this is just a little question iv been wanted answered for some time. what is the BHP differance in a 3K to a 4K? what minor things could you do to make it reach a stock 45Kw/60BHP 4K output? :hmm:.

This is my project ae71 it has a 4ac carby engine it will be coming out and ive just bought myself a complete car wich is a ke70 it has all the running gear 4agze engine t50 box and exhuast all the way frew with a vl turbo fuel pimp surge tank etc... i will be swappin it into my ae71 that ive got enjoy

I got my self an immaculate ke30 recently, absolutely rapt with it, now i just gotta get it registered. The engine bay was plastered with grease and crap when i got it, 3 cans of degreaser later......

Just picked this up for a daily crapper while I rebuild my sedan. My 4th KE70 (first slant front) and my 15th corolla... :lol: $700, 4K, 5speed, Air con, apparently has a new heavy duty clutch. Its red :hmm: Done 338k kms, floats like a boat so new shockers will be on the cards. Motor is nice and quiet, no smoke and goes as a 4K should. Paint is pretty good, rust is easily fixed but needs doing before it rains, pics to come as it gets fixed... Hi guys I have a nice little KE26 panelvan (no windows). Its a complete car from first owner. Runs very wel. I have replaced al water hoses,plugs leads etc. I really love this little bleu panelvan but will start a new project soon. So as soon as my new project arives this blue one has to go. It is not registered or so and has no front breaks. The original spare is never used and it has 66.000km on the clock. There is only one little rusty hole in the front mud gard. I do not have photo's on the net as my computer is 124 years old and I am on dail up. What would this car be worth?? I am on Brisbane south side.

Hey guys, thought i should share with you my boxie corolla that i have.... been checking out stuff on the forums for awhile now, contemplating on what to do and so on, and i recon I'm getting closer to a decision... I found this old girl a few months ago but had troubles getting onto the owner. My other car, a RN85 Hilux with a 1JZ-GTE, has been giving me a lot of dramas this year, so there was always a little thought in the back of my mind about getting a reliable daily. Hello all i have finally got some pics of my work in progress , about february the 3K in my KE25 had just about had enough So i got myself a 16V 4AGE with T50 , it was all setup for RWD (plenum , thermostat , etc) and ripped out the 3K and got to work . First up me and my Dad put the engine in its place with the AE71 mounts that it came with , no go , the mounts were too wide for the brackets on the x-member so we had to get started on making up some custom ones these are the mounts the me & Dad came up with , made from 6mm steel plate . we used MDF board to get the shape of the mount pieces and used them as a template on the 6mm steel , cu…

Just got my project AE71 on Sunday, I bought it off another member here Kebin. Its a manual, and being an AE71 it has all the gear to drop a 4AGE engine into it. :P That is the overall plan. So, some of you may or may not know i bought the deep dish wheels off Phatke30 which were originally Littleredspirits wheels that were sold last year. Well....i bought them without rubber and it just so happened that my dad wasn't happy with the new tyres on his 1965 HD holden ute, so he said i could buy them off him when he sourced some bigger tyres. 1980 KE55S XX Corolla Coupe 4K-C (1300cc) 4 Speed manual Stock except for the 14x7.5, 0 offset rims and now with fender mirrors, black crystal headlights and front lip... it is going in next week to get the corona front strut conversion modified as coilovers and reset and an extra leaf in the rear and sway bars all round which should tighten it up and bring it down to earth... at the moment the suspension is shagged, and the breakes aren't much better.... once that stuff is sorted it will be time to move onto the engine.... oh and some watanabes are currently in transit...

It needed a good clean up and a good tune so i ended up scoring it for $500. Spec: 1973 Delux 4 door sedan 3k 2 speed toyotglide Original 56000 km's not miles 2 owner, lady had it for 25 years, keeped in garage all its life. Lovely greeny yellow original paint. japanese assembled with all crome trimmings inside and out. Thought i would show how i made my work bench this weekend. i wanted a high and narrow work bench to fit on the side of my garage.. so went to bunnings to get some tube steal but they don't have this steal (they've got every thing els:mad: ) so rang my dad who works for a steal place near Tamworth. and asked for.. some square tube steal about 4mm thick 4X 25cm long 4X 100cm long 4X 170cm long came to $38 then borrowed my farther-in-laws ark welder. got new pk of 50 welding rods $15.90. then started welding bits together but 1st hit the part i was going to weld with a wire brush. now I'm a baker not a welder i just picked up a ark welder one da…

hey all. i found an awesome bargain the other day, an offer to good to pass up. i found a 1967 rt40 corona, 93000 miles, one owner, all original and running... $500 its unlicenced and there are a few little dents and some rust at the front but nothing huge. I'm gona slowly restore it. anyway heres some piks, i'll get more detailed ones when the car gets to my house.

Just arived and hour ago, this was the one on Ebay. Its pretty original and rust free.I just put in a battery and of she went. Needs accelerator cable, so if you've got one i need it! Don't know what i'll do with it, most likely re shell my KE 70 Kahanacross car into it so i can legally use it on the street! :P

hey this is my new baby, brought it from some old fellow who brought it new. its has a 195kms on it and runs like a dream. my plans for it at the moment is to give it a good clean, whack some ae86 coilovers in, chrome bumpers and then when I'm rich put a 4age in her let me know what you think

K so my nan bought this T18 brand new in 1979. She died in 1992 and She gave it to my dad. My dad then gave it to my little brother, who basically rally'd it and trashed it. Then the alternator went on it and the battery kept going flat, so my brother just dumped it in the backyard and left it there. So i thought i would pull it out of the grass and start fixing it up.
