The finale is here. It has been 11 weeks in the making, but we’re down to the last leg of the competition! It was 77 days ago that 10 rookie racecar drivers of all description entered the Kelly Racing headquarters in order to pit their skills against each other. G'day guys. Just looking to hear from anyone who's used or heard about these sandblasting kits for air compressors? Mostly just wanting your opinion, What kinda stuff i can do with it and what sorta compressor would be ideal? Also what can you put through them? Does it have to be the powder stuff or can you use like baking soda? I mean for the $50~ I'm not expecting a heap, but mostly i want to do my wheels, engine parts and stuff like that. After a very successful first year, which included overseas awards and recognition, 7mate are proud to announce that the Shannons Supercar Showdown is back for another action-packed season of motorsport! I'm off to pick up the girl from Armidale tomorrow bright & early, and there are two ways to get around the bit of NSW with no roads in. One is Orange--> Northwest through Gulgong, maybe Duneedoo & Cassilis to Tamworth. Looks easy, although some roads may be bad if they're wet. Anyone been over those minor roads? The other is Orange--> Bathurst, North to Kandos then Muswellbrook & Tamworth. The road from Kandos north looks pretty spectacular, so I might go up one route and down the other. My rant. I'm sick of early classic corollas of the KE10 and 20 varieties particularly, being advertised as "would be great for drifting" Let's look at the validity of this statement... KE20 wheelbase is slightly longer than a KP60 Starlet... Are they good for drifting? No... They are very twitchy, due to the wheelbase being so short.
