  1. Sounds like a throwout bearing. Only part that really only comes into play (and hence shows its condition) when the clutch pedal is depressed. Best off replacing the lot. Gives you a good excuse to get a HD or puk clutch :P
  2. Evan, Not all the ends on the clutch cable are the sort where you can pop the end off. Remove the circlip on the firewall and disconnect the cable from the top of the clutch pedal. Then feed it back thru the hole towards the diff. Edit: Pretty much what the post above me says :bash:

  6. 99% are the same up to the collector. After that they change to suit the floor pan.

  10. I'm running a very similar size (235/60/14) on the rear of my ute. Ended up with Hankook RA03's or something $175ea when i bought.

  15. The one on the City side is Extensive wheel services. Also seems that they are quite a bit cheaper than Adelaide wheel and rim...

  20. Interesting, didnt have to do it when i put the KE70 5speed into my previously auto 78 KE30. But the KE55 5spd with KE70 rear housing is rather close to the floor in the original manual 38.

  22. Any good diff shop will be able to redrill axles to whatever pattern you want with minimal fuss. If you're after brand new leaf packs, drop me a PM.
