Went and helped a fellow E7 owner fix his charging and starting issue then swung past the Downshift meet. The Diff isn't sounding great, I'm surprised the S series has lasted so well. I really need to pull finger and sort out the box and Diff.

The shock mounts aren't designed to hold the weight of the back of the car. Unless they're tied in to a cage I'd say no. People just throw them in though. Because the shock mount is on the side of the Diff you're also creating a twisting force on the Mount and the Diff. The proper way to do a coil over set up is with base height adjustable shocks and an adjustable spring perch setup. But really you're gonna set it to the height you want and never adjust it again, so just get Springs and shocks in the configuration you want. You just won't get the jdm Street cred from being able to tell people you have coil overs all round.

If Irokin decides to do COTY it'll be a toss up between this and Supra2's rally beast. Dunno if we could scrape together enough entries for it though.

It's noisy, I'm gonna run a surge tank like your setup up behind the fuel tank though.

Oh yeah fuel... I'm running a single walbro 225 pump inline with no surge tank setup on stock fuel lines and have had zero dramas with surging.

yes, all you'd need to do is wiring and exhaust. unless you get the exhaust too. 4ac exhaust is on the opposite side.

Yeah new lsds are a bit easier to find, I'm a tight ass though and waited for cheap 2nd hand. 2nd hand ones are few and far between unless you get them from OS. I managed to find a low k KAAZ 2way for $400.

I would think $100 would be closer to what it's worth. And good luck hunting down a zenki LSD, took me ages :/

Probably priced over twice as much as what it's worth. I wouldn't pay more than 2k. Looks nice, probably a lot of hidden issues which is why this guy is on selling it.

If chrome is a bit weird for you Firefox is a bit closer to how IE operates. But once you get the hang of chrome it pretty much shits on all other browsers.

I have been offered an EMS dual sport ECU as trade for my T50 setup when I do my W55 conversion (which I need to pull finger and do). I was gonna sell all the T50 stuff and use the cash to fund getting the LSD installed in my diff but this could be a better option. Credit card could always get a workout for the LSD.

Installed the tacho today. Circuit boards were pretty much identical. Circuit boards were labelled so it made the wiring easier Different heights so needed to space it out a bit. Wiring all sorted, plus piggy backed the voltmeter off this wiring so its not hanging out the back of the cluster. Getting there A bit of foam so its all sealed properly. Done. Video of it working.
