I'll be discussing this with the insurance people soon over repairs from a lady running into my car. Mine is a US 1969 KE10 Just got through with a near restoration...Mechanically all new 'cept for some bushings and bits I haven't replaced yet. Everything under the hood is brand new, full engine (3K), head, ancillaries, wiring..polished aluminum...brakes , tires, ujoints, tie rods, shocks, strut inserts, carpet, custom teakwood dash and instrument overlays....most of what was left to do was seats, rubber kit, headliner and paint. hello every one. something horrible happened tonight. :/ my little ke70 slid into a pilar. smashing the rear quater panle and slightly creasing the foor. it was a big hit and there is a lot of damage. i don't know if it is un-repairable or not. so if anyone is or knows a really good panle beater in brisbane please let me know. as stupid as it sounds i love this car and i am willing to pretty much anything to fix it. sorry for any bad spelling... and ill try and get some damge pictures up so you can see the devostation.

Hey guys, new to the forums here, just after some help in regards to a Corona. I've owned and moded a few AE71's and KE70's in the past and loved them. Haven't touched cars in a few years but keen to get back into something fun again. Really like the RT142 shape but need some help. Just want to know the easiest path to put coilovers & a locker in them & any other useful suspension mods (RCA's, Panhard, fresh bushings blah blah blah). I've had a look through a few members rides and some people are using RA60 gear and some using S13 gear so I'm a bit confused as to the best/easiest bolt in stuff to use? Any help and advice would be sick, cheers.

HI all, Whats the smallest sc pulley i would want to run on an sc14 with a stock ae92 4agze crank pulley? I want it to be reliable and not destroy the Teflon coating on the lobes and from what i have read nothing over 10,000rpm seems to be the norm. So this leaves the question of what size sc pulley i need? :hmm: clutched or fixed doesn't matter. Any ideas's? even better if anyone has this setup let me know what it runs like, as its going to be a hill climber/tarmac rally kind of car. SORRY wrong area, mods can you please move this to the AE** corolla area if possible :bash:

Ok so I get RA65 struts/ Brakes for my KE70 and one the Brake Seals has a couple of holes and I was just wondering where I could get them from? I tried Supershit and they can't get them. Would Toyota still make them? Cheers

Hi, I'm currently under going the 4age conversion in my t18 and I'm going to replace the clutch before it goes in the car. It is a daily driver but it gets a good thrashing every so often. I have never ruined a clutch in any of my cars before. so is it worth putting a standard clutch back in or should i upgrade, if so what brand/type? Thanks!

hey all ive just bought a granny spec ke70 from jordanrolla and the issue i have is i have all the flat front stuff to do it and i know how,,,,,,,,but i sold my mate my old flat front and we are going to put the slant front on it will this work without too much modding? has anyone done it before?

Our 82 is having a major rebuild. The block has been bored out, tunnel bored and cleaned up. New forged rods, polished crank, ARP studs etc all going in and we've scored a Wolf computer to make it all run sweet with the Wade camshafts. Hi, I'm wondering (I may sound stupid) if there is such a 4agze that has the big port head but no T-VIS? The 4agze I'm looking at is in need of a full rebuild and its a big port head with CAS/DLI, what ever you want to call it, but has no T-VIS plate and the studs that the manifold go onto are not long enough to accommodate a T-VIS plate. So would this also help identifying what model car this came out of? I'm hoping its a late AE92 GT-Z levin... I know the AE101 had the small port head, but this is definitely a big port with no T-VIS. Thanks for the input!

hey there rollaclub dudes, i have a bit of a dilemna. the drivers seat belt in the wagon is frayed beyond lighter and scissor standards. will seatbelts from a different model fit? even with some minor modifying would be okay. cheers brendan

HI ALL my ke70 body is being dipped at the moment then treated to hopefully prevent future rust occuring just wanted to ask your oppinion on seam welding or double spot welding a road going 20 valve ke70 . had planned on fitting a strut bar and for the rear end i did not want any bars inside of the boot but ive read elsewhere that by fitting a towbar it really stiffens up the rear end ? also whats your thoughts on those ultra racing under guard braces . any help will be greatly appreciated CHEERS

Hey All, I'm currently toying with the idea of making some affordable suspension parts for KE20-AE86 rolla's, at the moment I'm developing some replacement bushed and rose joint castor arm assemblies for KE20-AE86's that don't have the stock shitty design castor bushes and make changing swaybars a whole lot easier. They will be a straight bolt in item and cost around $400 per car. The idea i have can also be adapted to early dattos, mazda's and anything else that has a similar castor rod design. The second thing I'm thinking about is a bolt in rack and pinion front end for KE20-55 rolla's The third item I'm toying with is bolt in 3-4 link kits for KE20-55 roll…

I have just bought a second hand microtech LT-8 ecu for my blacktop 20valve. I understand the fact that because it is second hand that may mean that the ecu has been set to the first motor it was set to and will only run to that motor unless you send it back to microtech bla bla my question is my ecu was previously set to another blacktop 20valve , does that mean it will work on my blacktop 20valve seeing as they r the exact same motors both out of a ae111????

righto.. I'm running a mircotech lt10s 4age in my sprinter no MAF or o2.. and just rebuilding a 4agze with a t28 on it but i need to know if i can run all the std wireing and just get a new tune??
