hey was wondering if anyone could help me i need a pulley with a v belt and a ribbed belt that fits a 4k crank does anyone no one that will fit or has one?? please

I found out that I could put a Volvo front lip onto my Cressy so I went out and bought one, That problem I have came across is that the Volvo lip is an inch out either side, has anyone put a Volvo front lip on a Cressy or know anyone who has and knows how to go about the problem, Any input will be thanked Cheers, Michael.

I'm in need of putting a fuel gauge in my ke70 has to be after market one so was wondering if anyone has put one in and if it worked with the ke70 sender

Hi guys, As anyone with an original 4k EFI manifold would know, the throttle body is tiny. So tiny in fact that you can not buy any adaptors for CAI tubing. Because of my twin charging ambitions I can not reliably seal the throttle body thus boost would escape. So what I am looking at doing is upgrading to a 2" throttle body as this is a standard size for piping and intercoolers. The question is what throttle body should I look for? I want to find something that I could easily modify to fit the standard KE55 throttle cable and has a resistive type TPS. I know it's not something that everyone does but if anyone has done something similar I would like to know. …

hey everyone i have a ae101 with 4age 20v silvertop conversion, but only recently have been having problems with the power steering. my mate wich is a auto apprentice said it has the 7afe power steering pump on it and its not pumping enough fluid around. i went to see bbt jap spares in newcastle cause thats the closest jap/import place close to me. they said i need to find out if i need the 100kw power steering pump or a different one. any help will be great. cheers jake.

Hey, I'm looking for some old school style tyres for my rolla, but don't want to pay $300 a tyre and wait 3 months from "Antique Tyres"... I'm not interested in getting whitewalls painted on my current tyres, because I want the old school shape and tread pattern of the classic tyres. I'm also not interested in those white wall flapper things, the look terrible. So does anybody know anywhere else I can get some geniune whitewall tyres from? 155/R12 to be more specific. Thanks. hey guys, I'm in the process of building a 3tgte, I've got the 3tgte head, intake and exhaust components, now I'm just wondering is my 3tc block compatible with the head I have? or should I obtain a 3tgte block aswell? the build is going to be extensive eg, valves, pistons, rods etc. any help is greatly appreciated cheers

Hi,sorry if there is a lack of info but its not my project and there is a question from the owner.He has bought a ta22 celica which has come with parts of a 2t motor,its not complete but we do have an inlet manifold with twin carbs fitted.Question is will this manifold fit a 4age,he can get a 4age silver top for $500 with loom and computer included but he likes carbs so this is why we are asking.Any info appreciated,also if anyone knows of a good place in Melbourne to get ta22 parts,especially a drivers side guard and a rust repair/replacement section for the rear parcelshelf. Hello, I tried so hard to find some useful information to turbocharge a 7K-E but with less success. Hope anyone will help me to know what I am up against with. I have a 7K-E motor which I need to turbocharged. Some say that it is impossible as the stock compression is already high (9:1is it?) and that the intake and the exhaust being on the same side prevents location of the turbo unit. Hope someone can shed some light on this for me. I read that the stock compression can be reduced by using a thicker gasket and the turbo can be mounted using "J" pipes or some other method. Has anyone turbocharged a 7K-E? I really need some ( a lot of) advise here please. …

hey guys. so i have put my 5 speed extension housing back on my gearbox, and bolted up my tailshaft, and i can't seem to find neutral.. is there any knack to getting the extension housing back on, I'm guessing this is where i went wrong. i got it on but not sure if the linkages lined up right.. might have to take the tailshaft off and roll it to the mechanics

hey guys, i just acquired a st141 corona the other week, lowered it and bought 16x8 -0 steelies and they stick out of the guards a little, just wonder what upgrades i could do to get some camber to bring them in without flaring them lots? any LCA's bolt in or can i use s13 camber tops with my stock struts? any information is appreciated cheers!

