As most of you know I have a Brown Ae82 seca that was going to get rebuild but after pulling the whole thing apart and trying to paint it, I ran into some bad luck with the weather and Non self motivation. Well, as some would say, its about time. I'm back in a Rolla! I have always been a fan ok early Rollas and dfunkt swayed me even more when he started playing with his old 20, so it was only a matter of time before I found something to play wioth once more. After a chat to TE278U (thankyou cheif, bloody legend) I picked up one of his three ke11's he has (I think hes a ke1x man, hes still got 4 of them!) on Saturday and got to work today cleaning it up and throwing a set of rx7 wheels on it I picked up from dfunkts place and got it running. OK well heres it i got this 1977 ke30 sedan about 6 months ago, the roof had been kicked in and some kid had painted the whole car with white spraypaint. I have been having the urge to post up pictures of it for awhile so here goes it ( the pictures are of it recently as my origional pictures of the car are at my computer at home so i will get them up at the end of the month as i am away at the moment.)

i brought the car off an old lady, its done 289000km, its an auto and its way too high. lol its pretty straight an doesnt have that much rust (only in the boot but I'm getting it all cut out. i started off by buying a donor car which came wiv a 5 speed gb and a spare motor for me too play wiv. i converted the auto to a manual with the help of baggus which took is 6 hours. its still got the auto diff gears in at the moment but i don't no if ill change them or not, still thinking we took it on a cruise that nite too c if there was any problems but it was all good. afta a while of drivin around we desided to lower it. it is on cutties but don't go moanin at me cos its …

Hi guys, I'm a new owner of a pretty old rolla. It's a 1983 KE70 Corolla wagon CS. Just wondering if there's a site with a little more detail about this car, or if anyone else has one that they've done some work too. I'm basically keeping it as a second car, and am keen to take it on little trips etc, as I see that as the advantage of having a wagon ;) Also, does anyone know what size speakers fit in these cars? Maybe 4 or 6 inch in the front, and the rear speaker holes look pretty big- maybe 6 x 9, but I haven't had a good look. Hi There Folks, My name's Darren from Sheidow Park south of Adelaide. I've just bought this '64 Tiara dubbed Ratiara due to it's slightly less than perfect appearance. She runs really well, interior is very good apart from the top of the back seat which has suffered from 40+ years of sun. Body appears to be super sound with no rust to be seen although the paint has a nice level of character to it. Down sides are the shagged suspension, holey exhaust, lack of brakes, a poorly repaired steering wheel and the stupid amounts of silver frost paint sprayed all over the place! my ke36 p/van bought this off jip about a month ago and is nearly ready for rego, have had the whole thing apart, complete new front end bushes, ball joints, tie rods, pitman, idler, shocks, springs, brakes and so on. also had to replace the front lower radiator support as it was in very bad shape, here are some pics

Hey I bought the car in great condition about 6 months ago of an old bloke in the blue mountains. since then i have not done anything major to the car yet (apart from getting hit by another car :hmm: ) iv'e just been doing little things to make it look nicer (e.g. lowering the car, respraying the grill, air filter, stereo, sprayed the rims black...) After the crash i bought another ke30 from a wreckers in blacktown, i got the whole car (without engine and box) for $350 so was pretty happy with that. so thats what i have been using for parts (e.g. bonnet, radiator support, grill, front spoiler...) but i don't have a front bummper yet, if anyone is selling one please …

The Story: Bought this today off 'never'. It was a 'must buy' situation as i have been obsessed with this particular little car since i was old enough to walk. This car was owned by my old man's karting buddy for 20 or so years. To say this man was fussy is an understatement and it needs to be seen to be beleived. Here is ben and my little fun project, its a 55 coupe that we straightened and painted. will be rego'd on monday for ben as he just sold the 20. was a country car that had many accidents, so is still abit rough but we aren't panel beaters or painters. will remain stock other the ride height (needs to sit so much lower).

I purchased this awesome little car not long ago now. It is a very clean vehicle, it drives really smooth on the road and it is very comfortable. It has a fully rebuilt diff, a well looked after 4K, all rust has been cut out and new plates welded in, and also a full respray, as in door jams, engine bay, boot etc etc. :D Overall I am very happy with the little beast. :yes: Since I have had it I have only put the dress rims on and the eyelids. :wink: I actually, (quite surprisingly) can't bring myself to modify this car as per the norm. Picked up an RA23 today! Seen it for sale outside someones house as i was driving along and i jumped on it right away. This is going to be my daily driver and hence my 929 is for sale. The car is in stunning condition, 100% orginal with the exception of a CD player which will be moved to the glove box, couple of small pin dents and tiny imperfections in the paint but over all the best car (condition wise) i have ever owned. Interior is overrated, no tears anywhere. Standard console cut however. Original 18R-C, which isnt exactly a powerhouse but it runs beautiful. i just bought me first rolla it is a 1984 ke70 slant front i payed $1200 buck and it has next to no rust and is in awsome conditon planes for the car looks wise drop on nuts , black rimz , black roof down to the top stripe , badge cut and painted silver , vents on side and door handles chrome , bumpers chrome , no tow bar no rear visor ,crome badges and grill o hot wire rims 2

well finally got around to doin some more to the hardtop stripped the bitumen matting outta the interior and got it to bare metal found a few sins under the bitumen matting drivers side foot well needs to be replaced along top edge inside firewall just under the dash and the trans tunnel needs to be welded in instead of silasticed in and then pabcoed over (how dodgy) previous owners seemed to like silastic and pabco for rust repairs :jamie: :D

SOLD! Recently purchased a 1984 MK II Toyota Celica Supra. It has a little bit of damage, thanks to a friend reversing into it: Plans: Respray + Restore Engine Conversion Lower Re-trim interior Just pour 80-90% of my earnings into it while I live at home basically. It took me around 6 years to get it road worthy the first time - only to have it broken into and stripped for all the good parts. Another 2 years later and more money saw it back on the road with new interior. Seen a chick driving a KE30 around for a few months and always wanted to ask her about if she'd ever sell it, but couldn't get into contact with her.
