Your a ke20nut with a ke10?? you just sound like another general Rolla nut like the rest of us :lolcry: Ke1x's seem to be infamous for their shagged hinges, its the drivers door right?? I've heard of people resleaving them with some metal tubing and even welding them up and re-drilling them out but never seem any "new" replacements out there. If you're real keen you could hit the local wrecker and try find something of simularity on a later model, or even different make... there would definately be some grateful ke1x owners if you find a solution, me included. let us know if you come across anything Scott.

The worst thing about a full strip down is losing/misplacing some of those precious little parts. some are hard to replace these days. Intersting Idea that, I know plenty of people who don't have space to work on their cars... I have to agree with Matt though, I think you'd have trouble with insurance for sure, especially when hoists are involved.

I not 100% sure but I believe they are off a GT cortina, 1500cc. Might need some tweaking for a 3k but depends on what mods you've done. I believe I had one of these on my ke11 with a 4k and just ran it with standard jets. I think doug uses them on his ke's... Scott.

I've called our transport department here in SA before to find out what the lowest legal ride height is before for my ke30 and they looked it up to the specific make and model. maybe you can do the same in Tas? they give measurements from the centre of the wheel to the wheel arch. Scott.

How'd you go fixing the Drivers side 1/4 panel? I agree with the matt black roll cage, although it looks good the way it is, it wont last long before the coppers pick up on it. Looks like a lot of fun with the 3T, go alright??

went and had a looksi at this ke11, not a bad little crusier at all! don't worry folks haydo is working on the front end, bitch of a job but it'll even out soon enough. keep us update dude.
