Just wondering how you SA people found Rolla club. i know personally i found it by accident when i was searching for was to modify body kits and stick em on a ke70 if you saw a sticker post it up

just wondering what roads you guys normally like to drive down and why? personally i like (don't know the name of it) but it goes between blackwood and crafers. and turning off that road and popping up in stirling. also love south road near aldinga and sellings. nice and open road with the smell of the sea.

g'day, I'm new to the forum and i'd just like to get across a wee bit of info about my-self. I have a KE30 toyota corolla and i race it in speedway (rollcage ect) my planned first road-car is gonna be a KE55 with one of my race motors in it :D . Its bored 60 thu ( N/A of corse) and can pull my car up to 130km/h in in 2nd in a 4-speed and a 3.9 diff. heres some pics, thanks.

Hey all, I'm in the process of getting all original interior into my ke11. I have some of the original half bucket seats the material seems to be ok still but the stitching has come undone. Can anyone recomend somewhere to get it done? I don't really want it retrimmed just restitched. Id prefer south of the city if its possible. Thanks, Scott

well for a time i had a set of ae92 sx series 2 brake calipers and rotors :P sitting round doing nothing. i sent them off to be reconditioned as they came off of a wreck. anyways to make a long story short the cars going in @ 8am this morning for the brakes to be installed(only so that i know that they are installed correctly :S) so hopefully i should be back on the road in the afternoon maybe thursday morning depends on how busy the guy gets in the afternoon with drop in whell alignments. anyways will post up the before and after pics later coz now i have to find my digi cam and take some pic of the current brakes. ok well i didnt have time to take pics of t…

i need the use of a crank pulley puller to remove a crank pulley to get a cam out of a 4K to send it off to be reground ,I'm in greenwith anyone have a puller they could lend me for 10 minutes .cheers dave

Did some ringing around and the cheapest i've got so far is $195 ("Aussie Discount Mufflers" on Port Rd), and that was a twister brand or something? others wanted $300, some about $200. this is what happens when people decide to take a closer look @ ur car when u arent around. ok heres the story from my point of view. they saw a car with custom plates, etc etc etc sitting in a "secured" (just a camera setup and a guard that suppose to do a walk thru every hour or so) carpark. there are a few scratches on the drivers side at the rear that werent there before so it look like they tried to set the alarm off before they broken in. so the alarm didnt go off and they head around to the passenger rear door and it look like they tried to pry the rear quater panel out before getting the crap and smashing the window which set the alarm off.

Hey guys, As we all know speed cameras in the hills usually just mean on main roads and are usually posted on the nightly news and adelaide police website however from a source I have heard that there are going to be putting uphidden speed cameras in order to catch hoons using the hills as a race track. Who would do that? :) lol I did a bit of research myself but wanted to know if anyone had heard such things as I. Any info would be great. Some shmo flogged my KE55 coupe today, had a snapped clutch cable and not much fuel. It also had no plates and no rego on it. However I would like it back. It's farly distnctive, has no interior (at all) and has early 80's corona mags on it. Did I mention it was rusty. It'd be likely to be seen in the Torrens/enfield area but eally could be anywhere. Hey guys, did a 4age conversion on my ke70 near the end of last year. All is running well, but we had to disconnect the existing airconditioning of the 4k for the install. the 4age has a compressor with it, so can hook her up again. THe compressor on the 4age is on the passenger side now though. SO, I'm basically after a new hose from the compressor to the firewall, and a new hose from the compressor to the condensor. the attached picture shows what i need. I've got the existing hoses and fittings, but not sure whether they'll be any use. Rang a few places and taken it into a couple, and they've either said "nah, looks pretty involved", or wanted something ar…

a while ago i got profix to do my air con regas. fair enuff it had to be done and the boss was paying for it $150 all up including the dye so we can see if there were any problems. took it back for a check up and asked em to do the fuel mix and timing becuas ei couldnt be stuff. they said they couldnt do it until i got my exhaust leak fixed, the leak was supposedly cause by a hoel in the extractors. $400 was the quote to fix it. just took a look at it myself and fitted a new manifold gasket. what do you know problem fixed. moral of the story. unless you want a specific service done don't use them. as i have just saved $275 by doing it myself.

So back on '07, Valandor and I had an idea that we'll make a tally for those who attend events in the SA region. If people were happy to put in 5 bucks each, there was going to be an award or trophy for the most active member for 2007. Conditions: For a person to be eligible, they'd have to sign up on the sign-in sheet, drive the cruise and/or attend the event afterwards (if one is planned).
