picked u a little ae82 sedan this week for 700 no rego. great paint body interior super cold air no rego 700 bucks. I had some 15 interceptor style rims which I put on for now. Only downside is its auto. 4AGE arrives Sunday which to be different I want to run on bike carbs

Has had all rust cut out and has a 4k which has had a fresh rebuild and twin carbs added. It actually goes suprisingly well for a 4k and 4speed. hey guys I'm new to this forum and would like to say a good HELLLLLLOOOO lol Neways ive just picked up myself a Toyota Corolla II (Corsa), It hasnt been modded or no mechanic has touched the engine (only for a service). Its power is pretty good for a car thats under the ton, 910kgs and runs 85kw @ FWs. It has a high and a low boost switch (standard switch), but not sure what boost it runs on low or high, but would love to find out. It is running a CT12 turbo, which i have no clue what rate that is (only worked on cousins CT26 in GT4). I would also like to no what the best boost range would be on the turbo for boost controller? This is my AE71 this is the car the day i got it, already 4AGED i got 8 defects in my first 48 hours of driving it and decided to change some shit. one of the main defects was rust. so i ground it back and this is the shit i found. by the time i cut it out this is all the roof i had left in some places... dad and i cut and fabricated some metal and i had a go at my first real bit of welding with a mig welder. getting the settings right for such thin metal was a pain, but once it was dialed right it was basically point and shoot :) once the rust and stuff had been cut out it was time to be get the spray putty on and primer. t…

Was thinking about making it into a rolladore burnout car but instead desided to make it more of a track car.. This is my ke20. It used to be my wifes car until she got hit by a drunk driver about 14 years ago and said she wanted somehting a bit more substantial. I was driving a v8 commodore at the time so she got that. And her little mustard ke20 was mine. Pulled it apart and did a full body rebuild, replaced the suspension ( kyb gas front and Tokico rear ) and brakes, and converted from a 3k and toyoglide to a mild rebuilt jap import 5k ( full balance, mild cam, HD valve springs with new valves ) and an electronic dizzy. We bought this little Liteace a few months ago, which is not a Corolla but has a 5K engine under the seats. I have been lurking here trying to learn more about this thing. Now that i've given the old girl a proper clean up i thought id post up a few details. While it is still far from finished i gave it a cut and polish just to see how the original paint (most of it) would look. Basicaly it started out like a dirty ass chalk board and now its back to its original white, with a brilliant shine through it. It took me about 13 hrs to complete from start to finish over a few days with a bit of gin time as well. Next time if i get carried away i might put the clay bar on it but i should really remove the rusted spots first. Gday, New to this forum just thought that I would post up a couple of pics of my ride, Its an AE82 Twincam 184,000 kilometres on the engine, when I bought it it had been used for a run around car for about 10 years and was always kept outside so it was really faded, all that I have done is put some king low springs in and some KYB's thats about it. Hi. I was given this car to me buy my old man as he is looking for a falcon ute now. I know its not a Toyota but i like this website alot more than others so its going up here. Specs: 1986 NC Mitsubishi Pajero short wheel base model. 2.6 astron engine and 5 speed Auto front hubs. Aluminum checker plate side steps Aluminum 2 poster bull bar with 100w spot lights. Brand new complete rear diff 20,000km ago with LSD. New front cv's a few weeks ago. Just replaced timing case seals and gave it a service. Fitted 235/75/15 tires too 15x7 steel wheels. Well, as the title suggests, I'm new to rollaclub, and i have a ke70 granny spec that i just aquired for free :dance: its an 84 auto, my father inlaw's aunty bought it new, it has 118,xxx k's, a little rust here and there but over all its in great nick for a car from a beachsidetown. she failed her lisence test (shes 89) so does not need the car so just gave it to me. i don't have any pics yet, and the plan it to keep it stock for a while (till i get some cash) then play with it. i live in coffs harbour, I'm 31, and a 2nd yr diesel mechanic apprentice. wanna know anything else, just ask :cool: kev

i have a toyota corolla cs 85-87 model. it was given to me as a christmas present. but it came with a dodgy paint job and nothing done to it. i have lots of money and many ideas of what to do. SO, this is my younger brothers KE30 he got for dirt cheap, so therefore its in poor condition. Only good thing about it i think, would be the K50 gearbox. Which the previous owner installed I've taken it on as a project for myself, because of my love for cars ;P First things first was getting it running, with only 240,000kms on it i figured this couldnt be too hard (240k isnt much for these engines :yes: ) So, I put a new battery in it, new spark plugs, changed out the black as sin oil and the old oil filter, and gave the carby a good spray with carby cleaner. A mate just bought these 2. White bonnet is single cam the other is a twinky. Started working on them today. If we get enough done in time he will be bringing the twin cam to Winton on Oz day.

Well where do i start ?, at the beginning i guess. I purchased this 69 KE10 some 12 years ago as a stock little car powered by a 3K and backed by a 2 speed auto. I gave it to my dad to use as a work hack back then. As the years passed i changed it to a manual, put a KE25 front end in it, added Mazda 323 front struts and brakes, had a full chrome molley cage fitted and had a JTS built 4k installed running twin 40ml Webers. Then i got married, got a mortgage and this project got shelved. Ive always wanted an ae86 and after crashing my 71 I decided to buy a shell and chuck all my gear into it. So last week I picked up a non rolling shell (which is actually not hard to transport). It has a bit of rust and is only half painted. lol. But i plan on cutting out the rust whilst it in in shell form so I wont have to do it again. Anyway here's some info and plans! Its a 83 ADM sprinter, has a modplate LA1option3. Ill be chucking in a JDM 4age bigport, T50, Jasma stainless extractors, 2.25 mandral bent exhaust system, and hopefully a T series Diff (if i can find one for a good price), front and rear strut braces.
