back in march last year i bought a ke35 coupe with a 4age in it. it had been sitting in a shed for the last two years. when i got it the master cylinder had ceased and only the rear brakes were working. made it a very interesting drive home. here are some of the specs on it when i got it Yellow 77 ke35 coupe (last of the 35's so it has a ke55 dash in it) AE86 rwd bigport 4age with t50 haltec e6m computer RA40 front struts with the crossmember dodgy drilled out for more camber. 14X6 super lights

Hey guys after staking out the forums for the last couple of months and drooling over some of these ke70's and the likes I've decided to dip into the scene and buy my own. I picked it up over the weekend, just your regular 84' with the standard 4k and 5 speed box. (The colour is a lot more cream than white) It runs like an absolute dream with only one small bit of rust just above the rear bumper. The engine will be kept maintained and stock for the time being until my current plans are out of the way, any ideas are welcome seeing as this is my first real attempt at making a car my own. :) The upholstery will need a fair bit of TLC as it is filled with fun …

my KE10 4door Project 3K Engine Console

G'Day all, So I have had this Ke38 wagos for 2 years now, and I have had it as a fantastic daily for the majority of that time. The mods only consisted of a 2" straight through exhaust and headers, reset leafs, king springs, monroe shocks and a screaming gilmer drive. It sat on glossy 15" silhouette steelies at the back with white lettering on the tyres and fresh black "front runner" ke stockies. looked and sound ridiculous and people would never want to race at the lights haha. Just bought this bad boy for $500 got some big dreams, keep it sleeper, not sure to do an 8 or turbo conversion yet, any suggestions? Going to paint a nice pastel yellow keep the brown and cream interior and nothing to crazy just straight and clean. A lot of $$ and time about to be spent on this.

A friend and I went for a look at a guys farm today who had 90+ cars laying in a paddock, we went armed with cash and a car trailor intending on bringing my mate home a valiant, instead I got this. The wheels were on a liteace van nearby (unfortunately the liteace only had a 4k or I would have bought that home too...) Hey Rollaclub! Here's another project I have bitten off. While looking for a coupe I came across this buff coloured sedan on eBay. Of course the nature of eBay is that sometimes you bid and end up owning things you didn't intend to. I really wanted a coupe! This is a relatively low mileage sadan (167,000km) that IMO just needed some loving. The previous owner fitted a new clutch and rear main seal, then got bored of it before he put it back together. I have always had some kind of old school project on the go/in the garage for the better part of the last 20 years, the better ones have been a very tidy bone stock 72 lancer, super tidy stock ke30 (wish I had kept both of) datsun 1200 sedan, 2 datsun 1200 2 door wagons, datsun 240c wagon and a AE86 (300bhp 4agte). Our Story. A couple of week back I purchased this T18 for a few hundred dollars. Pulled her from a shed where she has been hibernating for the past 2-3 years. Gave her some fuel, fitted a battery and away she went first crank(electric fuel pumps are handy) into gear and off she went with no hassles. As the photo atest she is no "Belle of the Ball". I am hoping to pull off a "Cinderella" type deal. As you can see she is a granny spec T18, L3TC/T50. On completion it will esentially still be granny spec as this car is for my kids not me. Hey guys, this is my rolla TE72 / T-18 I was given this car. Took me a while to realize it had potential. This is how it was when i got it: Then we chopped the springs, painted the stock rims black and found some wheel trims, haha: Whacked some jelly beans on it, And now brings me to this stage. Just had all the rust cut out of my car and professionally primed. Ready for me and a friend to paint it in 2 Pack White. Hi guys, I'm a new owner of a pretty old rolla. It's a 1983 KE70 Corolla wagon CS. Just wondering if there's a site with a little more detail about this car, or if anyone else has one that they've done some work too. I'm basically keeping it as a second car, and am keen to take it on little trips etc, as I see that as the advantage of having a wagon ;) Also, does anyone know what size speakers fit in these cars? Maybe 4 or 6 inch in the front, and the rear speaker holes look pretty big- maybe 6 x 9, but I haven't had a good look. Bought from a guy in county NSW for a very good price 4k with extractors and 2 inch exhaust Ke55 front brakes standard diff - have now been through 3 2 1/4'' lowering blocks Saab 15'' intercepters on the rears Future plans have differed between SR, CA, Rotary, and turbo K series. Hello Brethren, Picked this up in my new hometown of Cairns. It’s a 1979 KE55 Corolla. It comes tinted, lowered on Kings / Monroes, with some nice 16” rims, fully resprayed in the original colour of Kingston Blue. It’s got the stock 4K with a 3sp gearbox. First carby I have owned, and first RWD for that matter :hmm: Here it is. I don’t have any interior shots on me at this minute, but will update that later. Sup everyone. just picked up my second car today, a KE70. No RWC, no reg, off a good friend of mine. he originally bought it for his daughter to learn on, but never got the time to get everything done, so it got sold to me!! car is in great condition. there is NO rust at all. My first car was a 1600 datsun, so I know what rust looks like!! ive been over every inch of the bodywork on this thing, no rust whatsoever. it has a few dings, dents and scrapes, but nothing bad. Hey guys and gals. Well I did a swap on the weekend the Tercel for a AE82 Corolla 4AGE Bigport. Which was a fun drive home :P . This is my first Rolla with a 4AGE and I LOVE IT :y: :y: :y: . The old owner said it has a blown head gasket but after inspections found that is not the case (no water in engine or oil in coolant and did a radiator cap off test and no bubbles). Still yet to find the problem as it at times heats up to 3/4 temp when doing 100kms and drops back down to 1/2 when going 80kms. I would say it has a water pump problem and it has a leak somewhere. It has some rust around the drip rails not much and an easy fix. Anyway here are some pics of the girl …

