Hey guys, very soon to get my P Plates and wanted a little project to waste away time until I get them. And then obviously it will be an ongoing thing. I bought this for $1200 from a priest down south. It has hardly any rust, and if so. It's only surface. Tiny scrape on the back right panel which has started to rust but I shall be fixing soon. I'm putting a sound system in today. Which is JVC deck which I got for free. CD/MP3 Player and remote. And two 400w Xplod's for the back and 130w xPlods for the front. Looking for some Coilovers to put in soon. And I'm painting the stockies black leaving the ring chrome. Tell me what you guys think. Here is the only picture I h…

Hi everyone, just bought myself this nice little ke30, its got a 5k 5sp in it. I'm new to corolla's and this club helped me alot with pre purchase research. thanks to all those that contributed to the knowledge base. i've had this car for about two weeks now and i really like it. This is my project ae71 it has a 4ac carby engine it will be coming out and ive just bought myself a complete car wich is a ke70 it has all the running gear 4agze engine t50 box and exhuast all the way frew with a vl turbo fuel pimp surge tank etc... i will be swappin it into my ae71 that ive got enjoy

hey guys i recently brought about a month ago a white ke15 sprinter ke15 sprinter for a new project car. this thing was pretty much stock with a burnt out interior and that someone had jsut lowered. ive now just raised it up and just wondering how much one of these things is worth as I'm might be going an engine conversion. the only rust on it is a tiny hole in the firewall and i a hole in the top left guard the size of a pin hole. other than that its just surface which is getting fixed now. also in a couple of months once registered and its grown on me a bit more ill be putting a 4g63 engine which my mate is giving me for nothing with a turbo setup just becuase he wants …

ok well i brought this car over a year ago as a dead stocker, but that didn't last for long as it sat a week or 2 ago i found a 3tgte turbo and manifold with every thing from a blow thru turbo setup so i sniveled it up and sold the twin solex's what were on there. i brought some long sigma lower control arms and decided whilst i was putting them in i would upgrade my sway bar and put the one out of my first late ke55 coupe parts car along with the nolethene bushes it come with. also thought why not drop the king springs and pedders shocks out of my white car into it while I'm there and the new wheel bearings and pads from the coupe not finished just ye…

Got me a poo-brown AE71. Story goes my mate Jonezee bought this off a Granny, got it defected, got lazy and sold it to me for $500 all canaried. Took a weeks worth of bringing it up to regency spec and it passed first shot, HYPED! All outta rego, I took it home, put it on jack stands and spent some money on it... Hey guys i picked up this sweet ke55 coupe. Been out of rego for 2 years though :yes: But not much needed to be back on the road. I sold my rotary (in my display pic), as rotary engines just piss me off ;) Its got a 5k with extractors, 2.5 inch piping with dump pipe. Its got some type of sport carby instead of the standard. Does have the factory 5spd. It does start how ever battery is dead! Has the cleanest body i have ever seen in a while for a old car, apart from tiny amount of rust above my rear right tail light. Interior isnt too bad, just need new pair of front seats and new dash pad (already posted add for them). And it is missing the chrome strip above the win…

I'm pretty new to rollaclub so i thought i would put some pics up of my corolla its just a ke30 pretty stock but i have done a few little things to it but i have plenty of plans for the little beast mods so far- steering wheel stereo air filter gauges a few stickers plans- rollaclub sticker ! extractors and system respray lowered nice alloys cam personalised plates plus a few other bits and peices i have a few random photos here.. but there not very recent. ill put more up as i take them .. so far thats all i have but any other photos i take or mods i do i will put up cheers :P

Hey all I recently bought a completely stock KE70.. Its a 4sp 1.3L :) My bf and I have decided to have a bit of a play around with it, and now have our hands on a 4agze to pop in. Except, we are going to leave off the supercharger, and put on a turbo..we are trying to get our hands on a T28 from an s15. All going to plan, this will all be done over the next couple of weeks. Also, we are getting a new exhaust put in, a 3" mandrel bent with a 3" dump pipe of the turbo. After thats all done and i'v got a bit more money, I'll look into getting some rims.. and getting the car painted. I have in mind what I would like :( Hopefully, we will have the conversio…

