ay guys, thought id post up a thread of my first car, 81 ke70 :S. very clean, currently pretty stock, 13'' centrelines, reasonably slammed this thing is pretty overrated, LMAO at the condition of the interior. would luv for u guys 2 let me know what i should do to this beast, thinking bout front lip, not sure about 4age at this stage.

This is my wifes KE17 that she thought she was going to sell but after i got it out gave it a little clean and had it prepared to be freighted to SA to the new very worthy owner ( sorry Jai ) she changed her mind. Whilst the car was tucked away in the shed the decision to sell was easy but after having it sitting in the carport and going for a drive any chance of it being sold was gone ( for now anyway ). Hard to believe after 10 years in storage just rebuilding the front calipers, a new battery and cleaning out the carbys and we're away again.

Hi guys, I've been a member on here for a couple of months but haven't posted pics of my car yet...here they are :) It's a 1983 KE70 CS white wagon. I've mainly just been fixing up the rust, clearing up a few electrical issues, doing little things like replacing wipers, and installing a stereo. No big plans for it- it's done 377000kms, and I'm just looking forward to taking it camping etc. Let me know what you think. Would love feedback. Cheers Mark

hey peeps as the title states i own a Ae82 Corollla i have spent about 3.5k on it Lowered Sports Suspension (Super low's in the front) but my guards scrape should i pay $550+ to get the guards rolld Full Sports Exaust (Twin Tip) or should i go a Cannon Complete 4.1 Stereo system (6.9" x 4" sub and amp) Full Sports Service (plat plugs + Leads) but i am curious on what i am able to do to my Engine without replacing it.... it is a 1.6 Carbi, and i want more power. what should i do? ill put pictures on my profile after this post

Hey all! I picked up a really decent RT40 corona last week... Haven't cleaned it yet but check it out! The trusty 2R and toyoglide have travelled just 38000 miles from new, it has no rust at all, amazing chrome (no dents whatsoever), very very good trim, door trims and seats are in great nick, carpet is good except a little worn where your spare foot sits, dash and steering wheel are fantastic, dash pad has a crack though, body is very straight, just has small dent on the top of the LH rear quarter (1/3 of the size of an egg) and unfortunately has a bit of a scrape on the LH side also (damn old people), it has the original service book and owners manual still in plastic …

Hey guys, Just picked up my ro11a yesterday off a forum member.. You have probably seen it advertised. Anyways at the moment its standard 3k 4 speed, my plans are the following. 5 speed box (ASAP if your in SE melbourne and have a decent one let me know) I have a 5k sitting at home that will go in. It has head work and cam already done will try get webber etc. Car already has extractors and an exhaust system so thats good. This is my ke30 project/daily i bought a few months ago. I'm hoping that this build will span over the remainder of my apprenticeship to keep me out of trouble. She wasn't in the best shape, engine was dying, diff was stuffed, so on and so forth. My plan is to fix her up and make her look good. Not to fussed about going fast.. I started off buying a white slanty 4age ke70 from SA, left Melton at 5:30am, drove to the other side of adelaide and then drove this corolla back with no heater & a locked r/h/f strut for 7 hours at 4,200rpm. It was standard bodied on 14 inch cressida steel wheels. I cut the springs and fitted a set of rota grids & cheap china tyres then it looked like this. Hi all, Just hopped on cos I've picked up a 25 and wanted to sus the for sale for some bits and thought I'd share my panno (now wagon) with its new paint scheme. The rest is the same as it used to be when it was all white, I've just drawn up a 70s inspired "race" theme paint job, rubbed her down, repaired some dents, and spent a day masking and painting and then cleared over the lot. Then I had the sign writing hand painted on too - hope youse like it. I love it.

Hi Guys, So i have been posting lots of random questions and i thought i would just start a build thread so i have a central place to find info and share the build. Thanks to Altezza and a few others who have been super helpful so far. I found a 67 rolling shell which had been sprayed and was relatively rust free on fleabay and it had been sitting in this guys shed for 7 years since the work was done. Ive always wanted an ae86 and after crashing my 71 I decided to buy a shell and chuck all my gear into it. So last week I picked up a non rolling shell (which is actually not hard to transport). It has a bit of rust and is only half painted. lol. But i plan on cutting out the rust whilst it in in shell form so I wont have to do it again. Anyway here's some info and plans! Its a 83 ADM sprinter, has a modplate LA1option3. Ill be chucking in a JDM 4age bigport, T50, Jasma stainless extractors, 2.25 mandral bent exhaust system, and hopefully a T series Diff (if i can find one for a good price), front and rear strut braces. Ok so I paid for this tonight and it will be getting picked up by my towie by the end of the week!! Originally I was buying it for parts for my brother in laws 20 but after looking at it tonight I might have fallen for it. A few ideas I had for it: 1. Hillclimb/Track Day Special/Drifter/Super Sprinter 2. Mild Street/plus no.1 3. Street Car 4. Cut it in half and turn it into a trailer 5. Hi there all, new to the Rolla Club but will soon be a very active member in regards to picking peoples brains.I just bought a genuine granny spec KE38 Wagon with an original 160,000 on the clock which I plan to do a rotor conversion in. This wont be my first rotor conversion as I have already had a Datsun 1600 with a 13B BP in it. It's not to bad for the condition it is in, its a simple 4kc 5speed with 122xxx k's on the clock standard motor. It's got a bit of rust in one spot but the rest is pretty shmick for the car that it is. The paint is a bit faded but i guess thats normal for ke70's tho. Here i have my 1983 ke70 project. it has a stock 5k 5 speed manual, only 40xxx km on the engine well looked after and 173xxx km on chassis. going to slowly repaint it white but I'm not gonna take it off the road whilst partially restoring the outside. it had minor rust which was cut out and plated. i have ae86 front struts and brakes coming for it soon hopefully. here are some photos. tell me what you guys think and if u have any advice feel free to let me know. =]