Hi I'm a "newbie" to the forums but have had many different cars from commonwhores, to skylines, and a few corollas. I know my way around an engine and can normally diagnose problems i have had until i came across the ke from hell. Picked it up merely as a thrash around car because i own some land, fully serviced it, top to bottom from dizzy cap, leads, gaskets, oils, you name it, Ran like a gem and loved life. One day it wasn't starting, just clicking and not going nothing, (starter motor, i know) got over this by turning the key on and off until it went. Now i have nothing. Hi everyone, just after some help. I've cooked my 3K and most likely cracked the head. I have a spare 4K sitting around and the bottom end of the 3k was recently rebuilt so i don't want to get rid of that. My plan was to get the 4K head ported/ polished and decked and just bang it on once its ready. Seems like the only drawback ill have is a slight drop in compression? will there be any fitment issues? thanks in advance. ( Can't find any threads on this, only 3K on 4k blocks )

Morning All Ive just come across this web site and hoping you guys can help me out........ I have a Birkin Clubman which runs a Borg Warner M68 diff. It currently runs a 3.9 diff ratio which is way too high for my car. Talking to a few people there are other diff ratios available with this diff a 4.11 and a 4.3.............whilst Ive heard of the 4.11 being available, I'm really looking for the 4.3 which would suit my car perfectly. Is there such a ratio available and if so, can anyone point me the right direction to where I could find one?? Appreciate any help you can provide.............. Thanks Eldo

Hi All Ive got a ke30 with a sr20 in it. Initially with my S15 engine i had a rx7 master cylinder. When that engine let go and i replaced it with a S13 engine and now rhe rx7 master is hitting the intake. I can easily replace the master and ive noticed in photos that the ta22 master looks smaller. But if some could confirm the length of the master from mounting face to the end of the cylinder that would be mucb appreciated. Thanks in advance

I'm currently trying to source a T series diff to through in to the AE. I have found a whole bunch of information on the Series 2 T18 diffs which to my knowledge are a straight bolt in swap. However I have come across a series 1 T18 diff that I can buy but being series 1 doesn't have the sway bar mounts on the diff etc. I was looking to grab more information on what is required to fit the Series 1 Diff complete with swaybar and just to confirm that the series 2 will be a bolt in swap. So trying to just confirm the deck height of the 3k at 185.5 and the 4k at 196.0? Deck height being from crank centreline to top of block. Doesn't seem to add up with stroke and piston height measurements as follows.... So 3k deck height would be 66/2 stroke + 113 rod + 35.5 piston height = 181.5mm And 4k deck height would be 73/2 stroke + 120 rod + 35.5 piston height = 192mm What is missing here?

Hi guys, I have a mate who has a RA60 front half for me for my W55 conversion but he put it in his plie of driveshafts and doesnt know what one it is. I know its 21 spline but need some other measurements or features to help identify it. Any help mucho appreciated!

G'day all, I have a 2 door ke30 and I have wanted to fit a tachometer to it just to get an idea on revs I'm doing at certain speeds, I also purchased an oil pressure guage and a water temperature guage to fit as well, now is there any way to use the original oil pressure light sender or the water temp sender, as I quickly just fiddled with the water temp guage under the bonnet the guage quickly went over 100 degrees assuming that you cannot match the original sender with aftermarket guages. Can variable resistors be fitted as a solution or have to fit my aftermarket senders and ditch the originals?

Hey all, Just wondered if anyone knew the spindle angle differences between ke20/ ke30 and ke70 struts? For example, Ke20 struts in ke10 add positive camber due to the spindle being different angle to ke10.. Is anyone able to measure the backing plate mounting surface with the strut perfectly upright on a ke3x or ke7x strut or have any images of comparison? Thanks

Gidday Team Well i just over torqued two rocker bolts and they snapped so was wondering do ARP make some. I know the ARP 4age flywheel bolts are the same size as 4k flywheel. So do 4age arp stuff fit in a 4k? Part numbers etc. Cheers

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on ke70 wagon shocks. Mine need replacing and I need something stiffer as I run a larger diff. I was going to buy kyb shocks from ebay, there affordable and would be alot better than my current blown shocks. But I thought id see what some more knowledgeable people think.
