Plodding along doing my daily duties this morning, happened across this interesting scenario. Grandma planted her MX83 in this garden, perhaps in the hope it would grow into a Lexus... it seems to me that there are more KE2x corollas in Adelaide than any other part of the country and considering other cities have larger populations that doesnt really make sense, is there any particular reason that SA has a buttload of nice old corollas??

Driving home late one evening the other night from the eastern suburbs to the south. I was just admiring how good corollas really are. Ive owned 2 previous corollas AE82 4ac and Ae82 twin cam, both terrific run abouts. I was admiring how well the KE20 handles, how tight the engine feels when shes warmed up, how smooth the ride is, how little the interior rattles (probably cos it has none haha), how great the heater runs, how it never breaks down....the list goes on!!!!. IT made me think....no wonder the corolla is the best selling car on the planet. Is this why every1 else here drives a corolla? i know ill stay toyota until i move on to european later in life. wanna hear …

hey everyone So i'm going in for surgery tomorrow to fix my jaw. I have a fairly sized overbite that needs to be corrected. So yea i won't be online for about 3 days or so. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the Admin of Rollaclub and all of its members for making this club what it is today. If it wasnt for the dedication of the team that manage this forum and for those people pioneering turbo conversions and in turn, leading the path for others to learn and follow, we'd all be sitting here twiddling our thumbs, being too scared to attempt any sort of modifications with these tough little corolla's that we all own. So to Taz, Madrolla and the other people I have forgotten, a big thanks goes out to you for keeping the forum fresh with new information for the younger generation to follow and possibly attempt in their near futur…