heres my ke10 slap together skid car the car was as is when i bought it all ive done is given it a good thrashing the beast is nothing special as the body is far from overrated n has a fair bit of bog (stuff u can't see in pics on ebay) is camo green with granny visor and a rear venetian that is out of some other car and has been cut down to sort of fit the ke10 drivetrain is a early 4age and a jap 5 speed no work is done to motor that i know of has crappy home made 2 inch exhaust and sports a standard ke10 diff(soon to be welded) rolls on 13 inch hot wires she does go well and leaves all the p plater vn commodore drivers from the lights

Well this is my wagon, finally got it home today after it sitting at a mates since i got it 2 months ago. Plan to get it ready for rego in the next couple of weeks. Its just a stock 4ac with a 4 speed manual.

Hey fellas/ladies new to this site, I'm from Just Commodores. Quick run down. I brought this car, from a guy that worked at Wheel Worx. 225,XXX on the clock, after 4 months of sitting there, it started first turn. So the engine is in quite decent nick. Clutch is still healthy, chrome is still shiny and straight. Has a little bit of rust, nothing that some bog and primer wont fix ;) Ive now had this car for almost 6 months, with not a single problem.. Except for a bad earth strap :P But the time has come, for this little beast, to get a make over, and a new heart. Hey all. My name's evan and ive been on here a little while as i used to have a KE55 sedan. Sold it some time ago so haven't been real active on the forum. Anyway, just today i went and had a look at a 1977 KE36 wagon. Loved it inside and out (even the poo brown paint) and put a deposit on it. So, will be picking it up on monday. Not real sure where i'll go with this project but initially i want a cool daily cruiser. Got some sound gear to go in and will prolly get some 16's on it soon. Sadly more than likely will be a parts car. Does it need its own thread? No, but I'm making one because its an RA28 and I love them! Currently runs an 18RG (why I brought it) BEFORE anyone says it the bonnet was painted black before drifting was invented. Back in its day it was a hill climb car so the bonnet was painted black.
