  1. I am assuming you mean fusable link? Should be right at the battery..
  2. They only came out on the 20v motors..
  3. Sometimes it doesn't come down to performace, Just better drivability..
  4. I believe it comes down to your carb really, If it was shit like mine was the gemini carb was a good upgrade. Unlike the other KE70 I have here which the carb still goes great. I felt the gemini carb was better matched to a stock 4K than a weber is, Fond memories of kicking nicks old KE70 off the line because the weber would bog down..
  5. Usally check for a blown fusable link or fuses in the fuse box..
  6. Looks like I missed out on another good cruise, Will be up for the next one for sure though :D
  7. Will have to catch up again one night now that I have my car back again..
  8. I made the FAQ for the Gemini Nikki carb conversion for people to lazy to figure stuff out themselves.. Read it!
  9. Sounds pretty interesting, I'd be up for it if I'm free on the day..
  10. Wow, Did a good job of that
  11. No offence, But being a bit more specific would help in your situation. Please re-word your question so people don't wish to hit their head with a frying pan to help miracle guess what you need..
  12. wow 10/10 for that one, that shot is mad!
  13. Yeah, I'd be fighting it too, That is absolute crap having to wait that long. Best of luck getting it sorted..
  14. Looks to be 2 teeth out? Whats wrong with just moving it to where the new red marks are on the front of the cam wheels? Put it against your old ones and see how they line up..
  15. Unless it has already been engineered you will need to get it done as the motor was not standard with that vehicle. The sparky must be useless if he doesn't know how to check and find a battery drain if one exists. You have to connect your multimeter and see how much current is being drawn from the battery, 0.03A is the maximum you will want to see when the battery is connected. Battery drain can be an accessory, light or relay that is still on when it shouldn't be.. Basically you check for live fuses and pull them one by one till the battery drain disappears, Then you know what was causing it..
  16. The footage was actually taken and compiled by me, I actually didn't intend on uploading it..
  17. Had my 4AGE sitting under the bench for a few years before it was installed, Never had a problem..
  18. Have been a slack bastard with photos lately.. Got the In-tank pump sorted and in the tank. Tank is ready to go up when I get the brass barb for the high pressure line (Forgot I left it in my KE70 which is in being tuned at the moment) :D
  19. Stop being lazy, I reposted the wiring digram last week for about the tenth time, Do a search, Its not that hard..
  20. Wow, It has come a long way scince I last looked..
  21. Was it a KE70? If so it's mine, Its in for a tune..
  22. Nothing wrong with twin 40s, Perfect size for a K motor..
  23. These 2 pictures should help..
  24. Yeah, Get the head shaved at a bare minimum for a worked N/A K motor..
  25. Was working on the sunny coast before (Recarb fitted them for me) But I had other problems causing the idle to be unstable. The mechanics where I work now diagnosed it and helped me fix it, Just now the carbs are out of tune. Its at a carb shop at wooloongabba at the moment so fingers crossed it should haul arse when I get it back..
