  1. If you don't like what you find at wreckers Google 13781-13020 Lots of Companies claim they got them
  2. does it make a difference how much fuel you got in the tank ? Just thiking this might happen if you got a smal leak on suction pipe inside fuel tank. ,
  3. We didnt get ce70 either but seen some for sale in Denmark and Finland . Mostly panel vans Havent seen or heard of earlier diesel rollas Yea, my charmant was based on e7. A30:4K , A45:2T, A60:4A Some earlier Chamants were based on e3, don't know their codes and don't think we got them
  4. type "ke70 pdf" in your Google search window
  5. Mentioned the 5k heads beeing used on some 4Ks to show that pistons exist that might work with this head. Guessing some $ has been spent on it and youd like to use it, could be wall to waterjacket is getting thin tho. If looking for pistons don't limit the search to 4ku. Theyre also used in 4ke 4kj and here in europe regular 4K post 08-82. To add to comfution 4ku , 4kj, and mentioned 4k also came as flatops saw some new dished 4k pistons on ebay the other day
  6. Some 4Ks use those heads as well. Got a pic of your pistons? Need to be dished type. Measure cc of combustion Chamber to see what you got
  7. ta 60 t50 has 22spline ouput shaft and wont fit Your 20 spline driveshaft. One year older ta40 would have been ok. Belive Engine Mounts from a ta22 or a ta12 ta14 will fit. Newer are too wide Shoudnt be hard to find a 4k.Its the easiest and cheapest uppgrade. 5k are getting rare, lots were sold in liteace but most have been wrecked or exported to africa K50 were not sold here (apart from charmants)- found mine in a kp61 in sweden
  8. CE70 are diesels, W56? gearbox and S diff
  9. could also be worn brushes. Toyota wont have any but you can probably find something useful at a bosch dealership. Easy enough to change but will need soldering
  10. Write " te37 flare" in seach, top right corner send a pm to Megat
  11. Your ke10 has a B code diff senter. these are also found on early ke20s The U code diff center found on late kp 61, late ke20, ke30,ke70 and the 4x4 al25 tercel is slighly larger but will also fit in Your diff housing. Your ke10 shafts will fit into the U code diff center (This info does not apply for aussie cars with borg diffs)
  12. Schneider cams got some camgrinds and lifters for the 3T Add some comperssion and a weber carb if its in good conditon
  13. primary port (the one that opens first) furthest away from head ftw
  14. Havent tried it myself but have read that A40, w50, w58 share length and outputspline. fairly reliable Source. Some different unis around so not sure if you can swap yoke over. Could be lucky tho
  15. a ke3 auto tailshaft should work with the w box
  16. have done a few of those but forget where I posted and what car.. belive kp61 was 8.6 deg easy to use, press "zero" while on strut leg and get direct readout when on disc or hub. will see if I get time, and remember
  17. compressed its about 1.3mm 82m bore
  18. Nice add Pete but that one only goes to 6K. Even got a name for it now, Panoramic tacho
  19. for bypassing ballast resistor just put a wire accross the two terminals or move all wires to the terminal Connected directly to coil. If youve got a multimeter you could just measure resitance of it
  20. if starting while cranking then stopping when you release key, check coil ballast resistor by bypassing
  21. Looks tidy Banjo. Corolla "body repair manual " has wiring diagrams of seperate Circuits relays and switches so easyer to follow. Nissan feeling : yes they have light relays , full current for headlights still goes thru dimmerswitch to ground tho
  22. suggest you measure cc of heads and compare as it might lower comp ratio
  23. look for a Celica ta22 T- series diff. They are about same Width as ke35 diff and strong enough for a 4age. Will need to be cleaned for Mounts and New ones welded on.
