Howdy guys I thought i'd post a bit of information on my rolla. She's beautiful! I bought her from an older guy who's been racing for about 15 years. He used to race a datto 1600, sold it and then built this to replace it. It came with a build-up logbook with photo's, part numbers and all the specifications. Its running a 5k engine that has: - +.020 thou. cast hypotec pistons - king competition big end and main bearings - 308' wade camshaft - Precision solid lifters - Roll master dual timing chain - extended capacity sump with windage tray - lightened flywheel - Excedy sports clutch - 3k bigport head with modified ports and bowls - 38mm inle…

Hey Guys, Finally got my hands on a Corolla, so stoked about it. Well stoked about everything except the colour :( From memory i think it as an 1995 AE112R. Not 100% sure on that though. I'm looking forward to modding it a little bit, I'm not going to do that much to it though, I'm saving up to modify a 1st Gen Celica, or a old school corolla, I'm still trying to decide. lol. The only thing that i am going to do to the car for now is replace the speakers, and add a sub in the boot. but that is only when i get the money. Anyways here are the pics :D

Hey, Just thought I'd put my little project out there, it’s the first time I’ve had a go at anything like this. I’m an electronics technician with a desperate need to work on a car lol. Pretty well much my first forum post too… It’s a shocker of a KE70. Rough as guts body, with the usual minor rust repairs, boot and wheel arches. I reckon its rear ended someone at some point in its life. Had a dint in the front right guard, now fixed but white. Interiors great, clean and doesn’t smell, very comfy too. But it once was full of hay? Suspensions, well very nautical at the moment. I’ve had better trips in boats. My major problems the 4-KC, I’m just about ready to t…

Hi All, Just thought i would update you on the final testing of our KE15 for this year. Just had it down at Four Performance at Parafield for its final tune and check. See one of the runs on You tube: We ended up finding out that the fuel pump was faulty which stopped the 4psi of fuel pressure needed for webers. It was running at about 1.5Psi which shows up on long power runs with the weber fuel bowl running dry, this then started to lean out the mixture at the high end. This was fixed with new fuel pump which should now maintain the pressure required. Bloody amazing what Dyno's can show when you are testing on them. The final power figure was about 105…

bought an rt142 from a surfie bonghead (was covered in billabong, nova, tracks etc. stickers lol) for $400 bucks. the dude reckoned it had major head probs, but i still drove it home; changed the plugs, oil, oil filter, coolant and put some chemiweld through the radiator and 2 months later she's still goin fine. its an avante, with the 22re and a 5 speed behind it. so far only mods have been: -heavy duty falcon rear springs -removed sound deadener (couldnt find a chisel so used a flathead screwdriver haha) -cut half a coil off the front springs (i know i know but its only temporary) -5mm spacers on rear wheels -better radiator -got rid of grandma spec mudfl…

hi every one i have recently recovered a old and very rusty ke55 from a backyard near my dads work. it cannot be registerd again but i was thinking of builing it up as a bit of a fun car to drive around a mates farm and up the local forestry. I have no intension of trying to damage this car just for the sake of damaging it. My plans include rebuilding and modifiying the standard 3k and exhaust. Fitting sump guard and skid plate, welded diff, beefing up front and rear bumper's and putting in a push button start. What do you think will get pics of the car up later tonight

I have owned a few Corollas and have visited this site over the last 18months. My first car was a Toyota Corolla Ke30 4door, the red-orange colour and was bought in early 2006 off my sister. Had a few mods done to it but its journey came to an end a week after i got my P’s. Yeah, the Macca’s hedge was not as welcoming as first thought, if i could have only spun 5 metres more so it was the driveway, but maybe not. Had a nice 3k in it that seemed absolutely unbreakable.

Hey guys. First to introduce my small history with ke70's & why i love them. A few years ago a had a granny spec ke70, bog stock, immaculate inside, out & mechanically, & planned keeping it that way. Then, one morning, i don't know what happened, i clicked (got bored i guess). Cut the springs & painted it sunkist orange. Mind you, it was my first full spray job on a car, so was pretty average. Had lots of fun drifting & cruising, but had to let it go eventually, & have regretted not only selling it, but f@$king it up with dodgy shit :) . Anyway, years past & my love have grown for KE's. Ecspecially the 70's. Was after a new car recently, somet…
