Thought i might aswell post up a thread for my rolla, Basicly I'm buliding this thing to be an allrounder car that i can drive everyday but i also want it to skid. anyways i bought it in march stock as a rock then i did some cheap suspension stuff cut commodore springs in the front and cut falcons in the back and got some cheap wheels for it. the paint on it was pretty crappy so on one sunday afternoon we started priming it, without realising how big the job actuly was haha, so then it came off the road for a bit to get a make over it handeled ok but needed some decent shocks so i upgraded the front properly The front now has Ae86 Struts…

Well picked this up a few weeks ago! Was driving my Zuki sierra everyday but it stuffed my back hahaha.......... Bought off a guy who was on his l's but couldn't handle a manual, he only had it for a few months! It has 132 thousand original k's on her! It has a skimmed head on it and a 3k carb, dam i hate 4k emissions shite!! Also chucked a twin cam steering wheel in it, cd player and speakers I painted the bonnet black cause the L plater had a pop eye sticker on the car which he took off and it removed alot of the paint! Umm put some T18 struts which have been converted to coilovers in the front and some reset leafs in the back! Handles heaps better now,…

Hi all, my missus finally got her first car and I'm proud to announce it's a Corolla. The car is a 1990 Corolla Seca SPIRIT! It's powered by an auto 4afc power-house, has 170k on the clock, and has 15" alloys. The exterior and interior of the car is in fantastic condition, and for the price we payed it's hard to find better... :sob: And after some help from "Paint"...Pimpin' To-do list: -Tints (probably 5 or 15%) -Sound System (I have one waiting to go in) -Roll rear guards...coz it scrubs with fatties like me in it... -Lowering (sits fairly high with the 15's) Cheers, MM

Thought I'd better start a new topic instead of posting too many times in the KE2* Members thread. So here's the new rolla. I always wanted a te27 and will have one some day  but thought this might make a neat replica in the meantime. Genuine 50 something thousand miles on the clock. Have the books showing original delivery date and owner's details. Services at 1000 miles, 6000, 12,000, 30,000, etc. Funny to see the books and read the service dates- all long before I was born. Photos speak for themselves I spose.

So in true tradition, one car is not enough for us. My cousin is selling his T18 and I have decided to buy it. I have included some pictures which you may have seen before on Andrew's threads. I would like to know what you guys think I can to do make this car hot without spending too much money  Looks like we won't have to spend any money on the body as it's in great nick and no rust is visible. The only problem right at the moment is that the drivers seat is broken and need re welind or something. Anywho, your feedback good or bad is appreciated!!! Cheers Bron

Hey all. After my KE25 rego ran out, i registered a celica to drive around. Got sick of that fairly quick, so i was searching again. Saw an ae82 twinky for sale (In Town, So much more appealing) so i just had to have a look. Went and had a look, and a drive. Was very happy with it, after a quick rust check and general look over decided to buy it. He was asking 1600, but i just asked what would he be willing to take. So i ended up paying $1000. Original good condition, hasnt been Molested for wheels, stereo etc. Interior is still in nice condition. White Paint (had a 50% chance of getting this colour anyway ;)) Will get some pics of it tomorrow. Might even…

This is my new beast. 1974 corolla, 1 owner, all books, no rust, dead straight, 3k engine. Picked up for $1500. I have plans to put simmons rims on her but am needing some input to what needs to be done to get a 4age into it. Also what gearbox and what brake and suspension upgrade would be best for a track/road car. Help would be apreciated, or even links to posts. I have money to play around and want to do things right the first time round. .

Background story: I bought this ke20 in 2006 in below average condition and have spent the last three years fixing rust, stripping the entire under body, the interior and exterior paint. The floor pan, engine bay and under body were coated in por15, while the exterior received a bare metal respray. Yes i have an OCD . :eatlead: Only just recently I finished painting it and the parts have been going back on. It has: -te27 Coilovers with ae86 jdm calipers -te27 steering arms -t3 RCAs -T series diff (I believe off a t18) with corona avante discs -lowering blocks -Overhauled all balljoints, tierods and bushes -Solex locks -Vitaloni mirrors -townace chaser …

Hey everyone! I'm buying a AE82 Corolla this week... it's got a few mods, and it doesn't look too bad, but I'd like to do more to it. I'm new in Darwin, I'm actually new in Australia, I'm from South Africa, so I don't know much about this whole country... and was hoping that I can learn some new things from this site seeing as I'm now a Corolla owner :P: It's got a 2.5" cat back with canon, standard 4-2-1 extractors, pod filter, Monza racing seats, AE86 front lip modified to suit the AE82, 17" wheels, 2X MTX 12" subs, 2 amps, splits, and a Kenwood head unit. Just updated this post so that I don't look like a complete ass  Will hopefully be upda…

This is my pride and joy at the moment...its also my first car... i have plans for it...however if they happen is till to be seen the car is basically stock with a 2.5" exhaust system and mag wheels which where both fitted by the previous owner i have fitted a stereo to the car, but that still needs some working with to get it to sound right. my plans for the car include shave off boot lock and possibly the door handles colour code the bumper lower it new wheels re do the interior i would also like to fit a 4AGZE to the car, but i think insurance wouldn't like that at the moment a complete respray is also on the table once i get some of the rust…

broom vroom! edit: should probs give a few details its a 93 SW20 MR2 GT Targa, picked it up Wednesday afternoon. Came with, Microtech LT10s, exhaust, manifold, most annoying bov ever, pod filter, ARC I/C, new coils leads etc, tein hd flex suspension? and some HID lights. its a little rough up close, too low, cramped inside and being smaller than everyone scares me. but so much fun to drive. hopefully be at all toyota day! my brother does photography and will take more pics soon, these are from the seller (the hint is in the carsales watermark ahahaha)
