So ive had this car for over 20 yrs,some will recognize it. Was 5k efi turbo with 156rwkw over 15yrs ago. Car has been a rolling shell now with no motor for 13yrs.Had a 4agze turbo in it with w series supra box but i coudnt finish it. It needed to k powered again so i started looking at something different again so thought a 7k would be the ticket..

this is my 1970 ke11 bought it about 12 months ago, when i first bought it, it was stock and had the 12" stellies and was one owner with its origional 3k motor and weak 4 speed i left it standard for about 4 months and drove it around but got sick of how slow and stock it was so first i put 13x6 mags on it heres a pic then i decided a 4kc motor and 5 speed gear box would make it go better so we fitted one and now it goes way better and i realised that the drums were a little under sized so i fitted ke38 discs on the front pics of motor it then had a respray in the origional whate and all dents were removed and in the process no rust was found at all combining…

This is the KE25 i bought of Sharpie (Rob) about a week ago (pic is after i gave it a cut + polish and painted some bits). Its got a Bigport 3K with a 2 speed toyoglide :y: Plans are: Firstly manual conversion, then it will be my daily for a while while i turbo the KE70 Then later on, ill give it a respray and chuck a mild 5K in it, or maybe a 7K-E with the injection :y:

hey guys and gals. my partner has been in need of a car for a while now. and since she couldnt drive mine(she only has auto licence) i have been on the look out for something for her. by chance i was dropping a car off for a wheel alignment, and saw this tidy little cressida sitting in the carpark. so happens the owner was selling it, and just needed a few things done before roadworthy. so long story short picked this beast up for $2500 with rego and roadworthy

So in true tradition, one car is not enough for us. My cousin is selling his T18 and I have decided to buy it. I have included some pictures which you may have seen before on Andrew's threads. I would like to know what you guys think I can to do make this car hot without spending too much money :dance: Looks like we won't have to spend any money on the body as it's in great nick and no rust is visible. I have had my Ke26 Wagon Stolen yesterday 13/12/10 between 8am and 5pm. Yes I know that it is not the neatest car, but it is my favorite car in the world. The memories that I have with this car go back to my when my daughter was a new born. Both of my kids are devestated, my wife is gutted (both agreed that we would of preferred out 03 ss stolen). heres a pic of my ke30 i just picked up its a 4k auto soon to be changed to a manual and I'm gunna put some lower profile tyres put on the ugly tarago rims the body is a little rough but nothing that can't be fixed the only rust i found is on the bottom of the passenger door I'm thinking of doing a engine conversion but don't knowwhich motor to use I'm thinking 2-tg or 4age depending on what i come across first but this wont be until i got the money

i got my ke20 resprayed about 4months ago and finally got the windscreen rubbers from overseas. i got new front windscreen installed cost me $180.00 as the car is sitting and doing no driving at all for almost 5 months now its very filthy inside.tidy up on the cabin and hide those wires and fix those gauges.I'm getting new carpet soon and fix that console properly.inside the car very dusty as its been sitting since November 2008 checking my option for this hotwires 13 x 8 with flares or maybe not bother about it? too lazy to clean the car guys so maybe after i get my hilux diff maybe another 2 months??

hi everyone, my names Luke, i'm a 1st year apprentice chef so money is tight. my slanty set me back $250 and its my baby :) She had rust spots above both rear lights and in the rear guards. the interior is straight and free of rips but rather stained in places. all the electrics work apart from what i can only hop is a faulty fuse for my dash lights. so far i have fixed the rust in the boot with tac welds and fiber glass putty (money is real tight). i haven't bothered with the guards just yet. all in good time though. the dream is to keep some elements as stock as possible such as tint bumpers lights ect. but being young and it my first car it has to be slammed with he…

well.. i am selling my Lanos and i wanted something new to play around with so i got a: 1988 Carolla AE82 Sedan Ugly Sky Blue LOL 5 Speed newly reconditioned motor new clutch new cv's looks nothing special atm.. BUT the wheels from my Lanos are going on it next weekend, as well as the steering wheel i hope, as well as an exhaust in the very near future and a stereo, oh so many plans.. these are the wheels on my old baby i'm guessing it will be a slow process but it will get there eventually.. got no pics of the Rolla yet but i will before and after the wheels..

