here is my silly car it isnt much but it gets me from a - z and back to a again it currently sports different wheels to the photo, webber downdraft, full exhaust(genie extractors straight through exhaust into a resinator in the middle and high flow cannon with a 45 degree tip on the back, here is a picture of it not much, it has dents in the front guards 15inch TRX Bluebird wheels on the front, 14inch globe bathursts on the back, plans are to jam a ca18det into it and then forged nearly everything and bolt a turbo onto it :wink:

Hey guys I was driving home from uni last night in my ke70 with 4k and I noticed my oil light was on and my oil pressure was at zero, as my revs rose I could hear a loud tapping/rattling noise from my engine, and a strong smell, I went to the servo and bought some oil, when I opened my bonnet i could see white smoke puffing out of the breather, and also when i opened the cap there was white smoke coming out, i filled it with oil although it was dripping out from somewhere on the inlet side, ive taken a look and think it might be the head gasket, what else could it be? the coolant looks darkish like a black colour, if it was a head gasket would it be making that loud …

I just picked this up two weeks ago today. So far I have been still sorting this car. The first day I got it I power washed the exterior. Had one tire fixed for a leaky valve stem. Vacuumed the interior and found 4 baby mice under the front passenger seat :hmm: the carpets smell like mouse piss :bash: , so i have to remove that and shampoo and disinfect it too. i bought two mouse traps and used peanut butter as bait hopefully i'll catch the critter soon. :) The next day I pulled the one of the door tumblers so I can have keys made as this car never came with keys. Just bought a overrated as Ke26, all original except for Ke55 5spd and mazda 13's. As soon as its in my name (any day now) i'll put a set of crown hubcaps and whitewalls, a visor and then dump it.

Well I have not been lurking here for a while, but I acquired a 1971 TE28/KE26 last year. It has a 4AGE swap with a T50 trans. Motor is a redtop 4AGE from a 1st generation MR2 and so is the complete wiring harness and ECU. The T50 trans is from a GTS AE86. The front suspension is also from an AE86 with T3 camber plates and Ground Control coilovers. I'm planning a future R&P swap from a Starlet KP61. The rear is stock and planning to match it to a GTS AE86 LSD complete rear. I'm trying to find a old 74-75 Corolla 10bolt rear, but they are rare as hell. The car is a 1970 KE11 2 door sedan. Bit of basket case when we got her, but it is slowly going back together. couldnt help myself sold my ca18 ke30 and not even two weeks later found this and so the story begins. Bought it as a crahed car that looks like was owned by and elderly lady has about 110'000kms. Plans are either 3rz or 1jz depends which comes up for the right price wont be going anything to serious as was intended as a daily driver so maybe something around 300-350rwhp hopefully reliable. Diff is a early hilux 2wd the shortest or them which is only slightly longer than the standard corolla one so will fit without cutting, just had to move the spring mounts out 20mm each side. hey guys just aquired myelf an ae71 panelvan for 1000 bucks. ive seen it at my mates workshop for awhile but didnt bother to ask if he was selling her. finally asked and he sold it too me today, so i was like :bash: . shes basically got no rust except for a couple 20c pieces in the door and around the tailgate seal. needs a new radiator and battery for roady but the rest is all good. its missing a few interior bit but f#ck all, and need new carpet throughout. Hey, I just bought this wagon and I thought I should make a thread to show it off and get help and ideas etc etc. The car is a white(originally yellow) 1979 ke38, it has done 285000 ks and has a 4k with a 4 speed manual. Its a bit rough in areas(rust, dents, scratches) but overall I am very happy with this car. The interior is fair good. Gday, bought this car a bit under a year ago and have been slowly working on it. Its a 1975 ke36. Its a fair heap but I love it, so far I have fixed the indicators, breaks somewhat, horn, removed heaps of surface rust from the engine bay, replaced the clutch, put 2" lowering blocks in the back and flipped the leafs. It also has 14x7 (0 offset) Globelines. I have some 4.5kg ###### springs for the front as well but they aren't in yet so it is still sitting way too high at the front. I plan to tidy the body up, replace front quarters and eventually respray it. Interior also needs some work. Overall car runs heaps well, brakes and handbrake are a bit iffy and still n…

Hi People Just bought a 94 Seca RV AE102 totally stock, the reason that I named it Shakey is because it needs new engine mounts, so when you change gear you hear the engine go back and forth. Also it has the wrong clutch in it and when I'm pressing the clutch it shakes up and down.
