Hey guys, My name is Connor and this my Ke70 that i picked up a couple of weeks ago, she's a 4k 4sp with 365k-odd kms, so she is slow but it has: - King Springs 'lows' at all 4 corners - xt130 front struts, unknown shocks - xt130 LCAs - xt130 rotors - rt132 twin-piston calipers - Sigma GSR 'Pepperpot' 15x6.5 , wrapped in Pirelli 195/50 rubber So she handles very well for what it is, also i think the pepper pots look retro as. Hi there, Thinking (very indecisivly)about selling my one of a kind, unmodified, 1982 KE70 Toyota Corolla Panelvan. After returning back from overseas, & uncovering my little car after the 12months it had not been driven, i am considering selling my pride & joy. This awesome little panelvan, I assume, must be some kind of import. I have never seen another with the "Custom Sport" logos & strips. I also don't know if this "paint" scheme came from Toyota like this, but have no idea about it. Hey guys and gals. Well I did a swap on the weekend the Tercel for a AE82 Corolla 4AGE Bigport. Which was a fun drive home :P . This is my first Rolla with a 4AGE and I LOVE IT :y: :y: :y: . The old owner said it has a blown head gasket but after inspections found that is not the case (no water in engine or oil in coolant and did a radiator cap off test and no bubbles). Still yet to find the problem as it at times heats up to 3/4 temp when doing 100kms and drops back down to 1/2 when going 80kms. I would say it has a water pump problem and it has a leak somewhere. Hey all, I'm new here. Got my 1994 Corolla AE101 Seca CSX a week ago as I needed a reliable daily. I chose this particular car because of its hidden prowess. It has a fairly fresh tiwin cam 4AGE 20 valva (aka silvertop) It was a nice surprise to me that it also came kitted with the interior for a corolla trueno/sprinter which feature much nicer sportier seats that are so damn comfy which make my everyday commuting a pleasure. Hey all, introduce my new ride. Sure every1 knows it as Benzo's KE20 Only got 1 pic atm, and a lack of license as ive been disqualified. In the process of fighting for it back tho! Plan to change somethings on her while its off the road. Keep it simple and nothing to drastic, nicely lowered, stereo, new whitewalls soon and pics!! ive managed to install an air horn so far. Hi guys. So, I'm new here and this is my first corolla! YAY! My other half has always been a fan of corollas, I guess it has finally rubbed off on me. I've been driving a daewoo for the last four years, so it's a bit of an upgrade in my opinion. I know nothing about cars, I just know I like the look of this one. Hey everyone. Well was on eBay just yesterday on my lunch break at work seeing if there where any 5k's on there. And cam across my old ke36 from when I was in Canberra. As some may now this is also geoff's old wagon. I bought it off geoff. Then sold it back to geoff. This guy got it from geoff and is now selling it, so I'm buying it back lol. I've had this KE70 for about 2 months and so far and I've only done a few minor cosmetic mods. De-stickered, old steering wheel I had, pool ball shift knob, monster tacho mounted dodgily in dash, seat covers & aluminum exhaust tip. The original tip was about 3" long after the muffler and the new one is about 7". It's just siliconed on for a bit of bling bling but it it actually made the exhaust a lot quieter. Current specs are: 4K engine with a cam of unknown specs. Well we got our engine dropped off today so we have started pulling her apart. going to turbo the engine a bit later in the year and also once we have rebuilt the bottom end. I picked this up last weekend, it's a 1989 Crown Royal Saloon G, so far I'm extremely happy with it, it's a great car, extremely comfy and the 1UZ is a great motor. Going to chuck a more trick air controller in with more features so I can slam it hard for posing, then maybe fix the indash TV so it's able to tune into aussie frequencies.