Hey guys, thought i should share with you my boxie corolla that i have.... been checking out stuff on the forums for awhile now, contemplating on what to do and so on, and i recon I'm getting closer to a decision... My boxie is a 1973 model... i got it from the son of an old lady that could not drive any more due to age and her sight... the car is baby blue and when i got it had 84k on the clock... Minter.... being old though, she tended to like scrapping the front guards on her garage walls, but other than that, nothing wrong.... After Selling my orange KE55 (stupid stupid me) i had been wanting to get myself anouther rolla for a bit of a project car. Mostly i wanted one so that i could have a go of building a tuff cammed motor by myself. Well I managed to get a 4K off the forum for $50 with a Ke70 4 Speed so all i needed was a shell to jam it into to get it running. Meanwhile one of the boys at work had bought a rusty Ke55 for a run around, in between decent cars, it got sold to one of the other workmates and now i have it. It has got so much rust over the rear wheel arches that i don't know what to do. Its a nasty yellow colour but it is running and it has a 5 speed (although it do…

Hey fellas, picked up the ke70 3 weeks ago for $1000 good deal i found, standard 4k 5 speed. rust in the usual places- boot trim, around fuel cap ect. was going to pay someone to do it for me but i managed to do the research and learn to do it myself, The only experience with cars i have had is working in sales at ARB 4x4. Gday All! here is our 1967 KE10 4 door Sedan. Dad has owned it since new when it was his first car and was brough over to Oz from Fiji in 1969/70. It was very much our daily car up until about 1994 when mum bought a falcon and dad a ke70 so this one could be retired to be his project.Fast forward 12 years and the car basically hasn moved an inch, hahaha. so much for projects but now with more time on hand we're going to finally bring it back to stock within a year (yeah right!). Its a 94 Csi with cold air intake (Prob more of a hot air intake ATM) :thumbsup: , Cannon muffler, 5" Tacho, Pioneer HU, Alpine 700w monoblock amp, Clarion 12" 1000w sub 2 ohm in custom Ae-92 hatch box. Thats about it. The sound sys put out 132.7DB at the last USA day in launceston, and came 4th in its class. I broke a voice coil in my pioneer 12" 1000w 2ohm later that week, so now i have the clarion that i havn't had DB tested yet. So this is my second AE86. I picked it up as a rolling shell which was in pretty good condition. Recently I bought a bunch of stuff from buddyparts including: Bare JDM 86 halfcut, JDM 86 front brake setup, JDM 86 T series setup with 2way LSD (Probably swapping it for a standard LSD), kouki dash cluster, jdm fueltank. Car is running and was wired up by the boys at buddyparts. Body work starts next year. The first thing we need to do is figure out what to do with the disgusting "dealer" fitted sunroof. hey guys, I'm kinda new to this forums thing but it seems like alot of you know your stuff when it comes to rollas so here i am i am in the process of building myself a unique rolla ride originally i was looking at the usual 4ag options (I'm a toyota purist) :jamie: but it looks like i am getting my hands on a 3t-gteu motor! twinspark motor! i was really excited when a mate said he could get me one reckon this is a good idea??? i have read a bit about the motors and the practicality of them and this is gonna be a dirt cheap option compared to the 4ag line up but yeah, an advice or ideas would be awesome at this point :bash:

Hi people, i am new to this forum, and would like some help with my car. I am a maltese national living in england and would like to bring over my car from malta. The car is a 1971 corolla sl, ke25 model. I satrted drag racing when 1 was 17yrs old, and after nearly 7 years, i want to build my own car. The sl is quite a good car, being light and rwd. The questions are, what is the best engine/transmission to use without too much hassle, preferably turbo.
