I'm back again.. Just picked up this 1991 AE93 Seca SX.. It has a GZE under the bonnet and has had alot of work done to it in the past.. At one stage I have been told it had a small stint in the NSW Tarmac rally arena.. and then it went off to be a show car in which it won many awards in its day... Gonna do some more research into it later.. I have plans to clean it up a bit and then might get stuck into making it quicker maybe a rebuild.. and a new engine management system.. the wolf 3D in it is well.. pretty old.. Hey all, So glad i found this place, i picked up this overrated 1983 KE70 Corolle SE. Some Specs 1) One lady owner who was 95 years old! means she brought it when she was 62!!!! 2) 79,000 kms, it absolutely purs! gutless, but so smooth 3) UNTOUCHED and IMMACULATE interior, EVERYTHING works, nothing is broken!!!! 4) Couple of dings and a little bit of damage i am looking at slowly repairing 5) Air con thats colder than my 2000 Honda Integra Type R 6) EVERYTHING works! 7) The only rust i see is a 1cm dot above the rear right taillight, and a little bit at the bottom of the rear right door, but only from the inside Here's some pics fellas, not exactly s…

It's just a standard ADM AE86, bought it off ebay for $1500. It needed the left quarter panel welded back on and other bits and pieces to make it drivable. My dads mate went and picked it up for us cause he had a month of work and wanted something to do (win for us) Ended up getting it November last year and it was on the road late January this year. We had some trouble with the gearbox/engine but finally got it fixed. The 4-AC we had in it went through oil faster then petrol and blew a lot of smoke. Now it has got some black 14x6 Superlites on it and we got a replacement 4-AC and rebuilt the engine and replaced the head with a stronger one. It runs perfect now, h…

Picked up the KE55 for $0 the other day. Massive rust and front end damage. Have so far killed all the rust and have straightened the front. Have got chrome bumpers to stick on once painted. Need some design ideas as ive got a blank canvas to work with!!

G'day fellas. As alot of you might already know, i've slowly been building up a KE55 Coupe for Junior Sedans for the last 6 months or so. When I started, I didn't realise that there would be so much effort into building the car; I started off with the typical young bloke mentality of it being a simple, quick, overnight task... Which of course, it definately was not! I'm glad that I chose to build it. I was offered the chance to buy a few seperate cars; in fact, i had the offer for a car to be bought for me. i'm starting something new,i'm going to create a Sti, now likely in power wise,but in styling. i will hit the junk yards up for a wreaked sti hood and wing. i alrdy have a suppiler for the wheels but to me they don't look to much like Sti wheels, so if anybody can help me with that, i whould apperiate it. not sure if i will custom fit sti lights on the car.... i'll keep posting updates and soon get a digital cam.... oh yeah the car that i will be working on for this project... a 1983 toyota corolla. 4AGE engine swap coming soon... :D

got this for free.. 4k auto stripped interior little rust aroungd boot and lower rear quarters stock suspension and ride height blah blah blah plans rego first then keep it ugly and rough... low handling rims 3.8 v6 5 speed drive it till it's defected :P

i cleaned my ke70 up today and is looking pretty good I'm happy with it i fixed a part of the rims up and got back mud flaps i gave it a wash not a polish still turned out ok there are no pics of interior but its all original with no tears it has 97 000 kms on the clock now good little car for a first car any comments ??

Hey guys :) I used to post on here a LONG time ago when I had my White ZZE123 Well I have since grown a few years, added a couple of kids into the mix, moved from Brisbane to Sydney and changed jobs. Last week I picked up a nice neat black 2001 AE112 Levin with 150K on the clock. This is the bigger family car.. however as we all know once we get a new rolla we just want to play with it and make it special!!! yo. just sold my motorbike, decided to get a car. mates got a corolla sx. hell of a fast car. name is jd. so i decided to burn him and get the same car. too bad I'm poor and decided to buy a cs version. its got 9 months rego and i got it for 700 bucks. wen i got it, it looked crap but after spending 300 bucks on it, this is what ive come up with. 300 including the system (H) planning to do a 20v silvertop conversion. when i get the papers. like the mechanic said, paper talks. guess I'm not gonna be talking for a while . lol oh yea, its a carby. TUNED CARBY. but still, a carby and don't forget the shoes :P

Just picked up a new daily, got it off a German backpacker who was going back home, she picked it from QLD and drove it over. It's in pretty good nick body wise, very straight with no rust at all, not sure if thats rare for these things. The interior is a bit rough though, the center console is busted up and the auto T bar is broken. Runs good except for the whiney diff. I have already put some other wheels and tyres on there, the ones she had on had started to separate and were causing the worst vibration. Also put some new boat carpet in the back. Not too clued up about these things, but is the sedan diff the same as the panel van? i need to get it sussed out asap…

K so my nan bought this T18 brand new in 1979. She died in 1992 and She gave it to my dad. My dad then gave it to my little brother, who basically rally'd it and trashed it. Then the alternator went on it and the battery kept going flat, so my brother just dumped it in the backyard and left it there. So i thought i would pull it out of the grass and start fixing it up. Hey, found this forum and thought id share some pics of my 1.6L beast. The car i bought about a month ago, a 1990 SX Hatch, it was it great condition with only minor attention needed. It comes with the following. - 17'' Rims /low pro - 3.5" stainless steal exhaust - Dubbed and lowered - Pearl white spray The sound system needs some attention but the engine is in great order and has been given a clean bill of health and the go ahead to be dynoed. hey gues about 2 months ago i bought a corolla ke55 coupe been a bit lazy but i finally got some pictures had some dramas here they are the resistor to the coil was stuffing up > fixed i didnt have high beams the combination switch was screwed got another one and the parks wouldnt come on with it so riped the both apart and made 1 out of 2 not the high beams wont go off > working progress no rear tyres left > fixed the horn would come on by it self when you turned > car fixed it blown head gasket > on order alternator over charging > getting fixed at work key barrel stuffed > fixed got a new one plan for my ke 55 coupe rust removal 4 …

A couple of years ago i picked up this KE35 here in the philippines. Pretty much it was just covered in rust and had just two passenger side seats and cheap carpet glued all over the place to cover up the rust. I figured It would be a good project for me to work on my body work and welding skills. turns out i was right, lots and lots of practice.

hey I'm new to the site and this is my daily that i picked up for $400. is pretty much stock apart from the half missing exhaust (have meaning to get fixed since i bought it) and the welded diff lol. its not n the best condition as you can see in the pic under the door seal is pushed in from the previous owner. am thinkikng of maybe lowering it and some cheap mags ? any ideas? just thinking of some things to make it look a little better without spending to much money as its only a cheap run about car. cheers

I bought this 1970 KE 11 about 7 years ago from the original owner. Only had about 49,000 miles its now done 53,000, it came with original purchase papers, owners manuals and sales brochure. The car had spent its whole life at the same address always garaged. Except for cleaning the engine bay, repainting the wheels and adding the Castrol Green stripes the car is pretty much as i bought it. Except for a small repair to the left rear quarter all the paint is original so to is all the interior. In all my time playing with KE1# series Corollas i have never seen a cleaner more original one!! :lol:
