i know for certain that it's an early celica, but unsure if it's a TA22, TA23 or RA23. i'm still not down with the early styling differences. regardless, a very clean toyota. it was stolen earlier this month and fortunately recovered 2 days later with very minimal damage.

roosa, was that due to your car being a ke30 and not a ke55? had you have taken the ke55 weight would you have been able to get a 13B cleared?

correct. there's no 'hard' rules for commercial vehicles. so long as what you put in is balanced by upgrading everything else for the large increase in power, you can theoretically put a twin-turbo'd v12 in. each engineer will have different ideas on what is 'acceptable', so it pays to shop around and be honest. dF

you will need an early manual yolk (ke1x and ke2x), as the uni joints in the later tailshafts are larger (ke3x ke5x and ke70) tailshaft length is also different between auto and manual. the auto tailshafts are 1" or so longer. sucks to say, but you will need a manual tailshaft from a ke1x or ke2x. it doesn't matter if it's from a car with a banjo diff or BW diff, as you can just swap the rear flanges if necessary. dF
