Bought this one on Ebay last week. Was sold new at Canberra Toyota back in 1977 and traded last month on a new 2007 Corolla. Its a one owner 5 speed with air con that works great and its only done 110,000kms. The bonus was when the car turned up last night i checked the engine to see if it was the original 3K and discovered it was a 5K. I'll post more pics after it get the new wheels and suspension job. Have a set of 14x7 Rebel Wheels, lowered King front springs and new struts as well as re set rear leaf springs, a down draft webber, extractors and sports exhaust all waiting to go on.

Seeing theirs already one on here i though i,d show you mine, KP38 publica, totally original bar radio and steering wheel no rust, dead straight, original seats & floor coverings, unmarked in tray, was going to put a B6 familia gtr motor but think it,s to good to modify so i,m gonna resell, if interested pm me

I've been working on this one for the last 3 months, its certainly different from most of the Jap Classics i usually play with. Its been fun to have a so called " Aussie Muscle Car ", still not as nice to drive as an old Toyota.

Well picked this up for the price of a case :) Its very dirty and smelly, but it has potentional. It has minimal rust, and is in desperate need of a cut and polish! And from what i can tell its a dished piston 4k!

yo... 1977 ke30 SE bought the 30 a few months ago... came with a tough sounding exhaust but looks stock love that..aint done alot just replaced few bits n peices. new pitman arm. adjusted the steering box, new tires ( soon to be whitewalled). put in some audio some - 6x9 amp and sub.. sounds alright when i get roudn to it put the 2inch blocks in the back.. buy new springs for the front. boot has been carpeted looks nice.. doin some body work now fixing up all that rust n dents etc.. let me knwo what u think!! cheers cam,

hi every one i have recently recovered a old and very rusty ke55 from a backyard near my dads work. it cannot be registerd again but i was thinking of builing it up as a bit of a fun car to drive around a mates farm and up the local forestry. I have no intension of trying to damage this car just for the sake of damaging it. My plans include rebuilding and modifiying the standard 3k and exhaust. Fitting sump guard and skid plate, welded diff, beefing up front and rear bumper's and putting in a push button start. What do you think will get pics of the car up later tonight

Hey, found this forum and thought id share some pics of my 1.6L beast. The car i bought about a month ago, a 1990 SX Hatch, it was it great condition with only minor attention needed. It comes with the following. - 17'' Rims /low pro - 3.5" stainless steal exhaust - Dubbed and lowered - Pearl white spray The sound system needs some attention but the engine is in great order and has been given a clean bill of health and the go ahead to be dynoed. I have a KE30 2 door, which my uncle found for me in his neighbours yard!! My uncle bought it off his neighbour for next to nothing, and then I got it off my uncle and traded him an old car stereo of mine (CD Stacker and head unit)!! I know almost nothing to do with corolla's. But this little fellow popped up at an acceptable price, and being rwd i just couldnt resist Was resprayed by previous owner 3months ago, new clutch, 4spd manual, i think 1.3L engine? with extractors Apparently it has coupe taillights, and ive checked over the car several times, it appears to be 100% RUST FREE. Car is all original I bought it off a old asian lady, its got its minor imperfections but its pretty damb clean for a 29year old car. Just picked this one up from fellow Rollaclub member. Fitted the MA61's while i get the original 13's painted. Car is in well above average condition, rust is limited to the bottom of the guards and a previous repair to the sills. Will be getting it buffed and polished this week and i'm expecting to paint to come up a treat. Interior is amazing, no rips or tares, dash and carpet are perfect and door and window rubbers are great. Mechanically drives well, needs exhaust manifold leak fixed, tune up and a front left wheel bearing but apart from this its a little gem.

Thought I might chuck her up, I had her for over a year now. Got her with the 4age, slight adjustments were made :) but meh Had lost of fun a bit too much i say quickly fixed up But she's been pretty sweet since then, been planning to do things lately but trying to get rego again is the main problem right now

when i ask can you slap a 351 into a ke20 i don't mean just drop an engine in and drive. i mean engineered and road legal. most will say I'm a dreamer but honestly can it at all be done? I'm not the biggest fan of turbo cars as fun as they may be the rumble of a v8 always gets me i was thinking of doing this to my mk2 cortina which is of similiar weight, but come on, in a ke20 it would be the sweetest thing. i know i can't legally put a engine bigger then a 2.0 in a ke20 and me wanting a 5.8 is a massive ask. but if i was to only use the body of a ke20. for example, use an ford xe chassis, with a ke20 body and cut the chassis to fit. anyone know of such…

heres some pics of my updated AE82 hope you like it got my own custom spoiler for it to very unique i think and only just recently got it colour coded too :) my door trim custom with interior engine shit 4a-c but goes pretty well for it rolla club :P and my shit SCA speakers soon to be upgraded!!

On tuesday I bought myself a gold XX ke70 for under a grand, interior was quite immaculate, but has problems with the engine running too hot, possibly head gasket or head, and some fairly big rust holes down under the boot. Other then that, I was very satisfied, even the dash is almost perfect! one little crack. Plan is to build it up, to an immaculate streeter, with a bit of a JDM feel, chrome bars, quad lights, carby 4age further down the track. I know a thread is useless with out pics, but camera was dead, so this is all I have at the moment. More photos to come of rust damage when my camera is working.

Thought id put my project rolla up. 75 2 Door sedan ke30. Scored cheap rescued from a back yard. Has 5k extractors. I have a ca18det engine complete with loom etc from Adelaide jap, which seems to be taking forever to get to me, currently in quarantine . Plans are Monza red paint fresh suspension, stumpy 5 speed. Also I have a very early hilux diff. Well I have stripped the car out and started with painting one panel at a time. First time painting. This project has swallowed some coin already if I count cost of compressor, hvlp guns paint clear hoses etc plus 1600 for the donk.
