Hey I bought the car in great condition about 6 months ago of an old bloke in the blue mountains. since then i have not done anything major to the car yet (apart from getting hit by another car :hmm: ) iv'e just been doing little things to make it look nicer (e.g. lowering the car, respraying the grill, air filter, stereo, sprayed the rims black...) After the crash i bought another ke30 from a wreckers in blacktown, i got the whole car (without engine and box) for $350 so was pretty happy with that. so thats what i have been using for parts (e.g. bonnet, radiator support, grill, front spoiler...) but i don't have a front bummper yet, if anyone is selling one please …

Ok, first thing id like to say is i plan for this car to have show potential as well as impressive runner. I also have a completely secret mod. which i will not discuss till after its complete which is my number one priority after the engine conversion. I plan to put the new engine in and mod the rest of the car to as how i like it and i promise nuthin rice or big rims or big bodykits...lol and this is my ride: Hey all, I just bought my 2nd rolla not too long ago and its gunna be a work car 4 me. Nuthin better than an extremely powerful 4 banger for your first car. Anywayz its a ae92 CS rolla with a 4afc (as some of you might know, they definatly don't pump much …

Hey all, As some of you may know - On the 13th April, 2006 - I bought myself a 1984 Toyota AE71 Corolla Spirit, 5 Speed Manual and it has the 1.6L Super Responsive (hehe) 4-AC engine. A very impressive car... Excellent Condition for the age and price I paid, which was only $750 - For a completely working car allround, no issues at all. Also to my amazement was the dash reading only 188,000 Kms  ...I guess I hit the jackpot with this car :lolcry: Anway this is my new project car, as I already have a daily car (1984 Mazda 626 Super Deluxe 2.0L Manual) and I am looking to swap the 4-AC motor for either a 4AGE 'Big Port' 100kW \ 4AGE 'Small Port' Silver…

Hey so as you all know not so long ago I purchased a KE55 off of Twitch on RC and managed to roll it in the same night. (See attached Pics). Just letting you all know that my wonderful mother (Mumma's boy now I can admit it lol) decided she wanted to take a holiday and offered to tow it home for me. So it drove onto the car trailer starting first go, off of the car trailer and is now at my uncles awaiting to get fixed. Should be getting sent the pictures of it still on the trailer soon to put up. Oh and I'm annoyed because the tow driver that took it to the crash repairer's managed to snap off both mirrors and not even pick them up! The plan is for it to be fixe…

I recently bought a 82 ksev thats not running for a project! Hoping to one day soon take it to the track and drift professionally. I'm only young and have only a little bit of mechanic experience but i'm hoping to learn from experience. Theres not much i can say other than the car wasnt in great condition when i bought it but i'm not really fussed as i only payed $180 for the whole thing. It was full of old car shit for another car of his that he has to come pick up soon,so the passenger seat was taken out. When the guy owned the car it was originally a flat front, but he sold the flat front and the manual pedal box to a bloke who gave him a dark blue slanty front …

Picked this one up last night, had been floating on Ebay for a while and no one else went to check it out. Original 98,000kms, now sporting a 5 speed, all new shocks & springs, new 16" alloys & tyres, new front end steering components and immaculate only needing a vacuum and exhaust flange gasket replace. Only thing i'll be doing is replace the wheels with some old skool 15" items or factory 14" with hubcaps & whitewalls.

I'm a new member here. Just thought I'd stick my new beast up. It's my brand new 1988 TOYOTA COROLLA AE95R SR5. I'm the third owner and the first 2 owners were very caring. The interior is pretty much perfect and apart from the bonnet and a spot on the roof the paint is perfect and it goes good and all that. The 4AFE is nothing special in performance but it's a lot nicer than the 4AC in my last car. These are the only pics I've got at the moment. It's got air Con, Cd Player, Central Locking, Electric Mirrors, Power Steering and Tinted Windows. I've got a set of 15" wheels I'm hoping will fit on. I've heard power is hard to come by in the F department so I…

hey guys time to start another build thread so i found what i thaught to be a ae71 spirit, turned out to be a ke70! owned buy a young girl, i asked if she was keen to sell and she was, i offered her 1000 without driving it, took it for a drive and noticed that mosdt of the car was actually f@$ked, gearbox was noisy in first, seat had colapsed, tappets where going off there nuts cd player worked some times, and was plain filthy, ended up getting it for a decent price to say the least, fixed it, cleaned it, drove it, crashed it, fixed it, drove it, then the engine decided it would stop holding its fluids (used 3 ltr of 20/50 a week!) but it shot off a coola…

