If it were me I'd be upgrading that spear column. Mainly from a safety point of view and the later boss kits seem to fit ok. Can happily check out what's been done on mine at Winterfest. Not sure what one has been fitted, it could be a 30 as it has the key barrel blanked off on the surround.

I do have two older haltech units an E6k and an E6x BUT i had some software issues with the k and I haven't tried the x(was purchased as running unit from Spencer on here) so not sure how keen I am to on sell either of them on a forum that I am a member of.

Nah, the magna body gets machined to fit in a K. Only difficult bit would be milling the oil pump drive. I'll get you some photos tomorrow.

I've got that modded K-magna one and a stock one, that I'm modding for the FJ. I'll take some pics with them side by side to show what's involved with doing that conversion. Side by side it seems a lot easier than rewelding the housing back together.

Wow, that's a fair bit quiter with the air box fitted. What timing have you got in it? What head/piston combo are you running?

I should have an update tomorrow. Purchasing it will allow me to get fab work and the engine parts sorted. It's more than what a lot of people would spend on a K motor period, but you get what you pay for I spose.

Not much mate. Having too much fun cruising it around to pull it off the road. Iv'e been paying a fair bit of attention to the datto. Geez it flys for nothing more than a tune and a bit if boost.

E85 will eat your carbs too. E85 carbs are hard anodized internally.
