This might seem like a stupid question but iv been looking at parts to buy for my Ke70 wagon and majority of the parts i want come up as (panel van only)... Will parts from the Panel van fit my car? such as bonnet, guards, doors, ect ? cheers Troy

hey guys i have a 1984 toyota st141 corona, it has a 2s motor and in carby and has a auto gearbox but i want to change it to manuel. does anyone know what gearbox's that will fit or know what the manuel gearbox is called that comes with the st141 corona, iv heard that a w55 will fit but i need a bell house to suit, what do i do?????

Hey Guys, I want to make this thread to talk about 4K builds! Everyone post your *K motors and what you have running & even post ideas, people want to know what the K motors love! Even I want to know.... personally i don't know much about carb motors nor the K series motor, so if you guys were to explain how you think to make Hp 4k's What I would think you would do is simple. Port & polish the head Aggressive cam profile 7k crank bore out to fit 5k pistons have a fiddle with the carburetor (Fatten up the mix) High flow extractors and exhaust Port intake What's your idea? I got these in the mail. what car are they from? i already waited quite a while for them and would rather use them instead of waiting a few more weeks. The ones in question are on the right. Hi all, I am planning to take the 5K out of 67Rolla and swap everything (except the sump) onto my spare 3K. This is for 2 reasons: Reason 1 - Then I don't have to go over pits (already registered with the 3K) Reason 2 - The 3K block is tidy and in the original colour (I foolishly painted the 5K) Will everything else swap over if I bore out the 3K to 5K diameter?.. Head, Drive shaft, lumpy cam, pistons, con-rods, oil pump?? Are they the same height??

Hi, i have done a search and havn't had much luck. I would like to know the origional wheel and tyre size for a 74 ke20 coupe. I have searched google and have found 155 on 12 inch rims, but apparently some models have 13s, how can i tell what size came out on my car? Thanks for any help

could anyone tell what they thinks a 75 ke30 is worth ? its about to get a full respray all new interrior fitted with 4k motor with 5 speed with 32/36 webber and stage 3 cam and exstractors. the car will have to pass blue slip so everything would be in order and will have 12 months rego just wondering what it would be worth as I'm not sure weather il keep or sell it ??

Hey guys I was hoping someone might be able to help me over come a problem I have. I have a 1986 ae82 flatback corolla and at the moment its blowing clear smoke upon start up and leaking a light brown liquid from the end of the exaust tip and some times leaves a think build up of thick liquid after leaving the car running for awhile the smoke clears but the liquid still occours any thoughts? Some people seem to think its the head gasket but I'm not so sure my temp meter never makes its past a quater due to the thermostat being by past and fan always running thanks for reading guys please leave your thoughts.

Hi RollaClubbers, I have a chance to buy a pair of Mikuni/Solex 40 Sidedraught Carbs for $200, although they are missing the venturi's. I've read that parts for these brand of carburettors are quite difficult to get a hold of. Anybody else have these carbs and have found it difficult to purchase parts for? Rebuild kits and venturi's especially!

hey dudes, just sold my number 1 means of transport. now I'm left with 2 rollas, 1 a sweet ke35 with everything done, 3tc weber exhaust etc, and a ke11 i bought with a apparent "hot"3k. I need a car and have never relied on my corollas to get to me to and from work everyday but the 35 will no dramas. Problem is i really want to build up the ke11 and put my hot 5k with twin webers in it. but really its not gonna happen for a few years now and is ultimately taking up space unless i find some decent time to put in to it. So really, Do i keep the 35 and love it, or fix up the 11 and sell the 35... or vise versa. I think flick the 11 at the moment cause i havent st…

Hi Everyone, I am planning on building a 7AGE 20V, i have an idea on how to go about doing this however i have some concerns and questions that maybe some of our experienced members here can clarify for me? I currently have a 7AFE at home. and i plan on getting a 4AGE 20V front cut with all running gear and swap the bottom end with the 7A. now the 4AGE 20V loves high RPMS, while the 7A block and its internals might struggle with that. although i am aware that a swapping the bottom end the engine will still work, how well it will run is another topic.. so what i am thinking is with the 7A bottom end - i'm thinking stock crank, forged rods and forged…

I was just wondering if anyone else has removed the plastic from around the rear window in a AE92 and how to do it. I know there is clips all the way along but I don't want to start smashing it with a screwdriver. Is there a particular way in which you unclip the plastic strip. Soo is anyone else concerned about the new laws and the ability given to police to determine what is legal? From what I've read there is : Type 1: which is dangerous driving ie; burnouts, drifting, racing, high end speeding etc which have a 2 strike policy. 2 strikes and your car is sold or crushed. Type 1 doesn't concern me, operate your car within the laws and your all good. Hey guys I got a 1986 ae82 4age hatch corolla that has some reverse light issues now iv checked fuses and bulbs they are fine I'm almost sure its the reverse switch on the gearbox unfortunately I havent got the tools nor the knowaliage to try fix the problem coukd any 1 offer sone advice or perhaps live near burwood? Hi guys I'm looking into doing a conversion from steering box to rack and pinion in my ke30. For two reasons one better feel from the rack and the ability to upgrade to power rack and two more clearance for when the 1uzfe turbo goes into the car. Has anyone do this conversion? Now however that project has been sidelined since my landcruiser decided to have its belly rubbed. Hi All, I have become the proud and happy owner of a 1971 ke20 Corolla. For starters, I'm a 52 yr old male with a physical disability but my passion is cars. 30 years ago I was rallying a Datsun1600 at club level in Vic. Then played with Bluebirds, and finally a 240k speedway car in Alexandra Vic. Did that take some sorting! Anyway, to the newly aquired pocket rocket. Picked it up on a permit and drove it the 2km's home. Had'nt been moved for 12 months. After a bit of a run the brakes freed up, and with a quick (by ear) tune up she's running fine. So Question?... He has had a few ke20's as road and rally cars, he has had one sitting in the back yard under a Tarp for yonks [Rally/hill climb, 2lt] and I'm worried that the shell wont be any good if we don't get stuck into it soon, he has a very hectic work schedule so i'd like to do a bit for him. If the shell has gone to far, how much would it set me back to get him another in relatively good shape??? I have recently bought an ae101 levin coupe as you may see in my profile pic for $3000 aus with 200,000 klm :) and I was wandering what other corollas do the struts mach up with? I have got some tanabe coilovers for sale $400 aud and I want to buy fully adjustable so swap or trade can be arranged as well. Unfortunately the tanabe ones are not base height adjustable which I will require with stance style wheels later on..
