well this is my 1976 toyota corolla station wagon jap spec got it of mum for 220$ its going to be a thash around car motokarner with 10months rego mods swaped my 4k to a 5k new clutch locked diff ported and polsished 5k head stage 2 cam 45mm downdraft webber Future mods shave 6kg of flywheel heavy dutey valve springs Turbo setup custom gauge setup redoing the front end to make it looks simler to a rx3 station wagon :P The first pic is with my new bonnet

I got this to replace my coupe, which is currently off the road due to someone deciding it was too low. Anyway, It's a 1980 model with a 5K, and unfortunately only a dirty old 4 speed. But it goes good....breezed through rego and is a bloody good little car. Here's some pics

bought an rt142 from a surfie bonghead (was covered in billabong, nova, tracks etc. stickers lol) for $400 bucks. the dude reckoned it had major head probs, but i still drove it home; changed the plugs, oil, oil filter, coolant and put some chemiweld through the radiator and 2 months later she's still goin fine. its an avante, with the 22re and a 5 speed behind it. so far only mods have been: -heavy duty falcon rear springs -removed sound deadener (couldnt find a chisel so used a flathead screwdriver haha) -cut half a coil off the front springs (i know i know but its only temporary) -5mm spacers on rear wheels -better radiator -got rid of grandma spec mudfl…

I've upgraded from my AE82 4AC CS sedan P.O.S to this little beauty. Bought in Newcastle a few weeks ago, it was in the June floods. Didn't run and the problem was slightly unknown but came down to the alternator and/or starter motor. Well picked this up for the price of a case :) Its very dirty and smelly, but it has potentional. It has minimal rust, and is in desperate need of a cut and polish! And from what i can tell its a dished piston 4k!

gday, I'm 13 (14 in a week) and already off to a good start with 3 Corolla's The white 1987 ae82 was the 1st of the lot wich is pretty much standard part from the steering wheel its a 1.6 4a-c 5speed then came the red 1984 ke70 which is pretty much standard engine wise but wont be for long and its the good old 4k-c 1.3 4speed then came the white 1981 ke70 which is in the process of being sold also with the good old 4k-c except 5speed

Hey Hey, Got this ae71 off Trevor. Is a manual but no box or engine. Came with 2 spirit wings and one is sold all ready. I have 2 tacho dash's now aswell. Picked up a bare 4age for it in need of a rebuild so that will be started when i can be f@$ked. Ha so very true. 7 rib 4age bigport. ok well i brought this car over a year ago as a dead stocker, but that didn't last for long as it sat a week or 2 ago i found a 3tgte turbo and manifold with every thing from a blow thru turbo setup so i sniveled it up and sold the twin solex's what were on there. i brought some long sigma lower control arms and decided whilst i was putting them in i would upgrade my sway bar and put the one out of my first late ke55 coupe parts car along with the nolethene bushes it come with. also thought why not drop the king springs and pedders shocks out of my white car into it while I'm there and the new wheel bearings and pads from the coupe not finished just ye…

Just thought I'd start a thread here rather than updating in the KE20 members section. If you look in that thread you will see photo's of were I'm up to. Basically 1974 KE20 4age, T50 box, Lancer diff and painted in Blood orange 2pack. The bodyshell, door and boot jambs, engine bay and underside have all been painted. In the engine bay we tried to hide as much as possible, as I wanted the bay to be very smooth and clean. The driveline is all in and the car is at my mechanic getting wired up and a few other things done. I painted the bootlid last week, so it is ready to be fitted. Tonight I got the rear bumper bar and taillight surrounds painted. I painted them in silver. …

This aint mine unfortunately, posting on behalf of a friend. 355 stroker, vn heads, 11.1 compression, trimatic, 5000 converter, vl turbo diff, 31 spline axles, nos kit, 15x10 & 15x3 1/2" convo pros. All good for 500 hp at 7000 rpm. I know its not everyones cup of tea but i f@$kin luv it!

yo... 1977 ke30 SE bought the 30 a few months ago... came with a tough sounding exhaust but looks stock love that..aint done alot just replaced few bits n peices. new pitman arm. adjusted the steering box, new tires ( soon to be whitewalled). put in some audio some - 6x9 amp and sub.. sounds alright when i get roudn to it put the 2inch blocks in the back.. buy new springs for the front. boot has been carpeted looks nice.. doin some body work now fixing up all that rust n dents etc.. let me knwo what u think!! cheers cam,

I have owned a few Corollas and have visited this site over the last 18months. My first car was a Toyota Corolla Ke30 4door, the red-orange colour and was bought in early 2006 off my sister. Had a few mods done to it but its journey came to an end a week after i got my P’s. Yeah, the Macca’s hedge was not as welcoming as first thought, if i could have only spun 5 metres more so it was the driveway, but maybe not. Had a nice 3k in it that seemed absolutely unbreakable.

Hi All, Just thought i would update you on the final testing of our KE15 for this year. Just had it down at Four Performance at Parafield for its final tune and check. See one of the runs on You tube: We ended up finding out that the fuel pump was faulty which stopped the 4psi of fuel pressure needed for webers. It was running at about 1.5Psi which shows up on long power runs with the weber fuel bowl running dry, this then started to lean out the mixture at the high end. This was fixed with new fuel pump which should now maintain the pressure required. Bloody amazing what Dyno's can show when you are testing on them. The final power figure was about 105…