OK so on the whole we are anti-rice, but I have a penchant for all things blue. This is acutely obvious if you look at my custom guage thread but I have taken it a step or two further. Take one shitty oil stained rocker cover : Soak in degreaser (50/50 mix of Supercheap degreaser/Kerosine) Rub with Wet'n'Dry to remove scuffs and hammer marks (it was hard to crack the seal) Spend $35 at Supercheap on pretty tins of shiny stuff Spray the blue on the cover Look in disgust cause it doesnt look right Read the cans Use the basecoat like you should have in the first place Respray the blue Seek assistance of Bajic brother to refit the cover (I told…

First rolla, 84 ke70 highroof wagon. picked it up for $500 when i was 15 on the side of the road 5 houses from mine. was stock as rock and in pretty poo condition, faded blue and patches of primer, but did have a webber carby. Plans were to make it a nice cruiser without spending too much dosh. since i have owned it i have taken off the rear bumper, got rid of rust and gave it a $100 paintjob, found some nice wheels CHEAP (wantanabes/superlites), front sway bar and 1.5' lowering blocks from pedders, cut commo springs on the front and thats it. cheap, reliable, pimp cruiser/daily. future plans are to get a 4age, 4k is just not doing it for me anymore... reset…

I've been toying with the idea of building this car and swapping the engine but I'm still undecided. Torn between the idea of power and keeping things original. hey guys i finnaly found a another rolla i like!! shes a purple ke20 with a 4k twin 40mm sidedraghuts 4speed and conveted to 114.3 pcd can some one tell me what are my steelie and hubcup options with this pcd?? bought this KE30 for $700 about 3 weeks ago. Since then ive replaced the front bumper with a straighter one. Got new balljoints in front, new rear wheel bearings, and a wheel alignment. Replaced the big truck wheel with a not so big one. put in crack free lights, with perfect chrome trimming. Put chrome triming off a KE55 along the window bits. Took the but ugly seat covers off and left standard seats how are. Plan on lowering it 1 1/2 inches, better seats in front, swap out 3k for a 4 or 5k, bigger exhaust, CD player, and a boot install. here is pics as it sits now, sorry for shit pics, camera not working so had to use phone.

Just bought a overrated as Ke26, all original except for Ke55 5spd and mazda 13's. As soon as its in my name (any day now) i'll put a set of crown hubcaps and whitewalls, a visor and then dump it.

Sadly more than likely will be a parts car. Does it need its own thread? No, but I'm making one because its an RA28 and I love them! Currently runs an 18RG (why I brought it) BEFORE anyone says it the bonnet was painted black before drifting was invented. Back in its day it was a hill climb car so the bonnet was painted black.

Hi, I just joined this forum and this is my first post. I'm 20 and from the very top of Norway, my daily is a 2004 Audi A6 1.8T Quattro. Recently I bought a 79' Ke30 online, and I'm going to pick it up next week! The car is already insured and registered in my name. Unfortunately the car seems to have lived a rough life on the salty roads of Norway and therefore there's some rust on it. The previous owner have rustwelded parts of the channels. What's left (that I know of) is a wheel well and a hole in the trunk. The car have have rolled around 330000km (205000 miles) I'm so excited to pick it up! I'll keep you guys updated.

ok i thought i better introduce my self and post up what i have dun 2 my car so far i first found the ke30 in the trading post for $600 we went and checked it out and it looked good bar the most corolla rust spots. we took it hoom and the next day went straight 2 work on it satrted with the diff buying a new 1 cos the old 1 was stufed and was making sum funky noises and then brake pads and a full service and then went on 2 the interiour were the carpet was riped and batterd and the seats were torn so we went out and got new carpet and new seats and sum vinal so we could also do the door trims and then went on 2 the exteriou we sanded it back kut and replaced the rust…

So i may have bought yet another Corolla for the collection.. This makes 3 Ke1x chassis i own now, With a possible 4th and 5th in my sights also So basically, What we have here is a mostly original Ke17 Sprinter. Car hasn't been on the road since 1994 and it's sat outside ever since.. It's currently a rolling shell but it does come a 4k and a k50 Basic run down is it's quite straight, mostly rust free and very complete. Everything interior wise will need replacing besides the passengers door card and seat.. It's had a hit in the rear so the boot won't close, but certainly fixable! Hi, I just recently bought my first Toyota, so I am still learning about them but so far I am in love with this car. It's got a few minor dents and dings here and there and needs major interior work, but other than that it is totally rust free, engine runs like a watch (the transmission is a different story), and the body is totally straight.
