Thermometer wedged in my window currently reads (at 6.41am) "-1". Had to wake up at 5am this morning to put on some socks, a jumper and a beanie and go back to bed! Might buy some fleece booties today... On another offtopic note, saw a CB Lancer GSR yesterday (like my old one) with 14" Datto turbines (RWD dish wheels). Looked... kinda funky actually :P Needed flares :D

I was just thinking and thought why the Gran Turismo makers don't put ke10/20/30 etc cars on the game, i don't know about you all but I think it would be cool if they did. They bother to put some cars on the game that some people didn't even though existed but don't bother having well known and popular cars like pre 1980 corolla's on the game, it doesn't make sense. I want to upgrade ke10's to 400hp and beat dodge vipers god damn it!!! :D

what is wrong with people in the world these days? we have 3 kids (between 6-7 years old) and wanted a better lifestyle, so we moved from suburbia to out in the country so our kids could frolick in the back yard, without annoying others. now we live on the outskirts of a country town (Laidley) and live on acreage, but it is worse than suburbia ever was.... for example, up the back has 6 dogs which often bark at us and the kids minding our own business in our own backyard. they even come into our yard (through the fence) to provoke our dogs. the yard two over to our left has 3 dogs, and they constantly seem to bark and be at war to the 6 up the back (their yards ad…

OK, I like car movies... what "straight" bloke doesn't?!! Some of my favorite would be (in no particular order): Vanishing point (from 1971), I've watched that over and over, just great! Gone in 60 seconds (original and new version) Black cat run (not a great movie, but great chases) Cannon ball run Initial D (not nearly as good as the old scool movies but worth watching) Deathproof (slow to get into, but well worth the wait) EDIT: forgot to add Mad Max 1 & 2, also great chase movies! Also Dukes of Hazzard... That's all I can think of at the moment. What would you add to this list??

Mate the flutter... tu tu tu, woop woop woop sound you are after is fairly easy to get. Don't listen all these wankers that tell you to cut the brake lines or remove the bov etc.. it's fairly easy to do. It can be costly but it can be done on cheap and the end result is the same. now. if you have a 4 door car, it is easier, but it can be done on the 2 doors as well. The following are the parts you will need: 1 x Ball point pen (I'm a high roller these days so I use a PARKER PEN, but any old pen will do.) 1 x shetland pony (this is the expensive part, but to make it cheaper, you can just steal one) the key to getting the flutter right depends on how much …

Codex Click the link, watch it, see what you think. The "official page" - http://www.codexalimentarius.net/web/index_en.jsp i like to think i'm open minded enough to look at all bits of news, data and information in order to make a valid, somewhat precise decision in relation to most things in life. I see things like this and go. :y: mmm. What do you think?

Everyone has a favourite Simpsons quote. Mine goes something like this (forgive me, it won't be verbatim and it's going to be long): [scene setting] The episode is where the kids are snowed into their school. Principal Skinner has become a nazi drill sergeant and the school kids are sleeping in hessian bags on the floor etc. They rebel and trick Principal Skinner into a big bag that normally stores medicine balls. His head is poking out the top and they are tormeting him. (be patient I'm getting there) The kids send out the school pet "Nibbles" the rat out to find help. Ned Flanders and Homer Simpson save the day, get the kids out etc. But I swear the wh…

Pre release review Looks like they've taken everything that was good about PGR2 - driving real cars through real cities, kudos points for powerslides etc, enough realism, yet enough arcadeness to keep it fun... Awesome graphics, surround sound, multiplayer... and just made it heaps better again :lolcry: And with the XBox's brilliant controller which I assume they would improve even further with the 360... I can't wait. I should start saving :(

Well, me and the drummer from my band went for a walk last night through a cemetary to take some pics for our new background for our band's website. Within Reason Website I finally got the pictures sent to me this morning and while observing them, came across these....orbs. Prior research is that these orbs are in fact "Spirit Orbs" and they werent in the pictures when we took them (it was completely dark with NO light, the moon wasnt even visible) and we were over 10 metres away from the nearest headstone. Original - 1 Original - 1 - Brightness Increased Original - 2 Original - 2 - Brightness Increased I brightened up those…

hey peeps Just thought I'd throw a few pics up of my trip thus far.... Due to an airline f@$kup I didn't get to spend as much time as planned in Japan, so the Chaser hunt is postponed til I come back in a few months. But, I did get around a bit and snap a few cool shots. Tokyo madness... For those that have never been, these few shots serve to illustrate the enormity and sheer scope of this amazing city... its truly mind boggling that it functions at all, 12 million people in central tokyo and 32 million in the greater tokyo district and somehow they all manage to get to work on time, eat, sleep, and get very very drunk on the weekends. Its incredible. I love …

I would like to announce the latest addition to my family, a beautiful baby girl. Abigail Rose was born yesterday at 1:48 pm, weighing in at just over 7 pounds and 47 cm long. Mum was in labour for just over 4 hours, which is pretty good apparently for a first baby. Mum and baby very healthy and happy :) I am going in again this morning to see them and will get some more happy snaps and put some up on here. I left there late last night when visiting hours closed and plan to be back there this morning as soon as they open again. Now, time to get cracking on installing the baby seat in the KE11 :D

Last night me and a mate did an all night run and installed his new suspension into his corolla..... After all the troubles we had, we finally were all finished by 1:30pm.... On the drive home, he was following along a normal street and we were doing around 80..... As i was driving along, i came up to a cross road with a stop sign going the other way....... To my surprise, a Blue Cobra went flying through the stop sign, didnt even look, or even attempt to stop.... He must of been doing "at least" 100 - 120 kph!... I briefly saw him cross my path, and slammed on the brakes. I locked up, and almost just nipped the rear of his car.... a few minutes be…
