  1. Is it on rego sticker? or is that only commercial vehicles?
  2. Yes, some are welded together before they leave the factory and there are places that can remove the weld.
  3. Ps arms are dirt cheap from states bought a couple of pairs for $65 delivered before. Same with my JDM 86 calipers I bought got them for $70 delivered.
  4. Yeah, e-go is usually cheap and good, but I had come brakes shipped and because the box broke they just left it at depot for 2 weeks till i finally poped in and asked and they said yeah the box broke, so just make sure it's packaged well and recieve it fine. I also wouldn't be too keen on buying an engine without hearing it running but hey that's just me.
  5. Could be bottom end bearing but really need someone to listen to it to confirm.
  6. Would have been wise to replace it back then to reduce the risk of stuffing the head, did you have the head skimmed and crack tested? Doesn't cost much at all.
  7. People who tailgate me and not having the corolla registered to do keybangs to scare the shit out of them, but seriously people tailgating is really easy to tell driving a hiace how close they are, just tap the brakes and laughs all round I may sometimes do 10km/h under the speed limit but only having 1 point for the next near 12 months I don't think people should still tailgate because of that because that just makes me go slower and when I'm driving I have nowhere else to be other than work because that's the only place I can drive to so I leave half hour before I need to be there so if I have to drive at 20km/h with someone up my ass all the way to work it doesn't bother me one bit, just gives me more time to listen to some of my favorite music :) End rant.
  8. I want to just run a resonator off each bank and run them just behind the doors on each side, wonder if it would just sound like 2 4 cylinders :) haha.

    Rians Ke70

T series, and axle bearings are easy if you have acess to a press, I did mine on both my diffs.
  10. You wouldn't even bother with spring compressor for the setup on the rear of these. Should take all of 10 minutes to change some springs in these things.
  11. I'd be confident in saying off the top of my head that would be deemed illegal. Pretty sure some states only have like 20mm (maybe more?) extra track allowed which is stuff all considereing the front of my car now has 25mm extended lca's and wheels that stick out more as well.
  12. Thats bad mate! Hopefully you get a new one and and your pulley back! What did you get the pressurised radiator overflow tank from? I need one for my ls400 radiator.
  13. How have you ended up doing the engine mounts on crossmember? Thats what mine look like pretty much. (the engine and rubber mounts I mean)
  14. As said above suspension and tyres will make it much more fun.
  15. I went to about 6 car reupholsterers and none wanted to reco my twin cam wheel so just ended up buying a new one.
  16. My 3t with a DP 38/38 weber was still awesome on fuel! no matter how you drove it. Also if you want to put a t engine in a ke70 you will need a ae71 crossmember unless you want to convert to a steering box setup. Will also need a hydraulic pedal box as t series gearbox's were either T-50 or W box on 3tgte.
  17. Ah thats right 2x's don't have a booster, so will need to get the right size master cylinder I know for ke70's and that they use pajero master cylinder with front brake upgrades but not sure about 2x's.
  18. They sell them for 3t's in the states. http://brdracing.com/2tc_3tc_timing_componets.htm
  19. Makes me want to make the T18 a dirt car! Where in brisbane can one do this? haha.
  20. ae92 would be better with a 50/55 profile in 195 R15. Actually not sure how much difference it would make.
  21. Just do a compression and leak down test should give you an answer otherwise as above.
  22. All you need is money :)
  23. I know of a couple of servos in brisbane that I know sell race fuel/av gas but pretty sure it's just out of drums around the back and if you know the people, haha. Be prepered to pay a price though! Look at the price of 98, I wouldn't want to know how much other stuff is!
  24. Should fit easy with a flare.
  25. KE70 seats bolt onto the bottom of the seats ae71 and later ke70's bolt onto the side so you can't use them, you will need to either get other rails from a KE70 or make some rails for the seats if you can weld. (Early AE71 rails may be the same as ke70 ones but not sure)
