Hi All, Just thought i would inroduce myself and my project for the year. Just updating my KE20 to a better body and make it in line with the rules for Classic Adelaide & Improved Production Racing. My Dad and I have done the classic 5 times in a 1969 KE15 sprinter and it was time to change up to the 2ltr 3TG option. The car is getting a blasting internally at present and then the paintwork can start. It has already been issued with a CAMS log book so i can compete in the IPRASA rounds as well. Will keep some updates coming when things look more complete. DMC

Hi guys i went to WSID tonight to see cuzzo race his Ke30 and i ran across this ke30 and blew my load all over his car when he opened the bonnet. I've always loved the idea of a crazy K series engine with injection and big turbo, but thought it was a little to pricey and wouldn't make enough power in the end as i want over 200kw atw out of what ever engine i used with out having to go to crazy. Hey all. Gribble here from Sydney. Just thought id share some info on my little Rally Project I'm currently building. Its going to be a fairly straight forward KE70, 4k, 5 speed, totally stripped interior, bilstein shocks, adm ae86 brakes, cage, seats, harnesses etc etc. Nice and simple for a starter. So far ive gotten the shell totally stripped down, I have removed the sound deadening from the interior and 90% of the crap tar stuff from underneath. Ive begun to stitch the chassis seams together to gain some torsional rigidity. Next step is to do the seat mountings and the cage. PICS! Ok ive finally uploaded some pics of the build. hey guys just aquired myelf an ae71 panelvan for 1000 bucks. ive seen it at my mates workshop for awhile but didnt bother to ask if he was selling her. finally asked and he sold it too me today, so i was like :bash: . shes basically got no rust except for a couple 20c pieces in the door and around the tailgate seal. needs a new radiator and battery for roady but the rest is all good. its missing a few interior bit but f#ck all, and need new carpet throughout. Hi everyone this is my corolla story, i bought the car a little ova a year and half ago for $200 with the intention to do a hilux motor swap. Soon realizing that if i was going to change the engine i may aswel make it worth it hahaha. It sat in my parents garage for the best part of 6 months while i decided what to do with it, in that time i prepared the car for painting and striped it, i purchased a half cut from the local jap shop and mum and dad arrived home from work one day to find half a car being craned of a flatbed into their driveway taking up more space. Well got this car the other week and was always umming and arring for ideas and stuff. but entered toyoshow last weekend with the unfinshed project car and came out with 1st place in the classics. so my head has been swarming with ideas since them lol. but the end goal is going to be pretty much a jimi hendrix tribute car hopefully done tastefully and not just heaping crap all over the place lol its currently a ke55 that has been remade to a ke35 including 4k changed to a 3k :P

got this for free.. 4k auto stripped interior little rust aroungd boot and lower rear quarters stock suspension and ride height blah blah blah plans rego first then keep it ugly and rough... low handling rims 3.8 v6 5 speed drive it till it's defected :P

Bought this KE16 wagon from Leon Edwards in Melbourne about 5 years ago. The car was in pretty good condition when I got it. The only thing I have done is changed the motor to a 5K, and still running a 2 speed auto.Put the mags on a year ago,the car is entered for Motor Fest in Sydney, Australia day 2011. You might remember that i was looking for an AE93 SX/GTi a few months ago, well i picked one up so may as well show it off a bit. It's a White Series 1 SX Seca which had 208xxx on the clock at time of purchase. Pretty much granny spec aside from an alpine headunit which may as well be dead, and rear muffler has been replaced at some point with a decent looking tip, no peashooters here XD. hey guys, just got my first rolla! don't know too much about them but am trying to learn very quickly. Hope the pic works! Brought it for $450, engines siezed but have sourced one out from a member on here brother, have manual conversion there but i think i just need the pedal box! My plan is to get the new engine in, possibly respray it all matt black as a dodgy job or the original blue with red pinstripe as i quite like the colour, get it roadworthied and regoed, then start planning to put in a 4agze and start D-rifting! This is an in car camera of me driving in my 1973 TE-27 Levin that has a full bridgeport engine in it. This was the 7th JCCS held yearly at Long Beach California. Well pretty much bought my car back... long story short i smashed the front end (ran up the ass of some one). The front end had been fixed, extractors, a newer model corolla steering wheel... and a bride seat had been installed. When I bought it back it had been stripped and had no exhaust (only extractors) it had no rego either.. He also said he had just fixed the head gasket but that was not the case cause it was still ʞ©$ɟed so I fixed that, got it skimmed, also it didn't idle so took it to work and fixed that, I stripped the interior and sprayed it black, made it neater. Hello, This a rare model in France and maybe in some others countries in Europe or worldwide. My ride was first bought in Swiss in 1977 by a lady who live there in Valais county. Then she moved to south of France area in 1980. The car is powered by the 3kh engine, manual stick with 4 speed. Having had a long standing love affair with the old rotary motor, combined with a love of the early sedans of my time, this is my first project that i actually look like having the money to complete from start to finish. Crazy. Started with seeing an add on g-tree for a ke30 sedan that looked kinda neat. Rang the owner and he was super nice, and being about a 3 hour drive from my place, a mate and i decided to make it into an overnight trip as a bit of a getaway as well. Alright, about the car. I got it off my dad a couple of years ago, a couple of years before that he had been rebuilding the engines at his mates house( there both mechanics) but got married and somehow it got left forgotten rusting in the yard. Photos are after I picked it up and gernied off all the grime it was 5mm thick in places!!

I ended up with another project car. It is a 1975 (pre-smog for CA) TE38 E5. I bought it cheap. I drive 300+ miles to see the car. The ad said "Runs Good". I got there and he said it hasn't been driven for 7 years and he had just got it started. He had owned the car for a long time. It served as a first car for all 3 of his kids. I checked it over, bought it, did some minor engine work, and drove it 324 miles home with no issues. The car drives well, but an engine rebuild is needed. It has low power due to compression. It's ugly as sin. The pictures make it look better than it actually is.
