could have witnessed it or even been apart of it. :D

I had to get rid of it as soon as possible, dad was tired of 2 of my cars in the front yard. Id really like to get this back, BUT, ive decided the next rolla will be a E3X series. Good luck with the sale when you put it up for grabs

I had the same problem, just swapped over carbs from a 3K-H (when my old 25 had the 3K). wouldnt start by cranking, only way to start i was push start it and keep the revs above 2,000 or so rpm. I think it was the idle circuit. just garb a carb, clena it up and see how u go

you could take of the ceramic ballast resistor maybe. but just goto the wreckers and grab a coil of car without points. I'm running a Bosch GT40 High energy coil on my ute which has an electronic ignition. Ive heard they are very good coils, havent had a problem with mine. just a note, i know with Bosch and maybe other high energy coils have a part number starting with HEC (stands for High Energy Coil :P)

what they can't see they don't know. id say maybe a 3k head to up compression, cam, carb and maybe a not so noticable sports exhaust. I think SA and possibly Tas are the only STATES with out P plate restrictions thats a big win for Ryan :P
