So..... Zowie and I did another trade, and I got this thing. Ae82 20v blacktop conversion rear disc conversion and that's about it for now. Future plans? who knows, I quite like it so I wouldn't mind pumping a bit of money into it, fixing the suspension up (Probably Bazda gear) and maybe some engine work (I guess best value for money would just be a turbo) Hope to run it on a Dyno this week, maybe look into going aftermarket computer, and hopefully if I have time ill try and get out to Wednesday Test N Tune at Willowbank to see how slow it is. Had the car nearly 5 years and it wasn't 'till this year when the cv's needed replacing that I bothered to do anything with it. Replaced the green/blue/gray(what colour is it!?) original dash top with a black one from a POS seca I bought for the factory alloys 'cause there was five of them. Changed the gauge faces and added a clock. The rear window wiper wasn't working so I shaved the back. I've tried a couple of different front bumpers, still not quite happy yet... G'day all, this is my latest project (car on the waiting list..) After wanting the car for about 4 months but not being able to afford it, the previous owner asked me if i had a commodore v6 engine for a conversion he's doing, ended up swapping a vt v6 wagon for the corona! its a little bit rough, but very good in the rust department, seems to only have a tiny bit on one of the rear wheel arches, has a few dents and some of the interior is a bit torn up, but still in pretty good condition for its age, i never used to like these mk2's much, but done right they can look really good :) and i now love the shape.... anyways here are some pics. stole the whe…

getting my licencee back in around 3 months so ive started building a daily its a 1983 ae71 auto and i oicked it up for $100, it had been sitting in a paddock for nearly 5 years.. so far plans are to respray it white, have purchased coil overs and rear springs/shocks.. will be receiving a built 4ac with weber and 5 speed box.. thats about it for the time being

Hello RollaClub! I'm Danny from Southern California, I've been lurking around the site for the past few months now and finally decided to join. I have a 1979 KE30 coupe, that I purchased November of last year. So far its been a blast to drive and have been slowly getting it together since. I'm hoping with the help of RollaClub and a little elbow grease I can accomplish better performance and make it look more appealing. ;)

Hey guys, been a while since I've kicked around here. Have moved to slightly bigger chassis than the old KE's, although I still have my 7K KE25 sitting in the shed. Here's the new whip. 1992 GLX MX83 Cressida. Part GLX and part Grande interior, Grande 3.9 LSD, Camry GXP 17" wheels. Also, replacing the stinky old 7MGE head gasket muncher is this little package, Standard 1JZ from a Z30 Soarer, running standard twins, JZX81 ECU and JZX81 auto with a MV autos stage 1 shift kit. my mate has a AE71 rolla that is stock. we are doing some suspension work to it and we got thinking. he just so happens to have some ford ba 6 cyl injectors, a audi tt coupe turbo and efi running gear lying around. we were thinking of throwing it all together with hawk comp that he can get a hold of very easily and cheep. any ideas other than the wiring mess and decomp. how do you recon the 4ac will hold up? cheers

This used to be my wife's everyday car up until about 7 years ago, she got a company car. Was left under a carport at my parents place. It just needed a battery, fuel and a new fuel pump and off she went. The brakes are partially seized and there's a bit more rust now. Its only done about 92,000 miles, except for the drivers seat most of the interior is good. Planning on tidying her up a bit, overhaul the brakes and sticking it on Historic Registration. She used to fly with the twin SU's, heaps better than the original factory twin carbs.

well i jsut got an ae71 wagon. i thought it might kind of fit in here so i may aswell post it up, well except the semi flashy paintwork. its all stock except for the paint and those sub boxes that came in the boot. I'm just planning to replace a few parts and then get it up for rego and build it up as a nice daily driver as i get the money. the 4ac sounds pretty beefy with no muffler or air filter, so I'm not sure of how much if a downgrade it will be from my twincam seca. :)

Hey. I bought this little Corolla two years ago when I first got my P's. It's done 352k+ k's but it's still going. I'm currently using it for pizza deliveries and it's treated me well, but I was thinking of changing a few things or even the car... It's a 4 speed as well so it's tends to be quite noisy when down shifting and around 80km/h. I was thinking of either getting it panelbeated and getting rid of the rust and painting it. 82 ke70 life story: it cost me 2 cartons of beer and was sitting in a padoc for a year, it was previously used as a bush basher but they obviosuly didnt give it a reall hard time, it still had a radator full of fluid and sump full of oil. got it going for a while but the fule pump was rooted and the tank was full of rust anyway, so we found a mitsubishi magna with a in tank pump and straped the tank in the boot and hooked up the lines. then the next drama, the roof was wobbling like shit, so we put some strapping over top which didnt help. so in the end we just screwed the roof to the roll cage. the roof supports iscracked in places and still makes a *** loud ra…