Didn't know where to post this one but it does have one of my rides in it. Just came back from a road trip to Phillip Island with some freinds in a KE17 SL Sprinter, MX23 MK2 Corona and my RT72 Corona 1900 SL, we all went down to watch the historic motor racing. Our first day was Sydney to Beechworth, then to St Kilda for two nights then of to the Island for three nights. From there it was back to Cooma to visit Flynn's Wreckers then back home. We all had a great time with no major probs, we travelled about 2400kms on our trip and the old RT72 averaged about 7.5 lts per 100kms for the whole trip. That was with 2 adults one child and a boot chocked with luggage. The KE1…

Bought a new KE70 today. Its beige with late model front. Its got a locker, cut springs, tacho dash and twin upswept tip :D Oh and the best part hardly any rust, just a little bit in the tyre well. Paid 400 for it and it came with loads of stockys and tyres. A few hard old 155s to help the 4K slide ;) Few problems are cracked windscreen and a pretty mangled r/h/f guard. but ive got the parts to replace these on my old sev. Plans for it are firstly tidy it up and do a bit of suspension work, then either my 4K Turbs setup or a 16v. Ill get pics up tomorrow, when i get it home.

Hi all. I've been roaming around on this forum for quite a while now. I thought it's time to post seeing as there's quite a few AE112s about and I have a soft spot for KEs too :). I've just copied and pasted my ride from TOCAU below as then it's easier to update later for those interested  Well I picked this Corolla up with 85,860Ks on the clock for 11k. Cleanest interior and seats that have hardly been sat on (minus driver's seat LOL)! I chose the sedan because it is different and handles better than the liftback in my opinion. I was also influenced by this Hong Kong AE110 Sedan. Just bought from the car yard... Then modding stopped for long while... …

Picked up this AE112 from the wreckers at Wacol, it just has a light tap in the front, hoping to have the front damage repaired this week and get it ready for paint

I sold my old KE55 in search for one in a bit better condition. I found this one, out of the blue and strangely enough, same colour - almost same everything! Sitting on a backstreet in Stanhope Gardens in Sydney was this 1981 KE55 SE, I had nearly given up hope finding another one for a sensible price. I called the number on the sign and made an offer which was accepted pretty much on the spot. It belonged to a fragile elderly lady who was in a nursing home, she had not driven the rolla in 3 years and it had just been sitting in her carpeted garage in her villa. She had given instructions to her daughter - who I was speaking with - to please sell the car to someon…

Hi over here, long time no see, I'm back with another car. I already was here but no pictures are left on the old threads Many moons ago I had this KE71 That after a lot of hardwork came out looking like this And after a while without a RWD Corolla (I had an AE101 Corolla) I came across this, and I'm the proud owner of an 1973 Toyota Corolla, also known as mighty TE27. As a bit of history, the Toyota dealer for Uruguay is AYAX and it didn't import any Toyota until the 1980's so anything before that is very strange, so when I came across a sale post that reads "Toyota Corolla 1973" I had to have it, so I went to see the car, this are the fi…

So I had the ghetto boosted hilux and it just wasn't making me happy. I really liked the r33 and was gutted I sold it to buy the ute for my failed attempt at a business. But I got a new job, paying well and a mate had a Rolla but needed a ute. And he wanted my ute. And after I test drove his car we swapped. So this is it. AE101 sedan with a blacktop 20v with a bunch of SQ goodies. Full exhaust. Coilovers. Sw20 seats. C56 (non lsd, yet). One of those defi style all in one gauges. Body is a bit rough but the grin on my face when I drive it is all that matters. I N D U C T I O N I'LL get some better pics in the next few days. Will hav…
