Hi guys, I've been a member on here for a couple of months but haven't posted pics of my car yet...here they are :) It's a 1983 KE70 CS white wagon. I've mainly just been fixing up the rust, clearing up a few electrical issues, doing little things like replacing wipers, and installing a stereo. No big plans for it- it's done 377000kms, and I'm just looking forward to taking it camping etc. Let me know what you think. Would love feedback. Cheers Mark

Found this 85 Corona at the same auction room where i found that SA63 Celica. This one owner Corona has only done 93,000kms has cold air con and power steering and this is how i bought it, hasn't even been washed yet!. Paint and trim are excellent, no rust and drives great. Will most likely move it on but not after i take it to the Al Palmer show next month.

Just turned up yesterday arvo, gave it a quick wash and cleaned the windows and took some average pics this morning. This one owner 74 KE36 wagon has only done 35,000kms, came from a 96 year old lady in Cairns. Apart from a small paint touch up at the end of the left front guard all the paint is original, trim is great, dash perfect, carpet has faded a little around gear shift, rear bumper has small dent left side and still had the plastic on both front doors until my son thought he would un-rap the door trims for me. Usual plans of a major detail, but this one will remain 100% stock and original. Will post better pics later and will hopefully get it ready for the Al Pal…

Hey all, Picked this up a while ago with a suspected blown engine, so i bought it to just chuck another engine into it. So i inspected it to see how it was and what the problem was, i couldnt find any visible fault. So i put charge to it and it started up and ran fine. Let it warm up a bit then took it for a drive. Drove good, just felt like it needed a bit of a tune up. Came back looked under the bonnet and it had a coolant leak or stream if you like coming from the thermostat housing. Pulled that apart and found it had been dodgy'ed up very badly, new gasket over old one with silicon. So i cleaned it all up and sealed it up using silicon (Good old liquid gasket!…

Picked this up today, needed a car in reserve for when I find a new job and give up my company car - perhaps this will motivate me to really start looking because my job is utter bollocks. Mega downgrade haha, but I'm broke (new mortgage) and 70's are cheap to fix and familiar. Has a Towbar which will come in handy too. Its borderline for fixing....but I might use it to teach myself panel work and rust repairs if I can be arsed, shell is pretty good for a 70. As you can see though, front damage will need to be fixed, and a huge section of bog from a previous repair is about to fall off the back door! Funny. Hi all. I thought it was about time to start a Rolla Club Technical Build. My name is Paul and my car is a 1971 ke20. It is a budget race car, but a lot of fun. We had a good year in2009 winning my class, [sports Sedan up to 1600cc] and my youngest son winning Junior Hill climb Champion, at our club [Gippsland Car Club]. So I decided to give the old car a bit of a tidy up. My son Dave is an apprentice panel beater, so his job is the body while I will concentrate on the mechanical side. Well got this car the other week and was always umming and arring for ideas and stuff. but entered toyoshow last weekend with the unfinshed project car and came out with 1st place in the classics. so my head has been swarming with ideas since them lol. but the end goal is going to be pretty much a jimi hendrix tribute car hopefully done tastefully and not just heaping crap all over the place lol its currently a ke55 that has been remade to a ke35 including 4k changed to a 3k :P

this is my little homebuilt trike it starts with a xt550 front end including steering homemade chassis conected to a complete datsun 180b independent rear end. Power is a 4k with 3spd auto i have mounted a sc12 blower on it (not piped yet-soon though) have an 1 3/4 su carby to fit drawthrough onto it i am going to make custon extractors to suit along with inlet manifold this trike is mainly for straight line sand dragging over 100 -130 meter distance more soon

My new daily/project bought it of some old lady for 1100, she was the only owner. 77,000ks 4spd stock as a rock so far, and I'm open to some ideas.

1970 Toyota KE20 Corolla Brought this as a daily run-a-round back at the start of 2009 original 3k 4spd etc. Fixed what needed to be done at the time an drove it for a good 4-6mnths as my daily. Until the exhaust manifold gaveup yet again so i decided to do the KIWI thing an "chuck a rota in it au" Sourced a 12a 6port block from a cosmo, with 4barrel cabbie jetted for a bridgeport, & extractors brought a complete RX7 s1 for the g/box, driveshaft, wiring bits, radiator, coolers etc (basicly the whole package bar the motor) Stript the KE20 engine bay down, welded in the mounts, made the adjustments for the booster. Hey everyone! Here is some pics of my missus AE112R Corolla Turbo!! She doesnt want to do too much to the car, just the usual stuff :hmm: Lowered, Rims, Exhaust, CAI. I, myself, installed an apexi EL2 boost gauge last weekend, which wasnt hard to do until you find the right vacuum hose to tee into! Removed the front grill to expose the cooler a bit more. Hey everyone. Have recently just left a deposit on bezenders ke36. And will be picking it up within a few weeks :yes: thought I'd chuck this up now as I'm bored ATM lol. Anyways will update as things go along. Plans are gettig running a1 and intercool I and later on efi. After Nikki gets her full license we'll upgrade it to a 5kte :hmm: but ATM we gotta get an approval for her to drive a turbo car as it is. well its a 1985 RA65 celica automatic coupe its all original and when my old boy brought the car it was off the guy who's mother that pasted away owned the car since new apparently it has genuine 100xxx kms on the clock and is in immaculate condition inside and out it was un-rego'd but we got a roady done and it only needed 2 rear brake cylinders and and 2 new wiper arms and then passed with flying colours even the old bloke that did the roady was amazed at how the underneath of the car was when my dad took it to him so basically its my daily atm as my falcon has got a pretty bad power steering leak and well i don't have the money just yet to fix the beast so i am us…

hey I'm new to the site and this is my daily that i picked up for $400. is pretty much stock apart from the half missing exhaust (have meaning to get fixed since i bought it) and the welded diff lol. its not n the best condition as you can see in the pic under the door seal is pushed in from the previous owner. am thinkikng of maybe lowering it and some cheap mags ? any ideas? just thinking of some things to make it look a little better without spending to much money as its only a cheap run about car. cheers

Well where do i start ?, at the beginning i guess. I purchased this 69 KE10 some 12 years ago as a stock little car powered by a 3K and backed by a 2 speed auto. I gave it to my dad to use as a work hack back then. As the years passed i changed it to a manual, put a KE25 front end in it, added Mazda 323 front struts and brakes, had a full chrome molley cage fitted and had a JTS built 4k installed running twin 40ml Webers. Then i got married, got a mortgage and this project got shelved. This is my Blood Orange Ke55 So far she has: -Been painted orange -2" lowering blocks -battery relocated to boot -17" 5 spoke rims -No engine -No glass -No locks The plan is to: -Get maybe CA18DE engine (havent decided yet) -Get custom dash made. planning on just flat face dash with speco gauges along it. clean and tidy. -Getting custom tan interior made with orange trim. -Street suspension -Big brake upgrade So far I've just started to clean out the rolla and strip everything i don't want out. hey guys this is my 82 flat front ke70 that i bought for $810 from a guy in coloundra, it has a standard 4k block and head with a 5 speed manual box. i have now done rust repairs on the doors and boot where the major rust was, still a i little bit left and should be all good then. it has low kings in the back with matching shocks, but standard in the front for now yet to buy some. my plans for this car is to completely strip it down and repair everything and spray the whole car, and to put a worked 5k with 4k head. these are the rims that i got with the car, complete set. they where a bit crappy where the crome was so i polished them up, then i still wasnt happy…
