I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the Admin of Rollaclub and all of its members for making this club what it is today. If it wasnt for the dedication of the team that manage this forum and for those people pioneering turbo conversions and in turn, leading the path for others to learn and follow, we'd all be sitting here twiddling our thumbs, being too scared to attempt any sort of modifications with these tough little corolla's that we all own. So to Taz, Madrolla and the other people I have forgotten, a big thanks goes out to you for keeping the forum fresh with new information for the younger generation to follow and possibly attempt in their near futur…

I was recently pointed out by toy-yoda of a mistake of the number 82 being hachi jyu, I have recently changed that to hachi ni as 8 = hachi and 2 = ni and 86 owners say that 86 = hachi roku. Last night I was doing some web browsing on japanese counting and found that hachi juu (ju) is 8 - 10 which is actually 80 and in japanese counting a 2 digit number actually combines 3 words (alot like german), so really 82 and 86 is the following: 82 = hachijuuni (8 0 2) 86 = hachijuuroku (8 0 6) And for the 71 owners: nanajuuichi This probably isn't really important and most of you won't care but meh.

Been thinking about this for a while. We love music in the car, it makes you drive fast, or makes the drive bliss. Yo, today my cousin was talking about making a 1st fire up vid for the TT LS 300 where he said his mate had suggested stuffing the pipes with 50's so they blow out into a shower of money when it comes to life to replicate 'running the car burns money' so my question is does anyone know where to find fake $50 notes for entertainment or play as stuffing real 50's into the exhaust might be costly. P.S. I do not want counterfeit money and I have done a google search and an ebay search and it is all US fake notes.

Just got a phone call from the engine rebuilder. I guess it was good news. Seems as though the old fuel pump had longer non genuine bolts. When I removed it and put a plate over it I used the same bolts as my plate was 4mm thinner. Unfortunatly this 4mm was enough to hit the cam. I FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT! :unsure: Atleast now we are getting a mild cam and larger valves STUPID,STUPID,STUPID. Oh well! hope somebody else can learn from this.

Last night me and a mate did an all night run and installed his new suspension into his corolla..... After all the troubles we had, we finally were all finished by 1:30pm.... On the drive home, he was following along a normal street and we were doing around 80..... As i was driving along, i came up to a cross road with a stop sign going the other way.......
