I'm sick of trying to fit into cars with a helmet on. Completely unnatural and ultimately useless driving position. Looking to downgrade to a smaller body. :D Even with modified seat rails and a recaro recliner I still have to lean it back a fair way to stop whacking the roof. Need a steering wheel spacer and modified shifter to make it even close to comfortable :) Maybe I should just cut the roof off or buy an open wheel race car?? Ahhh what can I do :(

Oh god I love the stuff...but I can only find the sucky <500ml bottles :y: That is all...

your talking about a car that was first manufactured in 1983, at the time it was considered to be well ahead most cars you could buy off the show room floor for a reasonable price. what made the car so good was it's over all BALANCE, twin cam engine, 4 wheel disc brakes, RWD configuration, and reasonably good power to weight ratio. with very little work they could be run in most motorsport events competitively. and now,how many years on, and the're still sort after, not too many cars i know of can lay clam to that. long live the AE86

Well I think we just got scammed. An indian comes over and says he's working for optus. Its 8:15pm, a bit late to come doorknocking? Well he offers dad all these things like a free phone, faster internet, cheap phone bills and other stuff. Dad gives him all this info... Including medicare numbers? Well me being the paranoid idiot i am, i go outside and hide behind my rolla. he says goodbye and walks to the sidewalk half way between our house and the neighbours. So meanwhile i'm lying on the cold wet grass being the sneaky bastard I am and watch him.  :hmm: after what feels like 5 minutes of him talking on the phone a taxi-like van turns up (but wit…

Hey all. Some may call it fortunate, others unfortunate (me sometimes) but the handbrake has finally convinced me to tie the knot with her(around my neck probably) Being an avid Corolla fan, and having a fairly extensive network to call upon, I'm putting out a call for a couple of members to supply their vehicles as wedding cars for the day. Just a couple of points. At least one of the cars must have AC, as apparently the warpaint will melt off the face of the missus without AC. Preferably both cars will have AC The cars must be of exceptional standard, I don't care about the engine, but it needs to be immaculate from the outside Please, if you have a half fi…

oh ya.......

Hi guys I'm a simple guy i just want beer and a beef snitty and chips for the main and party pies and nuggets for finger food but for some reason the missus isnt too happy with my selection :rolla: if i mention pizza i think i wont get married lol So of those of you that have been to wedding what have you had that you liked and disliked. And for those of you who havent been to a wedding your imput is greatly appricated too. Template finger food mingling/waiting food - spring rolls, party pies entree - soups, cocktails main - choice of two usaull…

Got a f@$king weird email a little while back, then recieved it again just before... Weird stuff, I don't know what the hell hes on about... just thought I'd ask what you all make of it before I delete it :D Its f@$king screwed up, hey. Dan.

:ninja: -Ok, today i went to the wreckers. Its my third time there and i'm walking along when all of a sudden i see a giant black cow come out from between two cars?? WTF?? It scared the shit out of me. Plus i've never been around a cow before so I ran. Then i came back later to take photos. I then realised that, that was the reason that there is massive cow pies everywhere. (Luckily I haven't stood it one....Yet) When i went to the checkout and asked about their weird guard dog, they told me they had 3?? Any who. Who can top it?? Jon.

In my infinate bordem waiting wile people f@$k me around with car parts and what now i made a myspace. i still don't see what people see in it... http://www.myspace.com/mechanicalimmortal i have still yet 2 get batteries for my camera so theres still no recent pics of me  and why i didnt post this in offtopic is beyond me...

Hey, just wondering what a set of these rims in decent condition would be worth? Specs: 13x5 i think. Cheers

Usually we have JJJ on at work, but it went all white noisy a minute ago so we switched to... GOLD 104! ... quite the contrast What is everyone else listening to right now?

Title says obvious (haven't seen something like this posted, but if i'm wrong, don't crucify me) Not my usual listening style, but i dig it. The Cribs - Cheat On Me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SkJDKdOlUGQ&feature=watch_response

Post up what you are listening to now I'll start it off Alexisonfire - Watch Out! awesome album, new album out soon :P

For me, it's the level headed people. You don't need 200+kw's, deep dish rims and to drift it like crazy to have a nice car (1 guess at what forum I'm talking about). Also, I no longer drive a Rolla (I do still love them) and I'm a traitor who drives a Nissan but people are still happy to help me here. And the majority of people manage to use the spellcheck or actually know simple english.

Well we have a thread dedicated to people bitching. And becume I'm in such a fantasitc mood i decied to make one for great days :P: Fanstasic day, clear skys birds sining, crisp air couldnd be any more brillant.

We are Corolla owners and lovers for a reason. We can obviously see something in them most people can't. But apart from anything Corolla, and lets even exclude Toyota in general .... What car and why?

What car are you gonna drive when your pecker finally kicks a goal, and your missus spits out a ruggie? A little rolla will get awfully small real fast trying to fit in a baby seat (or two), a pram and all the other shit that goes with them. Or if you already have kids, what do you drive your family around in?
