Hello Brethren, Picked this up in my new hometown of Cairns. It’s a 1979 KE55 Corolla. It comes tinted, lowered on Kings / Monroes, with some nice 16” rims, fully resprayed in the original colour of Kingston Blue. It’s got the stock 4K with a 3sp gearbox. First carby I have owned, and first RWD for that matter :hmm: Here it is. I don’t have any interior shots on me at this minute, but will update that later. I haven’t done a lot to it, but I’m in the early stages of planning what to do. I have put the boss kit on it, run a tacho, air:fuel, 12volt, oil temp / pressure gauges. Heres my $200 daily Picked up a few months ago, finally got round to getting roadworthy/rego. havent done much to it, got makita's all round, new wheels/tyres on front perfect for either a SR20 or 4AGE, not sure which path yet, its only a daily for now, see how the modyfying bug goes. Hey everyone, My first post on this forum. Enjoy my story 8/. In August 2007 I bought an AE101 halfcut from NSW, $1750 shipped to Vic. The 4AGE in the cut failed compression tests, so the guy threw in an extra 4AGE and box. My first automotive purchase, I was pretty proud of myself :). The Donor Engine/box/loom etc came out and off she went to the tip. The original plan was to plant the 4AGE into my brother's AE80 when he took it off the road and handed over the keys to me. Hey fairly new to posting but have been lurking the site for a few years now... Finally got my P's round december last year.. yet to loose them earlier this year... Ive got an 1993 corolla manual with 189,XXX on the clock, which has been lowered with 15's on it... Doesn't look too bad but iv'e always had my eye on a ke20.. Inside is stock as a rock.. although have put a full Alpine system ranging from head unit, 2x 6" with tweaters... 2x 6x9 in custom parcel shelf amp and sub... The car didnt come with a tacho so i went a got a stock cluster from u pull it and fitted that in it... Thats about it.. Cheers Tom

The Story: Bought this today off 'never'. It was a 'must buy' situation as i have been obsessed with this particular little car since i was old enough to walk. Well a wise man once said "I will never own another AE82 again" Yet here I am. Picked it up on Friday night. Pretty sweet deal I guess. It's a very original CSX with all the goodies. Has a very nice interior with the velour headlining, rear headrests, tacho dash and elongated console arrangement. Previous owner added a JVC MP3 headunit and Pioneer front speakers which is mega bonus. The car was originally optioned up with the aircon and power steering so it's an absolute pleasure to drive with the steering. Paintowrk is faded as so I'll need to give it a bit of a cut/polish/wax. Hi everyone! So i have finally got myself another corolla and this one is in just as much need of work as what my ke20 was! most of the work on this one is going to be rust repair... i spent the last 2 days cleaning up all the stuff i didnt like about it and am quite happy with the results so far. changed the seats back to stock ones that will eventually be re-upholstered. I also replaced the after market steering wheel with a stock one. removed about 20 metres of unnecessary wiring out of the car, remnants of an alarm system and a stereo system and some other stuff! had to clean up the extra gauges as well and the steering column surround had a bunch of holes d…

Isaac KE30 Partially worked/painted 5k, extractors, electronic ignition (bosch GT40 coil, new radiator, new alternator, theres more but i can't think of what just now. full engine rebuild at 100 xxx km's now done 137 xxx. what i belive is "Otomoto" brand sleeve coilovers in front, but not completely sure and hard rear springs, brakes stock. 14 x 7 Enkei wheels, unsure of model (please help me out) stock interior, but overrated minus two small tears in rear seat. very very straight body. two owners previous the car was involver in minor colision and front left gaurd was dented but has since been fixed and left side of car has had respray.

I bought this coupe AE70 in November 2007 for just over a grand. I have put a couple of pics up, keep in mind these are very old pics that I took in November '07 when I bought the car, and its not what it looks like at the moment. I'll get some fresh pics up soon. Yesterday i bought my first car. A 1982 KE70 Corolla SE. 211,000 km $2400 (pictures will be posted tomorrow) The cars story: It was bought by a mid aged couple in 1982, between regular drives it has been garaged it's entire life in west Ballina NSW. Has been regularly serviced, and never flogged. Bought from a guy in county NSW for a very good price 4k with extractors and 2 inch exhaust Ke55 front brakes standard diff - have now been through 3 2 1/4'' lowering blocks Saab 15'' intercepters on the rears Future plans have differed between SR, CA, Rotary, and turbo K series. Ok some of you guys might know the car as i bought it from Kiahn.. Wanted to show off a previous toy I once had. It's a 1981 Toyota Cressida with a mild Holden 308ci V8. Crane cam, Edelbrock manifold, Holley 600. Worked Trimatic, and Ford 9 inch diff to suit. Just picked this one up from fellow Rollaclub member. Fitted the MA61's while i get the original 13's painted. Car is in well above average condition, rust is limited to the bottom of the guards and a previous repair to the sills. Will be getting it buffed and polished this week and i'm expecting to paint to come up a treat. Interior is amazing, no rips or tares, dash and carpet are perfect and door and window rubbers are great. Mechanically drives well, needs exhaust manifold leak fixed, tune up and a front left wheel bearing but apart from this its a little gem.

so here it is this is my new pride and joy haha black bonnet black boot lowered on chops i think lol its auto i know gay right but has shift kit is good fun when it snaps into second in the rain re-trimmed door cards thermo fan deisel squirters haha future plans are either 4agte or ca18det and manual conversion front coilovers and slowly clean up rust and maybe a coat of paint its nothing special but for $750 u can't complain will get more pics soon :)

ok so i finally woke up and slapped myself in the face, and went to eastern creek car is a ke20 running a 3t gte, twin cam turbo. currently gettin 154hp at the wheels (dyno'd) currently running of only 4 spark plugs, with a bullsh|t front mount, the worst piping ive seen in my life, and the shortest gear ratios going around. overall the cars a little machine and great fun and worst of all a holden camira computer. now for the details on my time. message of u were there and if u ran ur car. mine was gray with hyfill front end. looks like a pilchard my first run. r/t .238 my best reaction of 3runs 60' …

Well this is my completed ke55. I fixed all the rust and done all the body work in about 10 hours. It was pretty bad aswell. The bonnett and front guard were completely fcked so i replaced them with rust free ones. I then painted it with clear over base 2 pack paint, which was sprayed by me in the booth at work. i have replaced the motor with another 4k because my original motor had over 700 000 kms on it and the odometer didnt work lol. My newer motor has 179000 on it so I'm laughing. i picked this car up for $600 with rego and i have probably spent about $1500 on it. it just passed a pink slip yesterday and i am going for rego sometime soon.