Hi every one i have owned this car for a fair while but with work and everything i just havent had a chance too get the beast on the road i have do a fair bit too it i guess its just taken forever too do it when i got it i had to put all the suspension and wiring all the engine gear box and diff everything i posibly could i replaced with new items heres how it sits at the moment my plans are just to get it on the road and drive it for a while then mabey add a little bit more horse power and some bigger brakes I'm after a few parts please pm me if you have anything that appears missing from my car Cheer marcus

No RWC, no reg, off a good friend of mine. he originally bought it for his daughter to learn on, but never got the time to get everything done, so it got sold to me!! car is in great condition. there is NO rust at all. My first car was a 1600 datsun, so I know what rust looks like!! ive been over every inch of the bodywork on this thing, no rust whatsoever. it has a few dings, dents and scrapes, but nothing bad. Hey There, I have just purchased a sweet 2000 ultima and would love to know about some intake options that people know of, I am going to upgrade the intake and exhaust first then look at suspension and the list goes on. Would any one be able to explain the intake set up of this pic I found wih a 7afe with trumpets? It looks tuff as! Would this engine fit in my car with this set up or would the air filters be facing the back and all squashed up? As in what I would need to modify my current set up to get this under my hood. thought i would start a topic on my 2 daily drivers and what i have been doing to them. not so much a project thread but more like an ongoing maintenance log type thing. i bought another 28/36 DCD weber on ebay last week. i got it yesterday, rebuilt it and now it is on the warm 5k in my ke15 to replace the worn out one that i was running. this carb came off a 1500GT Mk1 cortina. the last DCD was from a fiat 1500 cabriolet i think. anyway the thing runs better than it has for a long time. just running the factory 1500GT cortina jetting so far. it is amazing how much throttle spindle wear stuffs with the way your car runs. last week i changed the diff i…

when i ask can you slap a 351 into a ke20 i don't mean just drop an engine in and drive. i mean engineered and road legal. most will say I'm a dreamer but honestly can it at all be done? I'm not the biggest fan of turbo cars as fun as they may be the rumble of a v8 always gets me i was thinking of doing this to my mk2 cortina which is of similiar weight, but come on, in a ke20 it would be the sweetest thing. i know i can't legally put a engine bigger then a 2.0 in a ke20 and me wanting a 5.8 is a massive ask. but if i was to only use the body of a ke20. for example, use an ford xe chassis, with a ke20 body and cut the chassis to fit. anyone know of such…

I am about to get stuck into my Suzota build, or since I'm on the Toyota site should that be a Toyzuki????????? This is a project I though of doing a lot of years ago & just never got around to it. I have a LWB Suzuki Sierra chassis & drive lines & I am about to put a Corolla station wagon onto it. :D It will be an Individually Constructed Vehicle for rego purposes which means about 2k in Engineering fees but ya get that. 1.6 Engine & Auto will be donated from a Vitara (so far), unless you lads can think of a Viable yota alternative, still open to suggestions on that. hey guys. this is my ke70 i swaped my bluebird for... when i first got it it was missing the rear bumper. got onto that striaght away and made a nice ke55 bumper fit.. but sold that and now i have some chrome bumper i found at the wreckers on it. it had an r31 bumper cut down to fit on the front , looked sick just didnt look mean enough for me coz i preffer the chrome look. it has the stock 4k and 4spd 13x7 rims on the back and 13x6 delta streets on the front. recently painted white , but thinking going grant scott style soon painted all the interior black and it looks nuts except for the seats good ol choped springs my plans for the car are: bl…

Here's the newest addition to Wagon Mafia, Havasu Chapter. She's a 1980 Corolla wagon, 3TC with an Auto trans. The car was bone stock when we got it a couple of weeks ago, picked it up right. Someone towed it wbehind a motorhome or something, so there was a big ole' gnarly towbar in the front, and they did a horrible DIY trailer light kit, and whoever did it obviously was not a technician. As you can see, the floors are all there, and the car is pretty solid, some scrapes and bumps, but overall not bad for the money. Hi guys, thought id finally put up a thread on my twinky. When i bought her the amount of rust in it was unbelievable, and it was pretty beaten up and abused. It really should never have been on the road, but i managed to get a roady done from a mate. It was a daily for about 6 months, then the rear crank seal gave way. I'm close to getting the engine cleaned honed and re assembled, but its never going back on the road. Ive completely stripped the interior, cut the roof off etc, pictures will tell the story. It will live out its days as a go kart pretty much. Ive got about half the cage welded up, just need to get some bends done. Pics will be up soon.
