Yep, she bought the car like that though and never got a chance to fix it. The car has been sold off now anyway which was sad to see it happen, but her money-hungry mother would never just hand her daughters best friend the keys over without paying double what the car was worth. Hopefully the new owner doesnt kill it.

My detailing work for my best friend last year for Toyoshow 2007 before she passed away. I managed to snare 3rd place in the Original to 1999 Class and snare her 2nd place for the Matrons of Modified Class.

Just wondering if you have the fuel solenoid hoked up Tally, if not, replace it with a bolt. Most causes of a car that wont idle correctly or at all are related to that fuel solenoid :yes: Should be a wire that come off of it on the carby...

Bad idea if the person is forgetful. Scenarios: 1. Switch gets left off, car overheats, pops a head gasket. 2. Switch gets left on, person parks car for the day, comes back to a now flat battery. Not cool! (no pun intended) :dance:

Agree with the Satin black. My guitar is Satin black and has a a slight gloss look to it :dance: Could always sand it back a little and throw a coat of satin black over it :jamie:
