Hey all some of you may know this car, I purchased it of Callum (Deleta) of DC. some info on her Specs has 4k-c webber 2 and 1/4 exhuast superlight 15 by 8 0 and JDM brakes and front struts with koni red schoks and stock springs all round has (unsure of brand) racing seats in it since pics. Future mods: Have evo9 seats from 999 automotive ordered. Currently getting a 4age built by C&M Performance. I bought this ke20 off ebay, most of you have seen it already. Its mods are: Bigport 4age T50 Locked ke20 diff Haltech Computer Accord seats 16 inch Simmons B45 wheels (8 inch front and 9 inch rear!) Ta22 struts, brakes and LCA Autometer gauges Ford TB and custom intake Basically I'm going to use this car as a daily till i get my ke35 on the road then we will see what happens. It has some problems: brake Master cylinder is stuffed and too small for the ta22 calipers T50 is hard to down shift into 2nd and 3rd gears. Wires need a tidy up and same with the interior. I got the car in january this year, it was going to be my sisters but she found a really nice original ke25. All of the mechanicals are now done and I have started stripping it and getting it ready for painting. In January 2007 I purchased my 3rd classic Celica, a CA18DET powered TA22 from Queensland, and had it thrown on a truck and delivered to SA. When I bought the car it had a full interior, fairly clean CA18DET installation, running a T28, 13x7" kidney mags, king springs and a god awful SAAS steering wheel. It made 150RWkW @8000RPM on 10PSi. This is my project throughout time and eternity itself. focus is boring, so i gotta have something to keep me occupied. Bought the car in 2005 as an auto from my grandfathers estate, and it was one of my first cars. Auto + 4k makes for a very dull car so with the help of a few mates from pulse motorsports car club, we converted it to manual and it was a good learning experience. A couple of the bits i bought didnt match up as they were from a ke55, so another ke70 shitta was bought for 100 bucks. still didnt have the clutch spacer for the firewall though..so the solution was to weld a 22mm socket to the firewall..dodgy..but does the job just the same. So in true tradition, one car is not enough for us. My cousin is selling his T18 and I have decided to buy it. I have included some pictures which you may have seen before on Andrew's threads. I would like to know what you guys think I can to do make this car hot without spending too much money :dance: Looks like we won't have to spend any money on the body as it's in great nick and no rust is visible. Ive got a ke38 and want to put some work into it, but not wanting to spend a lot of money on it at the moment as I'm still at school and wanting to buy a unit in the next year, so ill take it bit by bit. hi every body really happy i have finally found the car i am going to use as a bit of a project and mabey a daily for a while its a ke55 1980 with a 4k and really good interior the out side is a little rough but nothing to drastic all up it cost me $1000 but with 11 months rego and a few spares so i am happy will post some pics up tomorow it was to dark to take some today i am planning on putting a 32-36 weber on with extractors and a bit of modifying the exhaust also a nice set of 5 spoke rims and just do the body up a bit and mabey lower it down a little just for fun :yes: :P

Most of you already know my little red KE 18 wagon, it did run a 7K efi engine but i've decided to go back to an original 3K. The 3K i'm using is the old engine out of my KE17 Sprinter. It was originally purchased 12 years ago as a low km Jap import motor, i removed and shaved the head and fitted a mild cam. When the head was removed i noticed the engine was very very clean a real low km Jap import motor, back when you could get them. Already got one quick 7K didn't need a second, just incase you were wondering why i decided to go back to the 3K.
