Hey guys, just returned home in a tow truck tonight and thought what other mishaps have we all had that we can laugh about etc: my night started tonight with a nice drive round town in my ke11, night was going well then was time to return home stopped at a red light the spring on my carb snapped just as the light went green and started revving the guts out of the 3k powerhouse... Must admit was a decent 3k launch but something to laugh about now I guess... Any one got a carb spring for a 3k in NSW lol jokes

Hi guys, Over the last 2 years I have had multiple health issues and was diagnosed with Crohns disease. Over that last 3 or so months I have been in and out of hospital, rapid weight loss and overall feeling like rubbish. I have multiple tests and all have shown evidence of crohns disease. But i go back and the doc decides to change there mind and say I am fine and that they cannot find anything... So they keep changing there mind. I had an appointment today and now they have put me in the 'Too Hard' Basket and are sending me to Melbourne Royal. Last Australia day was one the worst days for myself and my family. Late that night I got a call from my sister to tell me my cousin Jake and two of his mates had died in a car accident in Mt compass, he was 18 and had his whole life ahead of him. Hey guys, I am quite puzzled at the moment, I have a 40inch full HD in my bedroom but I do not have a tv port. Now I have bought mulitple indoor antennas which are meant to be good for digital tv. However no matter where I put any of these antennas i can't even get a single channel even old school tv... I have tried to do it near a window, I have even placed the antenna outside and still no channels... We have a tin roof, would this effect it? If anyone knows of anything that I can buy or use that will give me reception i would appreciate it, I am almost thinking of buying a caravan antenna, but I'm not even sure if this will work. The only other option is…

Hey all, anyone know of a car carrier to get the Carolla back to Brisbane, with a good price I used Patricks to get it over here at $1100, and Patricks where reluctant to carry the car due the age and their policy on this (mind you is not stipulate) I am considering driving the car, but need to get it out of Central Australia to say ADL due to roads and no 98RON, but its not going to be a comfortable drive either thoughts anyone, cheers

The All Japanese Classic day 2011 will be on Sunday 20th February. Again put together by the combined forces of the Rising Sun register and the Seven of clubs, Mazda car club of Qld. The venue is the usual place at the Earnshaw state college, Earnshaw Road, Banyo. This is about five's minutes off the M1, via the Nudgee beach exit. Gate's open at 7am and general public is from about 9am. The gates are open all day so you can arrive and leave when you feel like it. No problems if you need to work and get there late…

So living in Central Australia and with this super heat most of us are having, park the old girl up in the sun, go to the shops (long walk, keep away from other cars) come back turns over but no go, Seems 98RON don't pump all so great in the heat, so push her into some shade to cool down, frustrating, any one else have/had this problem?

I was flushing the cooling system in my 'cruiser today. When I was refilling the rad I bumped the rad cap..somewhere. For the love of god, I cannot find it. I'll go buy another tomorrow, but it really gives me the shits!! Once when I was an apprentice I managed to "drop" my spark plug socket into the chassis rail of an ea falcon. if that car is still going (most unlikely as it is a ford) my socket is still in there. There was no way to get it out!! So what have you dropped/knocked that made it to a place where no human could possibly put it?

So the in-laws in Japan have bought a new car. The father in law is a Toyota man. Back in the 70's he had a Mitsubishi Colt (saw pics, real old skool JDM beast) Water pump went and blew the engine. So from then on, a Toyota only man. He had a Toyota Ipsom for about 10 years. The Shaken (yearly RWC checks that get more expensive with age) was getting too expensive. It was cheaper to buy a new car. So he bought a Ractis. http://toyota.jp/ractis/ Basically a Yaris with a mini van body. But because he is a petrol head he bought the big block 1.5!, not the 1.3! So on my next visit, I know what I'll be driving!

hey guys ive recently put an N/A bridgeport 13B rotor in my ke55, and my brakes before the conversion were shocking and wouldnt stop the old 4K so I'm not leaving it to chance and need a front brake upgrade. i was just wondering if anyone knows a place where i can get a pair? ( ordered in or cutom made) or does anyone know what parts i can mix and match to make a custom pair i would preferably like them to use coilovers. i am good with my hands and am good with tools so i am keen on giving it a go if i can. or is anyone selling an upgrade? also I'm wondering if anyone knows a place in sydney that can build me an LSD to fit in my ke55, also does anyone know what LSD …
