Well ive had this account for a bit but never really used it well this is what my car use to look like It only cost me $200 when i bought it and the use of it was gonna be spare parts for my dads and i track car (sportsback ae82) but when i got my L's decided to start fixing her up. First thing i done was pulled the car from the back of the yard and cleaned all the dust and dirt out of the engine bay Then after all that was cleaned i stuck on some panels and bars i had lying around. Well. for those of you that wanted to know what happened to the ae71 that 1984 cs-x rolla was selling due to being written off. well the engine and gearbox and all the other lil bits are sitting in my engine bay now YAY.. I'm surpirsed. after breaking my roof at home, drilling my firewall cutting myself many times, and having little mechanical experience..... IT ALL WORKED... anyways jsut thought i would let you guys no in case you were wondering pics will come soon when i get camera.

Arrived just an hour ago on a truck from Victoria. On initial drive and inspection i have no doubt that the car has only travelled 48,000miles. Interior is very good, only two small holes in the drivers seat, all other seats, door trims, roof lining and rubber floor coverings are perfect. All door and boot rubbers are excellent and the paintwork is pretty much all original. The front apron has had a small bump and an ordinary repair, but thats easily fixed. 1970 Toyota KE20 Corolla Brought this as a daily run-a-round back at the start of 2009 original 3k 4spd etc. Fixed what needed to be done at the time an drove it for a good 4-6mnths as my daily. Until the exhaust manifold gaveup yet again so i decided to do the KIWI thing an "chuck a rota in it au" Sourced a 12a 6port block from a cosmo, with 4barrel cabbie jetted for a bridgeport, & extractors brought a complete RX7 s1 for the g/box, driveshaft, wiring bits, radiator, coolers etc (basicly the whole package bar the motor) Stript the KE20 engine bay down, welded in the mounts, made the adjustments for the booster. Just acquired this ke10 from TE278U. Plans are to get it running first (damn electronic dizzy), fresh coat of satin black inside and out, some red steelies and crown hubcaps, whitewalls, venetians etc etc. i know its been done to death but i've always wanted one like it. bought this around october 2008, from Japanese Performance Imports in Wingfield, it came with rosejointed castor arms, T series LSD a pair of SW20 MR2 Buckets, and some positive offset 14inch longchamps. Wasn't too happy with the pressure pack can panda paint job and rounded out rear quarters due to dodgy repairs so within the week a deal had been made with John and Simon from Phoenix Paint and Panel to fix up the dents and straighten out the panels. Well I had some spare time on my hands today so I thought it was about time I made a rides thread... This is my 1978 ke30. I've had it for a bit over a year now but I only got around to getting it rego'd in September. She's powered by a stock 5k which is running a 4spd behind it. Has a 1.75(?) inch exhaust with two resonators(pretty much a straight pipe :D). Is sitting on 14inch Corona steelies with flipped rear springs and chopped fronts. Has Bilstein rear shockers lol. Hey, I bought this 2 door ke30 about a month ago for parts for my other one but when i got it home decided it was too good to strip so decided to give her a fresh coat of paint and use it as a daily. So far i've sanded all the black paint off, replaced the bonnet and bootlid(twice) and started straightening out the body, the passenger side rear quarter needed a fair bit of work, but i think i got it alright, and a bad dent just behind the drivers door, other than that it's just the usual small dents around the door handles/locks and the tops of the front quarters. New rolla to the collection. Picked it up for $700 with a RWC, new tyres, clean interior. crack free dash. 212kays on clock. Drives ok, sluggish compared to the other 4k i got so that will go in soon. Have just Put the 15x7 mesh on front, and 15x7.5 on rear. installed CD player, front speakers. cleaned inside. Changed spark leads to 8mm ones, GT40 coil. Next is attack the rust over wheel arches and flare them out as when i lower it its going to be pretty close to scrubbing. You've got to love the look of an old wagon and now here it is. Picked it up yesterday, what a sweet ride. Plans for 5K, 5speed, 14inch steelies & hubbies, lowered and tint. Don't know what colour to respray it yet. I'm thinking a plain colour, Non-Metallic. Not blue but, because PMP020 has already got one in blue, so i'd like to be different, if possible.

Hey guys, Just bought this corolla about 3 weeks ago. Its now my 6th KE30/55! This one is the best one i have owned bodywise. It has next to no visable rust =) I bought come 13x7 spitfires? they came off a mates datsun, then got them wrapped in some rubber. Well its about time I release the covers from my latest acquisition... I have only told a few people but when asking others questions, they knew exactly what car I was talking about. So here it is... Its a KE36 panel van currently needing some work done. it is a baby spew yellow colour. I plan on respraying him red, like Redwarf Red and maybe have White signage down the side. Recently bought a ke20 off a forum member and local, has replaced my ke55 as a project car as i like these shapes better. had bought a 2tg/3t hybrid for the 55 and it seemed a waste to try and sell the engine as i would never get what has been spent by me so far and the previous owner so its down the resto road i go. hopefully getting the rust fixed up within the next week, then a new paint job to keep it in good nick for a while longer. most probably end up white, not too fussy on colours etc. it will just be a car for fun so interior will be 2 seats and some aluminum trim, maybe a half cage if it flexes too much, anyone who can give me ideas on suspension and brake…

Hey, Alright i have finally come across a desicion of that i am going to put the map sensored 4agze that i have into my ke35. It has 122xxx kms and has upgraded cams and some other stuff. I have done the body work, just need to pull the 3k out and get the bay painted. • I have a couple of grand$$. • It gets done when, when its done. • I have access to welding and grinding/ fabrication. • I have access to automotive electrical. Anything else? I have searched alot of 4age's into the ke35/55 but if anyone has any hints or things to wathc out for? i would love to know it. :)

Hey Guys, This is our first project car, a 1977 KE30. Bonestock and bought for a $1000 off the worlds dodgest bloke, dispite this the car was in suprisingly good shape. All the electricals were is working order, the car starts everytime without fault, the only problems were small patches of rust on top of the boot and the weld seems of the roof. But still it ran like a dream.

Funny isnt it how you get rid of one project,say thats the end of it for the moment and then you suddenly have another one about to enter the driveway,almost! Afraid there are no pics yet but went to visit an uncle last week and what does he have sitting in his paddock (literally) but what I believe is a KE26 2 door van,only disappointing thing really is that windows have been added to the side van panels and the fact that they are rusting around the panel edges.
