Not entirely correct. Yes it means that the speed limit is "de-restricted" to the state limit. In most states being 100, even though there are usually sections of 110 road, it only derestricts you to 100. Unless you're in the NT.... :)

KE25 3c PRC rally car, and the remains of a TE37 replica rally car. Lockwire is steel wire that goes through a hole in the bolt head, and locks the bolt in the closed position. I'll see if I can find a piccie.....

I lockwire everything that can't be secured with a ty-rap! :P

Corolla Manual states "Caliper assy to support bracket: 54Nm (40 ft/lbs)" That's for standard, I can't see why that wouldn't suffice fo your application. Oh, and I'd use spring washers. R.
