Ok So I got defected yesterday while driving up hills just past Inglewood. Cop was an ok guy and I only got done for too low, but still sent to regency. Looking for a painter to paint our KE70 project. Must be 2 pack paint job, the car is already stripped, and we have the spare driver's side fender to replace the damaged one, we will also do all the prep work needed prior to painting. So my car only drives in first gear now. refuses to change up, keep slipping. bought a new trans, and attempted at installing it, but couldnt get enough clearance to get it out. calling out for someone who knows how to take out the auto transmission from a '79 ke55 and put another one in. $100 or a couple of slabs of beer would do the trick? chet

hey everyone, not to long ago i got my first corolla after wanting one for ages. I found a one in excellent condition. But i think it might have carby issues. also the timing is jumping about 2-3 degrees and it idles bit S*%T. I would like to know what would be involved in changing it to a WEBER or any other carby that may be better? and what would be any possible reasons for the idle? What would i do with the vacuum lines which ones could i block off etc etc. might be a stupid question but this is the first carby car i have had much to do with. any help would be appreciated.

So I've had a quick suss around, and I can't find anything available in a 4x100 that's half decent. I've got a AE95 4A-FE 4x4 wagon. At the moment it looks like I'll be running 15x7 +20 sunnies which i'll have to redrill..

Well I got two questions regarding my 4x4 so figured if make one thread. Q.1 does anyone on here install or know someone that installs the diesel gas dual system that can do it at a good Price? I have a 4 speed 4k atm, lol and i think every1 even 2 year old know there not going anywere soon. I have the chance to buy a 5k and 5 speed box, is this conversion worth the time and effort? And what extra should i expect?

What's involved in getting a 5k registered in a ke20 will I have to take it in or can I just give number over the phone? Any help would be appreciated

Hello kind patrons of Rollaclub :) Does anyone around the Blackwood-ish area have a rattle gun that I could borrow or make use of? I need to get some inserts out of some struts and they're spinning. I'm hoping to find someone close-ish. Quite willing to bring struts to you if you're not happy to let tools out (which I totally understand)! hey guys last week i bought 4 new tyres from a tyre store (i wont mention the name of store) now the wife has done 120 km on the new tyres and one has a split in a side wall and blew out there is a small bit if paint missing from the rim, no evidence of scratch or damage to rim and they are telling me that this is due to driving on the road and ill just have to buy a new tyre ! does any one else think this is bullshit ? ive spent prob 3000 in tyres with my cars, work van and parents car over the past six months yet they arent willing to come to the party for one tyre ??
