Hey, i've been doin this for about 6 months now. i have it at work so i do a bit on my lunch breaks, after work when i can and on sat mornings. thought i'd put up a bit of it. Nothin special just a stock 30 with a 3K and 4spd. I got it for free so can't complain! Over not a bad little car. My plans were to give it a quick scotch brite and matt black. :) That went out the window of course! Just got away from me. Started rubbing and didn't stop. I now want to get it as straight as i can and spray it the colour of the ford rip curl utes. (greeny blue) And now i want to put a vn v6 in it. Cos they're so cheap. pics wont work. it says they're too big? it only lets …

Hey Guys here's my KE20. Ive had it for about 5 months now after selling my yellow KE20. Its very clean and tidy and has no rust in her, being original paint that's a fair effort. It has been owned by a grandma for the past 37 years and has only traveled 45,000km all up so shes in great condition. Recently the poor 3K done a bearing so its been replaced with a 5K with a holden trimatic behind it. Although it will be switched out for a 5 speed in up and coming months. Drivetrain: 5K Completely Stock 3 Speed Trimatic Interior: Stock Cream White Dash Venetian Blind Suspension: King Springs Up front Flipped Rear Leaves Stereo: Dynaudio 3 Way…

Got screwed around something chronic when i bought it. its still defected. but i'm getting it off in the next couple weeks. don't have many photos of it. just ones from when i first got it. Looks much better now. Anyway, enjoy some photos. Dave.

Hi folks, thought I'd get a thread going for my pride and joy. The Car: Got the car in November 2008 - Model: AE92R - Build date: 10/1992 - Odometer: 176,000 - Interior: Good Condition - Engine: 4AGE - Unmodified - Body: Other than a little shopping trolley bruising, good. Here she is... Nothing really special to see here... another white seca! This is going to be my daily drive. I'd consider it to be a lucky car - I don't plan to rev the living daylights out of it... I'm hoping that if I treat her nicely she'll return the favour. I'm not planning any extreme modifications (but I do have a few small, tasteful ones in mind for it). Plans for the…

I bought a CA18det powered KE20 from a rollaclub member before christmas, although well engineered the condition of the body and paint was sub par, have spent the last month or so fixing dents, changing panels and sanding, last couple of nights have been a bit more interesting as i am up to blocking back and buffing stage. I am making this car a bit of a clone to my other KE20, PHATKE20s hooked me up with some corona rims and it will be running some 14" whitewall nankang tires with dress rims and centre caps etc. Need to convert to 4x114.3 pcd for this to happen. Interior should clean up ok, after i have finished buffing and its all back together i need to pull the e…

So.. Ive decided that along with the casual street work I usually do, I'm just not satisfied. So I made a decision that will change my whole appearance. I'm going to do drag! It all started last week with a suggestion from a mate at work who has been regularly out on wednesday night and convinced me its something I should add to my repetoire. He said it was a blast and that its the most fun you can have in one night. So last wednesday night I went out and had a great time! It wasnt the easiest to get used to, but by the end of the night I started to get the hang of it. Anybody else out there done this as well? you'll know what I'm on about  So aft…

It is completely stock and has 152xxx kilometers on it. I'm going to cut out the rust since it has some in the boot, rear left wheel arch and bottom left corner of the rear win…

I know almost nothing to do with corolla's. But this little fellow popped up at an acceptable price, and being rwd i just couldnt resist Was resprayed by previous owner 3months ago, new clutch, 4spd manual, i think 1.3L engine? with extractors Apparently it has coupe taillights, and ive checked over the car several times, it appears to be 100% RUST FREE. And a dirty great big blower which does absolutely nothing, perched on the bonnet, with 5" inch cannon hanging out back! Engine is going for a mini overhaul once mate arrives from goldcoast, then ill sell it on, so keep an eye out for it for sale if u like the look of the beast! 1st post on the forum, so …

Hey guys, since i got to brisbane (recently moved here from darwin NT) ive been looking to fill the void that is not owning a rolla... On the lookout, good old rolla club delivered. Picked up this rolla the other day and the white one for spares the one with flames and the 5k in it needs some work, it had some serious noises inside the head when i went to look at it. Got it home and found the last rocker had come off, to fix that i stole the retainer c clip and spring shim out of the other engine. while i had it apart i pulled the head and checked out the pistons and everything and replaced the head gasket. With everything back together it started first…

hey guys and gals, thought i would introduce my car to the forum.. some specs: engine: it did have a 4age in it. it has a 4agze now that i've almost finished converting. just a few wiring gremlins but other than that its basically done. it did have a rebuilt motor as i spun number 1 big end. luckily for me it wasn't damaged too bad so i got it all machined up, head rebuilt etc. unfortunately i used an ACL head gasket and not even 10 000km's later it split. so i ordered me a genuine head gasket and some ARP head studs.then about 9 months later i got bored of the bigport and decided to get an ae101 halfcut. gearbox: e58 LSD with Exedy heavy duty clutch. mac…

I picked this up last weekend, it's a 1989 Crown Royal Saloon G, so far I'm extremely happy with it, it's a great car, extremely comfy and the 1UZ is a great motor. Going to chuck a more trick air controller in with more features so I can slam it hard for posing, then maybe fix the indash TV so it's able to tune into aussie frequencies.

Hi there. I have a 1969 ke10 corolla 2 door. I have had it since I could drive. Great Car. I am looking for spare parts front guards and doors. Any one out there know where I can get these? mine have some rust and I thought it may be easier to replace them rather than fix them. Is this a good idea??? Or are they like pitman arms. hens teeth come to mind. Let me know if you know of any. May also be interested in buying a complete body if the price is right. Cheers. :hmm: Ps No photos yet.

Last year 2 days before my birthday I had to swerve a tourist and smashed up my beloved Sigma, so I needed to hunt for a new car and Murd pointed me towards KJ. Bought this car from him a couple months later: 4K motor. 3K Carby Already changed to 4K 5 Speed Trans. 2 1/2 " Hotdog Exhaust El Stocko. So far my plans running wise are to either: Put in a reconned 4K with Twin Webers and Lukey Exhaust system. Or. Simply save up the money for all suspension, brakes, transmission etc for a 20v 4AGE. Seeing as thanks to greenmac (Luc) and some others on the board, it is becoming a lot easier to fit without having to become a great welder/fabricator. …
